Horrible! I had fish filet that definitely came from the freezer. Tasted awful! Served in tin foil on two plates. I would be ashamed to serve this …,wait for it! For 25$ Shameless! My boyfriend had a filet mignon for the same price, overcooked and served with frozen vegetables and a butter knife. You’re paying for the view. Nothing else!

Can’t fault the incredibly attentive staff. They can’t do enough to help. The rooms with lake view are stunning. Don’t worry about people strolling past your giant windows as they are mirrored on the outside. But don’t wander back into the wrong room like I nearly did! |You can walk from pool area down to lake itself and get a boat to anywhere on the lake shore. Top tip don’t buy return ticket in case you come back with a different boat company. Also good is you are in an oasis in the middle of the Pana hustle and bustle. You can’t move out there for street vendors, bars and restaurants but I’m not sure we found one we really loved. All very noisy. Lots of stray dogs. |Hotel restaurant fine but zero ambiance. Needed a softer look with some division and colour. Pool is ruined by a massive water slide. Not sure what the point of that was. |If I went back there I’d stay in San Marco. Much more chilled. Nice eateries, hippie vibes very welcome as Guatemala can be overstimulating

Fish was clearly frozen and came in tinfoil. Vegetables were frozen from a bag. Butter knife to cut my overcooked filet mignon. At $25 a plate...I can cook better with my eyes closed.

Nice place to stay. Santander street its steps away if you want to walk the town. The bedroom is spacious and clean, but the lake view is obstructed by plants and other objects. The doors have very old, unsafe keys. The people are very friendly. Restaurant prices are very expensive; eat out at the variety of restaurants nearby.

Went here with a group of people. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean. The beds are fairly comfortable as well. By far the best part of this hotel, however, was the super close beach access. There is a black gate at the pool which leads you straight to the beach. The beach itself is very pretty and you can capture some beautiful sunset views as well.

Very good hotel. Amazing view of Lake Atitlán from our room. Also you get free admission into the museum that contains artifacts found in the lake by a National Geographic expedition. Hotel also has some nice hammocks in the hallways so you can relax and get reading done when not out and about. Pool is decent sized and has a water slide.

I’m rating for the restaurant only. We came here for the new years dinner set menu - the service was subpar, and food was mediocre at best. Music was blasting all night - way too loud.

We chose a room that had a beautiful view of the lake. And the room we had was nice. The hotel location is great as it is right on the main street and close to the water. The restaurant had a good view and the food on-site was decent. Wendy was very helpful during our stay and helped us with advice on things to do like boat tours and local places to eat. Very happy with the choice to stay here during our visit.
