Do yourself a favour and make an effort to find this spot on Tanote Bay. We only used the restaurant and totally worth it. Top class kitchen with some of the best food we ate during 1 month in Thailand. They have fresh barracuda. Authentic place with a good service

We didn’t stay in the resort but the restaurant was amazing. We ate here for 4 nights in a row and they have a great selection of foods. The Thai fried basil and curry’s were our favourite but they even have really great chicken sandwhiches if you want western food. Great atmosphere and the staff are so so friendly and we can’t recommend enough! Thank you so much for making our time on Koh Tao!!

This review is for the bar/ restaurant, not the rooms. Amazing place and location. Very relaxing and chill. The food was not great, not terrible. We had as a breakfast a fruit bowl, a club sandwich and fries. The drinks were ok. Check the menu as they asked for more money due to being "busy".

Food was really nice, loved the no name. The springrolls were really oily and the sticky rice with ice had chocolate sauce (not a good combo). The iced tea and service was amazing tho!

We only tried the restaurant, very poor service. We waited for 50 minutes for our fruit shake and food, got the shake after 40 minutes and didn't get the food. We just left and paid for the shake, without having the food. The manager accused us for not reminding the waiter although we asked 3 times what's going on. It's OK to make mistakes and that they forgot the order, really didn't like the way he accused us.

The hotel is great, with the rooms overlooking the jungle, comfy bed, nice shower, air con, fan. A lovely restaurant is one minute walk, the beach is just outside. A good spot for snorkelling with plenty of fish. If you need a store or anything else, you either need a bike or legs of steel. But it’s a place you can comfortably spend weeks if you’re stocked up with mosquito repellent and don’t mind 20% higher prices in the restaurant- which has an amazing view and great cuisine, one of the best Tom Yums I had on the island. You might also need earplugs - at least at the rainy season, you get a free concert of bullfrogs that starts about 22 and ends about 2am. After the main performance ends, there’s typically a solo artist that continues for another hour or so. So if you hear the weird “moo” sounds in the evening you now know what this is! Make sure you have a mosquito repellent if going in the rainy season!
