The staff, a beacon of genuine hospitality, displayed an unwavering commitment to ensuring every guest, big or small, felt cherished. Their attentiveness, especially towards our lively toddler, transformed our stay into a haven of familial warmth. Nature's Symphony: A Garden of Eden Stepping into the lush embrace of Posada Paradiso's verdant garden was akin to entering a sanctuary crafted by nature itself. Unlike contrived landscapes, the organic allure of this oasis set the stage for idyllic moments by the pool. As the sun dipped below the horizon, the garden metamorphosed into a magical spectacle, imparting an enchanting ambiance to our nights. Central Haven: A Gateway to Exploration Positioned at the heart of alluring landscapes, Posada Paradiso's central location proved to be an invaluable asset. A mere 5-minute stroll led us to La Huella, where we discovered the pulse of local culture and flavor, creating a seamless integration of exploration and relaxation. Posada Paradiso emerges not just as a destination but as an experiential narrative, intertwining the charm of familial retreats with the allure of untouched paradises. We absolutely loved our stay. The Hotel is rustic and you can see that there is renovations going on piece by piece. One recommendation that we would have is for the Bathroom to be updated. The Staff were lovely and full of help and assistance when called upon.

Maria is such a great host. She made us feel right at home from the minute we walked in the reception. The place is beautiful, charming and full of character, unlike those frigid new modern posadas you’ll see all around town. This one has history and I’m so glad I got to find it and stay there. Thank you so much and I hope I’ll be back some day.

The Posada is super simple but cute with a great swimming Pool área and steps away from one off the best sunsets of José Ignácio. It s greatly located as you can walk everywhere from there and you limit the usage of the car. Having Said all that their pricing was outreageous never seen before in my long Life of travelling around the World even if it was during their peak season períod. I have no problem on paying a much higher rate but I expect an impecable service or a small step up at 470USD the room.

So far authentic and perfect

Excelente posada, la atención del personal todoblonque esta bien en el mundo. El desayuno muy bien, el servicio de limpieza perfecto. La habitación todo lo que necesitas. La única critica es que se escucha todo de la habitación del al lado (las paredes de papel). Pero es un detalle menor para mí. El resto es genial, volveré.

Pousada Simples e Pitoresca com ótima localização. Serviço simpático !!! Faltam alguns itens de conforto, como TV / Frigobar / Secador de Cabelo. Café da manhã simples e com poucos itens que não variaram durante os 06 dias que ficamos. O Absurdo foi cobrarem 106 dolares de 02 lençóis simples e brancos que mancharam com creme, aos quais uma lavagem com Cândida resolveria o problema. Achamos estranho quererem ficar com os lençóis supostamente a serem descartados… enfim, esse ponto causou muito desconforto. Faltou tato e um código do consumidor Uruguaio, pois não aceitam o risco do negócio. Imaginem irem a um restaurante e cobrarem o guardanapo manchado de batom ou alguma taça quebrada. Enfim, fica o alerta.

Al finalizar la temporada la atencion es mala, el cuarto lleno de mosquitos (realmente miles, no hay mosquiteros y solo te dan 1 pastilla de raid para combatirlos) y todos los interruptores y enchufes fuera de lugar con los cables a la vista ( cuando Queres enchufar algo te da corriente, un peligro). El desayuno contratiamente a lo que en otra estadía tuve estuvo horrible y con frutas fuera de estación. Pedí una habitación abajo porque traia mucho equipaje y tenía que moverlo para trabajar, no me la dieron y era la única huésped en todo el hotel esos dias, inexplicable… Luego a la noche pregunté que había abierto para cenar y me respondieron, “ni idea… fíjate en la juanita…” Toda la experiencia fue muy desagradable, teniendo en cuenta que aparte diluviaba y las condiciones del clima eran extremas, por lo que hubiese esperado especial cordialidad.
