Truly one of the top meals I’ve enjoyed during my trip across the Mediterranean- the seafood is the star here, with live fish and lobsters in their beautiful tank, and fresh catches daily! The lobster & lobster starter was so bright and fresh, lobster tail served alongside lobster ravioli made with squid ink pasta, in a smooth and savory sweet crab sauce- perfect 👌 For those who prefer meat, their grilled lamb chop was grilled to a perfect medium rare by request, a light char adds smoky flavor and the tender lamb was fresh and actually the best preparation of lamb I’ve eaten in my life! No sheep/gamey taste so a great place to try lamb if it’s new to you. Lastly the desserts are all insane- I need to go back just to try another one- I opted for the almond mouse with praline almonds and white chocolate shell- decadent and a work of art! 🖼️

Posat Restaurant in Dubrovnik is a wonderful spot for a memorable meal. The fish was incredibly fresh, prepared with care, and full of flavor. I especially enjoyed the scallops wrapped in zucchini and the beet risotto—both were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was inviting and elegant yet relaxed, making it the perfect place to enjoy dinner while taking in the charm of Dubrovnik. Highly recommend!

Stayed for a short lunch break and I was blowned away with fresh and sea taste every element of my plate had! I wasn't sure what to take so it was suggested to combine a plate with little bit of everything. That was the best possible decision! Presentation of deserts is one of best ideas I've ever seen and treated myself with fig one, wow! I'll attach photos, strongly recomended to visit Posat!

Lovely fine dining restaurant in the middle of all of the activity. Perfect venue to slow down and enjoy a great meal. Excellent service, from the maitre d', the wait staff, the floor manager. Kudos to the team!!! Even their drink recommendations were great.

Overall, the ambiance of the restaurant was impressive. The service and presentation were very good, particularly the waiter’s thoughtful gesture of placing a customized meal apron around the guest’s neck, which created a unique and pleasant experience. However, the taste of the poached red scorpionfish, as recommended by the waiter, was rather disappointing. The prices were very high, as expected, and I believe I might have left more satisfied had I chosen a different dish.

A Hidden Gem Just Outside the Old Town! We had a fantastic dining experience at Posat, just outside the Pile Gate in Dubrovnik. The food was absolutely delicious—from the fresh, flavorful sea bream to the incredible olive oil that accompanied our meal. The local wine selection was also excellent and paired beautifully with our dishes. What really made the evening special was the exceptional service—attentive, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. If you're visiting Dubrovnik and want a high-quality meal just steps away from the Old Town, Posat is a must-visit.

Nice place, good ambience and efficient service. Only disappointment was they served vegetarian and the non vegetarian dishes together in the same platter / bowl. However they changed it on particular request. Salad was well presented. The ravioli was good. Soup was not great. Desserts were awesome. Good thing is it’s right next to the Pile gate on the old city.

14 months later and the food is still amazing. I love the shrimp soup with squid ink, fish bone thing was fabulous. I am still happy to say that. Zorak and Roman thank you for making our time there so special. Everything there is still so fresh and delicious. Zorak said that next time I make it back, which would be my third time at this restaurant, he would buy me a glass of wine.! I WOULD RECOMMEND —————— POS Slaven and Ivo took such great care of us, and even though we were not seated at the table I wanted, but because the people didn’t show up for the reservation, they seated us at the most perfect table. Wow, what a view, we really enjoyed it. So the chef gratitude for us eating at the restaurant tonight was some kind of fish paste, we also had the balsamic vinegar in olive oil and three different kinds of bread, but my favorite was the squid ink bread, the black one. I ordered the tomato soup which I thought was good. I loved my daughter’s dish, steak tartar. The views were incredible. The service was impeccable, and the place was just lit up with romance and ambience. We ended up our night with flan, and it was perfect I WOULD RECOMMEND
