Great place to storage your luggage right inside the train station, next to the police room. You need to pay 1.5€ to use the service and then you pay the rest to get to open the locker once you are finished, depending on the duration of your use. We had to pay extra four euros and in total we used the locker for four hours.

It is located downstairs from the bus platforms. Easy to use. Good price. We stored all our luggage (3 ppl) in one large locker for 3 hrs at the price of 5 euros. Very clear instructions on how to use it. You have to have coins though, the exact amount needed. We luckily had that amount in coins but I saw a machine on the wall where you can change paper money to coins.

Decent place to store luggages and bags. The place is cash only. There is a coin exchange machine however they don't accept €20 which is all we had. Luckily, we asked the nice people at nearby store for two €10 so we could use the machine to exchange coins for the lockers.

This morning we stored our luggage here while we have a meeting (June, 2022). Don't lose the recipe of payment because you will need the code to open your locker. Pros: 1. The location is inside Oriente station. They have a sign Luggage and Key, next to the police office. It is paid not free. 2. They have many places available from small, medium, and big size. 3. The price is quite affordable per hour. 4. The machine is easy to use because of a clear information. 5. The machine only accept coins in euros as the payment. 6. You will not find any worker here. The technical assistance is available from 10:00 - 22:00 7. It is open 24 hours. 8. Entrance accessible for wheelchair. Cons: 1. The machine to change coins is not working today. So, you must be ready to change your paper money to coins. 2. The place needs a better maintenance especially about the cleanliness. It looks so dirty in many parts.

We put our backpacks in it for 7 hours and the machine broke down, we had to call the technician. The technician came after 45 minutes and fixed the problem (he was polite) the man over the phone on the other hand was extremely rude, he acused me of lying and hung up the phone after calling the technician.

It was a bit difficult to find. If you find Subway, just keep walking straight down the hallway and its to the right. Very easy to use, and they have lockers big enough to fit a very large suitcase + a 55l bag + a small backpack! Directions are clear and written in English. You initially pay for the first hour (€2.50) and if you go over you pay another €2.50 for hour 2-3. Make sure to hang on to the little paper recept the machine gives you, it has the pin code to open your locker.

I stored my luggage for ~3 hours or so (a suitcase + backpack), and the process went smoothly! Perhaps not the cleanest luggage storage service I've used, but it did the job. You pay €2,50 up front, and then you pay additional when you return if you've left your bags for more than one hour. For 2-3 hours, it was an additional €2,50 for a total of €5,00. One note is that you need to use coins for the storage locker. There is a machine that converts notes to change, but it only takes €5 and €10 notes.

If you arrive by bus from all over Portugal, or by train to this Oriente train/bus station and have few hours to discover the city of Lisbon, here you can deposit your luggage. It's a self storage facility, lockers are different sizes that fits your luggage. Important: Follow instructions how to lock the locker with your belongings! Lockers accept only coins in Euro, 2, 1, and 50-20-10 cents only. You need to have exact amount of coins. If you need change, there is a money changing machine in the same room of lockers, near the entrance. Facility is closing at midnight. When deposit the luggage (10kg small one) i paid first 1.5 Eur, and got the ticket. Take a photo with your phone of the locker number and the paper receipt just in case. When returning for your luggage, according to the hours of storage you need to enter in machine the code that you got on paper receipt and pay again exact amount with selected Euro coins only in the machine according to the hours in storage and you'll get your luggage. Easy and very convenient. Facility is located in lower, -1 floor. Metro is one floor up. Facility is near SUBWAY fast food.
