Posh Hostel South Beach

1 Star masquerading as "upscale". There's tile floors after all, it must be upscale! But the NO AIR in "Bedroom", ceiling caving in for weeks, roach, pool deck hotter than beach, outlets don't work, no stove, no oven, 1 hotpot for 50 people lolllllll. But hey, bright side is you can be as loud as you want during quiet hours and staff will acknowledge you for it, especially if you are European! Yep. 4 stars! Definitely.

I stayed one night at this hostel and tried to canceled my second reservation (June 25–30) because the experience was completely different from what was advertised. The dormitory had over 40 people in a single room, the bathrooms were unisex, lacked privacy, and the hygiene conditions were very poor. As a woman traveling alone, I felt unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. None of this was clearly mentioned in the booking description, there was no indication of the number of people per room or the lack of private facilities. The hostel refused to refund my unused nights, even though I never stayed and Revolut tried to help with the claim. I would not recommend this place, especially for solo female travelers or anyone expecting basic safety, cleanliness, or accurate information.

I have been here for about 8 hours. My current opinion is that the location is incredible. The atmosphere is very modern and comfortable. I have traveled all over Europe. I am currently touring America. This is the 8th facility I have stayed in America. I have never seen anything like it in terms of price and performance. Next time I will only come here and stay for at least 1 month. I will advertise it to everyone around me so that they can try this place once.

From the moment we arrived, the place felt cozy and well taken care of. Arlyn was lovely — always making sure everything was clean and in order. She’s very professional and friendly. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

The service at this hotel was excellent. Arlyn did an amazing job keeping the common areas clean and organized. She’s also very polite and helpful — you can tell she enjoys what she does. 100% recommended!

21 day stay... I loved this place. Arly, this is the hardest woman I ever witnessed. Coming in every morning after bombs went off in the kitchen overnight. She would come like a good wife. cleaning after adults like a perfect mother. Never complaining about anything. Living areas, bathroom & showers filled with garbage, paper & sand. Like magic everything was cleaned with the wave of her hand. Arnando grabbed my heavy bags & carried them to my bed... The whole time I insisted I let him. I had to force him to accept a tip. Ralph said, "WHAT UP BRO!!" in perfect English everyday. Adrianna extended unspeakable courtesies to me and made me feel like part of her family. Any issue she resolved instantly. During my visit she was very special to me. Isabella and Gabby were like twins. Like sunshine every morning I consider them my friends. Other staff members I did not get their names but I want to thank them all the same The two midnight mail managers in the Haitian cleaning lady... I will remember my experience at Posh Hosel for the rest of my life. JEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

I really enjoyed my stay at Posh Hostel South Beach! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The hostel is clean, modern, and has a nice pool and common area. Isa at the front desk was amazing! She was very friendly, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. She also gave great tips about places to go nearby. If you’re looking for a cool and affordable place to stay in South Beach, I definitely recommend this hostel!

Isabela at the front desk was super helpful and friendly, always smiling and ready to assist with any questions I had. The hostel itself was spotless, which made my stay really comfortable. Plus, the coffee station was a great touch – perfect for starting the day!
