Posada Terra Santa

After many years, we decided to go on a romantic weekend getaway and chose this hotel. It is a small boutique hotel located in a historic building—for example, the restaurant is in a former stable. It is located on a dead-end street, and even though you are close to the center, it is completely quiet there. The stone structure of the building is very well preserved, and everything new and modern has been sensitively incorporated into the historic setting. It's really very nice; you're enchanted as soon as you enter the building. The staff are very kind; I really liked the older gentleman at the reception desk and his old school politeness. |The breakfast was great, partly buffet and partly served. |The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed. |The icing on the cake is the rooftop pool. It's small but perfectly adequate, and there's even a bar next to it. When it closes, some drinks are still available, you just take them yourself and report it to the reception. Because it was hot, there were several guests, the atmosphere was friendly and international.|We were very satisfied, we loved the hotel. It is just as you see it in the hotel photos, plus it has this amazing atmosphere.

HOTEL POSADA TERRA SANTA was wonderful in every possible way! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was quiet and dark, the air-conditioning worked perfectly. Room 103 had this amazing hot tub on a private terrace which was outstanding. The service and friendliness of all the staff was wonderful, especially MARCOS GIL DUBUISSON who took care of us at 3:30am having breakfast read and waiting for us after the wake up call and getting us checked out and into the private car to the airport. He went above and beyond to be helpful and super polite and attentive. Thank you Marcos! The rooftop pool with the “honesty bar” to take what you want and write it down on the book was amazing. The views were beautiful and had such a vibe. The chill music, the lounge chairs, and little tables and everything was picture perfect. Oh, and the breakfast - wow! Delicious made to order eggs, and a lovely buffet. Highly recommend! We are already looking forward to another visit.

Every employee we spoke with during our visit was so nice and helpful, always asking about our day and plans, genuinely interested and kind. The ambiance was just so wonderful, from the sitting rooms near the lobby, to the rooftop terrace and our incredible room. ||We were lucky enough to get a room with a terrace and it was just lovely! ||Comfortable bed, quiet room, delicious breakfast and incredible location. Just perfect!

We had a wonderful experience - The hotel itself is beautiful and its entry is impressive. However, you quickly overlook it all with the exemplary service throughout your whole stay. Each member of the staff went out of their way to be helpful, from suggestions to being incredibly accommodating to our late flight post checkout. We truly felt like they cared. The location and walkability was perfect, often times walking would take the same or less amount of time than attempting to drive to our destinations. With excellent food choices, within, and nearby. Rooms were clean and welcoming with attentive room service.

We loved our stay at Posada Terra Santa, it was absolutely perfect. The room was gorgeous, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The hotel staff were so lovely, nothing was a problem. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome & looked after. The food was also fabulous, our best meal by far was at the hotel restaurant, absolutely delicious. We also loved hanging out at the hotels rooftop pool and bar, ideal for a refreshing dip or an evening drink with views of the old town. I recommend staying here without hesitation, it will not disappoint.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful old palace with renovated rooms. Carmen gave us such a warm welcome at check-in and made us feel right at home. The bottle of wine in the room was a nice touch. Everyone from the front office to the restaurant staff was wonderful, the breakfast was plentiful with made to order eggs. Special thanks to Hugo and Antonio for being so helpful, their warmth and enthusiasm brought us joy. It is such a gem, so peaceful, and yet close to everything.

We came to Palma for our friends’ wedding and were immediately drawn to this beautiful hotel with its distinctive architecture and spectacular rooftop. From the very first moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The elegant room, relaxing spa, perfect location, and above all, the wonderful staff made our stay truly unforgettable. I very much look forward to getting back soon.

This hotel is superb, I couldn't recommend it enough to everyone! The staff, Hugo specifically, went above and beyond to ensure we had dinner reservations, our room was comfortable, we had transportation and so much more. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious and so comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located in Old Town Palma and walkable distance from incredible shopping, food and beaches. The service is what truly stood out, all of the employees are so dedicated to ensuring you are enjoying your stay. I give this place a 100/10 and look forward to coming back.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! I loved the aesthetic of the space, there is so much detail in the design of every room. It has a relaxed, cool vibe! The front desk staff (Helios and Ania) really went out of there way to make my solo trip special, helped me plan daily excursions and recommend restaurants and local spots to visit. The service they provided was exceptional. The breakfast each morning was very tasty and the wait staff (especially Marco), were so kind and attentive. The people who work here are truly amazing and really go out of there way to make you feel special. I will absolutely be staying here again on my next trip!

My stay at this hotel was amazing. Sofia and Francisco from reception went above and beyond to help me find transportation for their recommendations for dinner and site seeing. While it is in the heart of Palma, it is far from the tourist attractions on the island. I would recommend car rental or prepare to spend a lot on transportation. It is also more difficult to get transportation back to Palma the further you go. Cleanliness is paramount for this hotel! We loved our stay here at this boutique hotel! We stayed over New Year's Eve weekend and were pleasantly surprised with New Year's "kits" to celebrate Spain-style. We had noisemakers, hats, but most importantly a bag of twelve grapes to eat when the clock strikes twelve at midnight. You eat one grape for every sound of the bell to bring good luck for the coming year. They also provided us with plastic champagne flutes and a small bottle of cava. We went to a nearby plaza with live music and celebrated with the locals. It was crowded but fun! The service at the hotel was exceptional. I could tell just from our reception, that the service was going to be great! Aidanoa (spelling?) greeted us and patiently answered our questions and provided information on the area. The location was walking distance to the cathedral, to the water, and to shopping areas and restaurants. There were electric bikes to borrow (which we didn't try), and there was a small spa you could reserve for private use. Breakfast was included and was delicious. You could choose from a continental buffet and/or made-to-order egg dishes. All was delicious! We would definitely stay here again!

This is an amazing small boutique hotel where you will be treated well from start to finish. At check in you are greeted with your choice of a beverage while the amenities of the hotel are explained. The staff go over and above to ensure you have what you need. We required an early breakfast on our last day and they set a beautiful table with a delicious breakfast. Breakfast is typically provided 8-11 with omelets and eggs to order, fresh squeezed juice. The room we stayed in was clean, modern spacious and air conditioned. The bed was really comfortable. I can't say enough about the manager Tomas and his wonderful dedicated staff. They were always friendly and willing to assist-even walking us to the bank one day so we wouldn't get lost. Parking is available in their nearby garage (for a fee) but I wouldn't bother with a car. Shopping and restaurants are close and taxis are readily available if you are staying in Palma.
