Isabella at the white claw hotel at the front desk entrance is truly amazing with her customer service for posh hostel. She always has a beautiful smile with her beautiful attitude when greeted. Never an attitude when asked questions or just need something in general.

I wasn't thrilled at all with this place. The only two things that were good were the pool and the location. But if you want even the smallest amount of privacy, do NOT stay here. Everybody sleeps in the same room. It was hard to sleep with everyone walking around late at night and the beds weren't the most comfortable either. On top of that, the bathrooms and showers were quite dirty as well.

Absolutely filthy - the mattresses were stained, and the sheets and pillow cases had dirty footprints on them. There was dirty underwear piled up in the bathroom. Would not recommend for women travelers at all. The front desk staff were great, but did not have the power to issue a refund and the hostel company we booked through wouldn't issue a refund either.

Beautiful hostel. Me and my mates stayed here over the past weekend and had loads of fun. Easy access to beach and trolly. Julio was the man during our stay super warm and welcoming. We’ll be coming back after our cruise!

The location was quite good, but the cleanliness was terrible. The sheets they gave as “clean” had stains on them. The toilets were very dirty, only cleaned once a day, and almost every time I went in there, I found feces inside. At night, nobody turned off the lights and there was no management controlling the noise. There were no outlets in the dorm, so charging my phone was a real struggle. The lockers under the beds were not practical at all — every time you opened or closed them, they made so much noise that it disturbed everyone around.

As far as hostels go, posh is really ahead of the game in south beach. Great rates and even better vibes. Special thanks to Julio and all the housekeepers who worked so hard to make sure I had a clean and comfy stay!
