Postales Boutique Winery Hotel Valle de Uco - Finca del Nunca Jamas

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. It was a quaint place however the advertised photos were not the same as our room. Our room smelled like a septic tank/poop smell, the bathroom looked like a prison with bugs crawling everywhere and we would get bed bug bites in the middle of the night. We left early as a result, without a refund

The staff were really really nice and welcoming, and we got a great deal including a sunset dinner at the winery. But without that, this place is completely overpriced. The room is very outdated, especially the bathroom. The bathroom door couldn’t even be closed from the outside, everything there was chipped, cracked and rusty. The bathroom tiles had many stains that could easily be removed with wet toilet paper so it makes me wonder how often was this place cleaned properly. We also had many dead flies on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was also pretty poor with very dry bread. Only good thing there is the nice surrounding and the location nearby many bodegas.

A quiet setting next to vineyards made for a relaxing stay. All the staff were friendly and attentive. We eat all our 5 dinners were delicious especially the empanadas starters

Deceptive Hotel, Beware of Exchange Rate Scams! I can't believe the audacity of this hotel! They intentionally manipulate exchange rates to trick customers into paying more than they should. It's a blatant rip-off, and the management seems perfectly fine with deceiving their guests. Save your money and sanity—stay far away from this dishonest establishment! Not only does this hotel engage in shady exchange rate practices, but they also flat-out refuse cancellation requests through all means possible. It's as if they take pride in trapping guests in their deceitful web. A clear warning to anyone considering booking here: your money and peace of mind are at risk, and good luck trying to escape this nightmare of a reservation

We loved our stay at Postales. The rooms are simple but spacious, the beds sooo comfortable and the bathroom large with a great shower. And the location is amazing. Close to many of the Uco Valley vineyards and set off the road in a secluded little space surrounded by vines. The staff were helpful and we ate at there restaurant twice and the food was great. It was too cold for swimming but they have a lovely pool for warmer weather.

A beautiful spot, but the rooms had very old and dirty carpet, pillows and bedding, as well as tattered window coverings. A few investments would go a long way to improve the quality of the rooms. Breakfast was understaffed and slow. Staff was very friendly and helpful to set up wine tasting. Note that the hotel is about 1 hour from most vineyards.

They charged a whopping 10% extra on our hotel bill because we paid with a credit card (in a single payment). We didn't know until afterwards that this is ILLEGAL in Argentina and when we found out, we contacted them but they refused to return the extra we were charged. Highway robbery.

Oxn wine excellent. Lovely tranquil hotel. Very comfortable. Good kitchen and menu. Very helpful with early check in and transfers to bodegas.
