Posada Terra Santa is the perfect stay in the centre of Palma. The hotel is tucked down a peaceful street, with the whole city walkable from its front door. The hotel staff were exceptional, nothing was too much to ask of them, particularly Hugo. His hospitality meant our stay was especially comfortable! The rooms are stylish and well equipped with a kettle, hairdryer etc. The decor is luxurious! Diving into the rooftop pool after a day of city adventuring really set this hotel apart from others. Seamless airport pick up organised by the hotel, delicious breakfast, there is nothing more we could have asked for. That you to the Posada Terra Santa team and we hope to return in the future!

From the moment we arrived this hotel exceeded every expectation. The check in was warm and efficient with the staff making us feel instantly welcome. The attention to detail was outstanding. The location is unbeatable - just a short walk from the Cathedral and some of the city's best restaurants. The food was also good at the hotel, breakfast and dinner. Everything about our stay was thoughtful, personal and authentically Italian. The concierge went above and beyond helping us to secure taxis and recommending places to visit. We left thinking about our return.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel located within easy access for exploring all of Palma’s key attractions by foot. ||The interiors of the hotel are incredibly stylish, our room was spacious and perfectly clean and with all the amenities you would expect to see.||Gorgeous rooftop area and plunge pool, fantastic restaurant. ||On top of all of this the staff are simply superb. Every single interaction was a pleasure and nothing was too much to ask.||I hope that I get to return again one day.

This is my absolute favourite hotel. Beautiful architecture, wonderful food, amazing staff.||Nothing was too my trouble. They remembered I was gluten free and we had lots of amazing breakfasts. ||They organised us hiring bikes. They upgraded our room.||All reviews had been amazing so actually it was really difficult to meet our expectations but they managed it. Loved it.||Also - nearly forgot - great location!

Though it’s a boutique hotel located right in the center of Palma, the facilities are impressive and luxurious. The spa and sauna, available for private use and free of charge, were a rare and wonderful touch. It felt like having a hidden wellness sanctuary all to ourselves—relaxing, exclusive, and deeply rejuvenating. The rooftop terrace with the pool offers a breathtaking view of the city. Whether enjoying a refreshing dip or sipping one of their fantastic cocktails, the atmosphere was magical—peaceful during the day and absolutely stunning at sunset. A perfect escape above the city’s rooftops. The interior design is simply beautiful. The hotel combines historical architecture with elegant modern touches, respecting the character of the old building while offering all the comfort and style of a luxury stay. In every aspect, from hospitality to design to the small surprises along the way, Posada Terra Santa exceeded our expectations. A place where you feel seen, cared for, and inspired. We’ll absolutely return—and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and soul-soothing experience in Palma.

Caring and thoughtful staff made my Birthday surprise holiday a wonderful experience. Location of hotel is perfect for those wanting to see, hear and smell the wonders of Palma while still being able to get a good night’s sleep. We have stayed here around 8 times and the people we met were always on the button with our needs. We loved our room, loved the quiet but most of all we loved the overall experience. 15 minutes to the airport. Taxis regulated so no surprise pricing. If I was going to give you a tip it would be to take their breakfast; we loved the service, healthy options and atmosphere. This really is a gem and you should check it out.

Wow. What an amazing hotel. I wish I could give it a higher review. This would be a true 5 star hotel in the States. It has so many similarities and service level of four seasons. The hats you receive on arrival were amazing. The beds are so comfortable. The rooftop and included breakfast is a dream! They gave us so many recommendations and would call us taxis too. The best part is it is small and has such a boutique feel.

This hotel is superb, I couldn't recommend it enough to everyone! The staff, Hugo specifically, went above and beyond to ensure we had dinner reservations, our room was comfortable, we had transportation and so much more. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious and so comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located in Old Town Palma and walkable distance from incredible shopping, food and beaches. The service is what truly stood out, all of the employees are so dedicated to ensuring you are enjoying your stay. I give this place a 100/10 and look forward to coming back.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! I loved the aesthetic of the space, there is so much detail in the design of every room. It has a relaxed, cool vibe! The front desk staff (Helios and Ania) really went out of there way to make my solo trip special, helped me plan daily excursions and recommend restaurants and local spots to visit. The service they provided was exceptional. The breakfast each morning was very tasty and the wait staff (especially Marco), were so kind and attentive. The people who work here are truly amazing and really go out of there way to make you feel special. I will absolutely be staying here again on my next trip!

My stay at this hotel was amazing. Sofia and Francisco from reception went above and beyond to help me find transportation for their recommendations for dinner and site seeing. While it is in the heart of Palma, it is far from the tourist attractions on the island. I would recommend car rental or prepare to spend a lot on transportation. It is also more difficult to get transportation back to Palma the further you go. Cleanliness is paramount for this hotel! We loved our stay here at this boutique hotel! We stayed over New Year's Eve weekend and were pleasantly surprised with New Year's "kits" to celebrate Spain-style. We had noisemakers, hats, but most importantly a bag of twelve grapes to eat when the clock strikes twelve at midnight. You eat one grape for every sound of the bell to bring good luck for the coming year. They also provided us with plastic champagne flutes and a small bottle of cava. We went to a nearby plaza with live music and celebrated with the locals. It was crowded but fun! The service at the hotel was exceptional. I could tell just from our reception, that the service was going to be great! Aidanoa (spelling?) greeted us and patiently answered our questions and provided information on the area. The location was walking distance to the cathedral, to the water, and to shopping areas and restaurants. There were electric bikes to borrow (which we didn't try), and there was a small spa you could reserve for private use. Breakfast was included and was delicious. You could choose from a continental buffet and/or made-to-order egg dishes. All was delicious! We would definitely stay here again!

This is an amazing small boutique hotel where you will be treated well from start to finish. At check in you are greeted with your choice of a beverage while the amenities of the hotel are explained. The staff go over and above to ensure you have what you need. We required an early breakfast on our last day and they set a beautiful table with a delicious breakfast. Breakfast is typically provided 8-11 with omelets and eggs to order, fresh squeezed juice. The room we stayed in was clean, modern spacious and air conditioned. The bed was really comfortable. I can't say enough about the manager Tomas and his wonderful dedicated staff. They were always friendly and willing to assist-even walking us to the bank one day so we wouldn't get lost. Parking is available in their nearby garage (for a fee) but I wouldn't bother with a car. Shopping and restaurants are close and taxis are readily available if you are staying in Palma.
