Post Alpina-Family Mountain Chalets (Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"A small, charming and isolated village created of new chalets and a central building. Pleasant central garden and a harmonious wellbeing centre in a natural and relaxing setting. A romantic dining room where you can find modern cuisine." - Tablet Hotels

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Post Alpina! The accommodation was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The location is also perfect for exploring the surrounding area. It was simply a superb experience. Our only small suggestion for improvement would be to extend the opening hours of the wellness area, as we would have loved to enjoy it for longer. Despite this minor point, we highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Exceeded expectations in every way. Highly recommend getting the “half board” package to have great meals ready for you each evening upon return from hiking and exploring. The perfect mix of a premium vacation designed for families - as shown in this picture of my delicious octopus starter with my 2 year old stuffing her face with spaghetti. The staff are fantastic and property is beautiful.

We had an amazing holiday in a lovely place that felt like home. The staff were extremely friendly as were Helen and Andreas, the owners. The food was extraordinary and catered for adults and children, alike. A true family hotel geared towards keeping children entertained while also being a peaceful oasis for parents. The vast majority of families we met were at their 5th of 6th visit, and that speaks volume.||

We truly appreciated the personal touch of this family-owned and operated hotel. The difference was evident in the dedication and warm atmosphere created by the staff, who were professional, friendly, and relaxed.||The quality of the food was remarkable—our compliments to Chef Cervo. The dishes were not only exquisitely prepared but also of outstanding quality, from the main courses to the smallest details, like the side dishes. For instance, something as seemingly simple as the Kartoffelsalat on the traditional menu was among the best we've ever had—even compared to our years of living in Germany. Breakfast was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of options, including freshly pressed regional apple juice. My youngest child especially loved the freshly made pancakes.||In addition to the hotel's excellent facilities, one of its greatest advantages is its proximity to the ski slopes, as well as the on-site ski school and rental services."||Thank to the entire team—we look forward to returning in the future!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I must say, it exceeded our expectations in every way! The staff were truly incredible - friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail throughout. The food - absolutely incredible! The culinary team truly outdid themselves, serving up delicious, hearty meals that fueled our ski adventures. At the amazing Kids Club our little one had an absolute blast, with a fantastic team of caretakers who kept them entertained, engaged, and happy. The Kids Club was incredibly well-organized, with a fun and varied program that included games, crafts, and outdoor activities. The hotel's ski rental facilities on premises was great. And what a thrill it was to hit the slopes directly from the hotel! Overall, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. If you're looking for a top-notch ski resort experience with outstanding staff, amenities, and cuisine, look no further! We can't wait to return.

Wonderland in the Dolomites! Unparalleled experience for all the family. This has truly been the best place where everyone in our family felt living a dream every day. For kids - both our 3 and 8 years old didn’t want to leave! The activities, animation, peculiar attention to kids’ needs was outstanding. Awesome for the parents too - top notch restaurant and a super “cozy” little spa provided us a tailored experience we will never forget! And all this just a step from one of the best ski facilities in the world! Plus the hotel offers a great combination of true “Süd Tirol” charm and elegance with modern and spacious rooms! Congrats Andreas and Helene for creating such a dream place! We will be back for sure!

We were in Post Alpina with four kids. The chalet was very comfortable. The pool was fun and warm enough. The game room was also fun. Parking is great because they have a garage. The staff is very wonderful. The food is really excellent, very very tasty. The offer for children always includes french fries, nuggets, pasta... What is very important to me, considering that I have a baby, is that the ski lift is only 50m from the hotel, so I could ski on my own. And the baby trail is also 50m from Alpina. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, see you next year. 😍 😍

It is only child friendly if your child is ~5 years old or older. - bad facilities for younger children - no separation between common area and pool - I.e., you can't let your child run free
