Posada Hotel Colonial

Super cute little place. It's very clean. Note the rooms are indeed exceptionally small, but in a cozy charming sort of way. The location to downtown is ideal. You can walk to many places and enjoy the downtown. Parking was of concern to me. They have their own secure lot. No worries.The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. If I ever go back to Mayaguez, I'd stay here.

The rooms were incredibly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rates are pretty fairly priced for what you get, especially given the convenient location. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and bakeries within walking distance to enjoy during your stay here. Would recommend!

It was good but in the night we dont have hot water in the room the room was little there no soap in the washbasin and no small towels. the television was too high and far. microwave in the room i think its a great idea for guests,

One of the best experiences we have had going out to a hotel. The hotel itself is like a museum filled with history but also has a “homie” feeling thanks to the wonderful hosts who served our stay. They were all attentive and knowledgeable. We are planning going back in a near future. Thanks everyone!!

Nice staff. Heidi was excellent upon checking us in. Very helpful and professional.|The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacies and the main square. The facilities are impecable, very well maintained and clean and includes a secured parking area. I fully recommend the hotel.

Our stay at the Posada Hotel Colonial was great!. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable,helpful,going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The Hotel's location was nearby attractions and good restaurants. Highly recommend!.

The hotel staff is excellent. They made sure that our stay was perfect. We were riding our bikes around the island on a 3 days tour. We stayed at the hotel the first night, our bikes were full of dirt because it rain during part of the ride . The hotel staff set an area with a hose in which we could clean the bikes. In addition, provided an area to safely store the bikes overnight for those sleeping in the higher stories. ||This is my fourth stay at this hotel and I would not stay at another hotel in Mayagüez.
