Post Hotel Dining Room Lake Louise

A nice fine dinning option in Lake Louise area, very classy. Service was great, food was okay. Definitely over priced. We tried Caribou and it was great!

Dining at The Post Hotel was the highlight of our Lake Louise trip! Everything was great from start to finish! Dinner is a 4 course prix fixe menu, plenty of options to choose from. I loved the bison carpaccio and my cod fish!! The service from Yves was amazing, he made our night a lot more enjoyable! Cocktails were great, wine was great, food was amazing, just a perfect evening! This restaurant is worth the trip, you won’t regret it! It was also amazing the hotel helped us arrange transportation back to the Fairmont where we were staying, as mentioned, everything was great from start to finish!

Amazing dinner at Post Hotel Dining Restaurant! The meals were so fantastic, I must say excellent chef ! The services were so incredible, Jayce our waiter was the most great waiter we ever as for , he is so naturally cared , professional and knowledgeable about wine ! Thank you for having such a great team ! Also Mr. Salvador made such a incredible welcoming to the restaurant and table and make us feel amazing . This Restaurant was the perfect touch for our mini romantic vacation for my husband and I ! Great guitar player as well . Over all amazing team . Thank you for having such a great Restaurant ! I ate in the dining room twice for dinner and once for breakfast. On all occasions the service was excellent and the food was good. The ambiance is cozy but during my time there I didn't enjoy the music. There was a sort of cheesy background music of pop songs everyone would know, but on classical guitar. Then there came a guitarist playing the same type of songs live. It's not that this is bad music, but to me, it isn't well matched to a 5 star dining experience. Food-wise, from a vegetarian perspective, I really enjoyed the quinoa salad. Lots of interesting flavor combinations and textures. Highly recommend that! The risotto and cauliflower steak were definitely enjoyable but not exceptionally creative.

We were fortunate enough to dine here. The service was top notch, food was beyond that with every attention to detail. We have dined in many 5 star restaurants and we put this up near the top. The experience was incredible! And wine selection is world class, wines that we know and hold dear to our hearts they had on their list. A night we will never forget.

Our experience at the Post Hotel Dining Room in Lake Louise was impeccable. The restaurant offers a prix fixe menu with a wide variety of options to choose from. The dining experience is perfectly complemented by an excellent selection of wines, one of the best I have ever seen. Special thanks to William, the sommelier, who curated the wine list. The spotlight should be given to some of the specific dishes we tried. Specifically the heirloom tomato appetizer, the Alberta tenderloin, the complementary butter and bread as well as you look very the strawberry and Matcha dessert.

We had breakfast (Continental Breakfast Buffet CAD25@ +tax) during our stay. Choice of food is not much but tastes very good. Fruit is fresh and the drinks (like hot chocolate and mango passion fruit smoothie) are delicious too. Price is reasonable. Staff is nice and dining environment is good too.

Fabulous hotel. Bell boys and assistants are too attentive, but very keen, some customers might like that though. TV system doesn’t work effectively and crashes or is slow to respond. Great that a free shuttle to Lake Louise is provided. Food is excellent.
