The location is outside of the central part of Jose Ignacio in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Reception area and outside pool and hot tub areas are very nice. Room was quiet and comfortable and the morning breakfast was excellent. An added bonus is it across the street from the excellent Marismo restaurant.

Great place! Mariana and Daniel (the owners), thankyou for a wonderful week, You put love and care to your Posada, and it shows. All your personnel are well trained and always with a smile on their faces. ||The place is quiet and relaxed, in an excellent location. The breakfast is delicious, served from 9-12. Our room was comfortable, the bathroom of very good size, everything worked well, ||Congratulations to the owners, for a well run and friendly Posada. We will return. ||The pool and jacuzzi are a plus, perfect for mornings and evenings, before of after the beach.

Everything about our stay here was amazing. We were welcomed into the hotel and upgraded immediately. All of the staff, including Tina, the super friendly house dog were accommodating. |We had a campfire one night and relaxed in the hot tub another. The room was big with AC which worked perfectly and windows to open for a breeze. There is an awesome restaurant next door serving meat and vegetarians options. You can walk to the beach from here but we preferred to drive to a more populated part with the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels the hotel provided. The breakfast consisted of pastries, fruit and Real eggs made exactly to order. If you are looking for a little slice of peaceful heaven with reliable WiFi - this is your place! We really felt at home here. Thank you!

We stayed here for three nights in January 2019 and enjoyed it very much. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities were the perfect combination of modern and rustic. They offered a delicious breakfast each morning and often had ambient music playing in the main area of the posada during the day. It was located a bit farther from the main part of Jose Ignacio than we expected, but we had a rental car and it was only a 5-minute drive. (If I had read the hotel's description more carefully, I probably would have known this.) The only thing that made us a little uncomfortable was what appeared to be a Bible verse on the receipt when we checked out. As a same-sex couple visiting from the United States, this made us wonder if the hotel's management or owner would be accepting of our relationship, but we felt very welcome during our visit so it wasn't a problem for us. I generally think that religion and politics should be kept separate from business, but that's just my personal opinion. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay and we would recommend it to others!

Wonderful stay here over New Year. Incredibly attentive staff (Mauritio & Nicholas were great!) and the property itself is lovely. Great pool, nice menu for food and across the road from a few well regarded restaurants. We didn't have a car so it's not necessary to get into Jose Ignacio (20 minutes walk along the beach or 10 min on the bikes the property has to lend). The main plus was the near private beach across the road (less than 5 minutes).

We stayed here for just 1 night on our way along the Uruguayan coast. The hotel's main building where breakfast is served is really pretty with lots of windows. The rooms are basic but had everything we needed. About a 3 minute walk down the road brings you to the beach but the sand dunes are so wide that it's another 5 minutes to get to the water.||By far the best part of our stay was the staff. From arrival to departure, they were always there to help with a smile. They turned our vague thoughts on a meal into the perfect restaurant recommendation. When we said we wanted to go to the beach early they left all the beach supplies we would need outside our room the night before.

Amazing stay~!!! Beautiful property, great breakfast, kind and extremely helpful staff. A short ride into town and next to Marismo which has amazing food! Mauricio and Ines were so lovely and last but not LEAST thank you so much to Mariana for going above and beyond for me! For driving me into town when i could not find any cabs and being available for anything/helping me navigate this spectacular breath of fresh air that is Jose Ignacio! highly recommended.

Overrated hotel which has none of the standard conforts an hôtel need; no restaurant or food at lunch and dinner, no tv in the room, no safe in the room, old broken shower, you have to ask almost everyday for hot water, you ear your neighbors going to toilet, walking and talking, no laundry service. I give 2 stars thanks to the staff who is really nice and do its best. It is a pity because the location is cool and there is a real potential to do better.
