The place is super central! The rooms are spacious, and staying here feels like traveling back in time — it’s full of antiques, almost like a living museum. It’s also very quiet, and they truly respect every guest’s privacy. Now, let’s talk about their customer service — at first, we were warmly welcomed, and it was a beautiful start. Later, we had the pleasure of meeting Luis, the owner, and his daughter María José — they are such lovely people! We’re already looking forward to our return to Antigua, especially to this charming place. Thank you so much for making us feel at home.

We had a fantastic stay here! When we first arrived, the staff let us check in early, which was such a relief after traveling. We stayed one night, then left our luggage with them while we went on a two-day volcano tour. When we came back — dusty, exhausted, and with no chance to shower for two days — they immediately offered us a place to freshen up while we waited for our next flight. We didn’t even have to ask. Truly amazing service. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept, and every staff member we met was warm and welcoming. We felt genuinely cared for the entire time. Highly, highly recommend this hotel!

We had the most incredible experience staying at this charming hotel in Antigua, Guatemala. From start to finish, everything was seamless, thanks to the warm hospitality of the owners—Hugo and his son, also named Hugo. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, from organizing smooth airport transportation to making sure our arrival and departure were effortless.||The hotel itself is a true gem. Beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that reflect the charm of Antigua, it felt both authentic and incredibly comfortable. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring.||The pictures do not do the stunning rooftop justice!! Super cute roof with a stunning view of the surrounding volcanoes and the picturesque cityscape.||The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Antigua, within walking distance to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still peaceful and quiet at night.||If you're planning a visit to Antigua, this hotel is an absolute must. this place is great. Arrived after completing the Acatenango Hike, and stayed in our room for an entire day to recover. So cozy and clean.

The staff at Posada San Sebastian made me feel welcome immediately and were very kind. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a perfect location to explore Antigua. I loved the rooftop and its views.

We stayed here originally for 2 nights but then extended our stay for +1 night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can ask them everything about the city or activities. They also organise shuttle service for you. Our room did not have any windows, but besides this it was very comfortable.

Posada San Sebastián has a lot of character with very nice and clean rooms. The hotel is reasonably priced and is walkable to almost everything in Antigua. ||Hugo was also super helpful in every respect. He was able to receive our late bags when we were hiking, and he was able to get us to and from the airport in less than ideal conditions. Great hotel, would recommend!
