This place is incredible. My husband and I spend a couple nights here every year and it always exceeds our expectations and gets better each year! This year they started offering complimentary juices at the spa and a paid dinner option. This were wonderful additions that totally enhanced our experience. The staff are awesome! The food is great - the spa is magical. The views are magnificent - especially in winter. Highly recommend!

If you can’t relax and connect with whoever you came with or yourself here, you need professional intervention. The property is stunning, I wish I could’ve gotten pics of the saunas and steam rooms, each one is masterfully crafted with gorgeous detail, many with aromatherapy. There’s super comfy double daybeds throughout the pool area, everyone lounges, reads, naps all day. Pack light, you literally wear your swimsuit and bathrobe through the resort and to all the meals. The website makes the food included sound minimal, in reality it’s quite a bit, there’s a small curated buffet + a menu to order a main dish off and includes coffee, lattes, mocktails. As a sober person I really appreciate there’s no alcohol sold or served, this a wellness resort, though guests are allowed to bring alcohol, which seems to be thoughtfully enjoyed in the evening while enjoying the tasty free desserts and listening to live music in the lobby, that feels like a living room. The spa treatments are nice, but pricey. I also picked up gorgeous bikini in the boutique. This is our second visit and we’ll definitely be back, it books up fast, I recommend booking a year in advance for the best rooms or reservation at all.

Three days ago was the first time I stayed at Post Hotel. Throughout my day stay at the location with my mother (who happened to have vacationed with her friends before), it is the luxury that I will always treasure. The staff were incredibly nice, hospitable and positively interested with their guests. The massages, facial and the body scrub they gave me were more than enough to make me, like all the guests, feel rejuvenated. Spiritually, physically and mentally. The food the staff offer to their guests are well-prepared and professionally made. So much that even I stepped out of my comfort zone, trying out their crepes and desserts. The scents of the rooms as well as what’s from the lobby drew an inspiration in making my own candle. The employee there, like all the others, was very kind and helpful in assisting me in my creation. When you’re at the rooms, you get resplendent sceneries that a photographer would capture and show to the world. The rooms at the top provide a more expansive view. I with full gratitude will acknowledge that Post Hotel is a 4 star hotel, however the kindness and hospitality the staff provide are that of a 5-star hotel. Thank you.

The best thing about the Post Hotel is the setting—the views of the river, the surrounding mountains, and the snow are exceptional. The property sits slightly removed from the congestion of downtown Leavenworth, which makes it feel calm and secluded despite being close to everything. The only real downside is that if you choose to venture out for dinner, restaurants can have significant wait times, and the pedestrian traffic downtown can make walking the sidewalks challenging. That said, this is a very special place that we have visited many times, and most often you realize you neither need nor want to leave the hotel at all. The property itself is beautiful, the spa facilities are outstanding, and the overall atmosphere is ideal for stepping away and truly recharging. My best advice is to leave your smartphone in the room—or better yet, in the safe—to fully benefit from the Post Hotel experience.

Our daughter and son-in-law bought this for our Christmas gift. Such an amazing getaway . From the time you enter and get checked in by Jennifer who so knowledgeable Her customer service is impeccable . I like to also mention Adrian we had a special request and he went out of his way for us. We went on a tour of the pool in the Spa. Fernando greeted us at the door and showed us the whole entire area. He is the best for knowledge and taking good care of you, we decided to go into another building and lay on the warm chairs and look at the beautiful scenery. Jesse assistant that help Fernando has an amazing mentor to teach him everything. He was great.|The food there is beyond amazing and our waitress was Brenda so attentive. The next day we had a massage Cassandra and Janelle highly recommend both of them before we received our massage at the spa desk were greeted by Cassandra and Fatima they were so welcoming and warming and helped us with shopping. I highly recommend Posthotel for a relaxing getaway. I believe they only have 55 rooms. It's so quiet and unwinding in this stressful life. These people I mentioned should be recognized because that's what makes the Post amazing is the people they hired to to take care of their customers .It's a beautiful building, but you've got to have the right people inside the building to make your visit special.

I'll need more time to do this review justice, but this was by far the best hotel we ever stayed at in Washington. Honestly? One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, including our trips to Europe and elsewhere. Almost all-inclusive, the spa and restaurant were spectacular. So relaxing... the robe wearing thing around the hotel is legit, it's that relaxing. I'll put some pictures in later. I wouldn't say it was the best value, but it's worth the money to go. Definitely book it early but also pay attention to last minute availability. So worth it.

The Posthotel is pure serenity. From the moment we arrived, we knew this was no ordinary hotel stay. The room was spacious with a deep soaking marble tub and patio overlooking the river. The spa area is nothing short of extraordinary. We spent hours rotating between the steam rooms, saunas, pools and relaxing on the comfortable lounges. The delicious breakfast and lunch are enjoyed in your comfy robe and slippers. If you’re looking for a place to completely reset — where every detail encourages you to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be — this is it.

While the property itself was beautiful, there were a few key points that left us disappointed overall. Firstly, for the price per night I was expecting a bit more of a welcome experience. When we arrived, it was not clear where to go to unload our luggage or check-in. We stopped out front in the circle and did not see any signage or have anyone come out so we circled around, called the front desk, and learned we would unload our own bags and park ourselves in the parking garage, then come up to check-in. Not a major deal but with a 5-star rating and price, it seemed a little underwhelming as an initial impression. The second note was there is no bar in the hotel. Again, not a major deal, but after traveling all day from another state, then driving in from Seattle, we were looking forward to a nice glass of wine on our balcony. I don’t remember seeing anywhere on the website that there was no bar onsite, nor was it mentioned at check-in, so figuring it out once we were settled in for the night was a bit frustrating. We found a local champagne store and paid a pretty penny for a standard bottle to enjoy the following evening. The final note was the main areas were scorching warm in the afternoon once the sun hit. I imagine it would be nice in the winter, but the restaurant and lounge areas are not air conditioned so enjoying a snack or meal, or even relaxing in the afternoon was super uncomfortable. |Now for the positivities, the location was perfect and the rooms were beautifully appointed. We did not use the pool/sauna facilities but did have a couples massage that my husband said was the best he’s ever had. The adults only aspect was appreciated and the hotel felt very peaceful. If we were to return we would be better equipped with some key information and think we would enjoy the stay much more a second time around.

Yelp
We stayed to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and my 40th birthday. The staff was great. The food was great. Everything was super clean and the attention to detail was amazing. The spa services were some of the best I have ever had and we really enjoyed our time in the pools and saunas. Definitely a great place to come for a romantic time in Leavenworth.

Yelp
I agree with all of the other glowing reviews of Post Hotel, with a few exceptions that may be helpful to share as they made it very difficult to relax there. Because I took the train up from Portland, I only had 32 hours at the hotel and wanted to turn my brain off and relax. My room did not have working heat. It took me a few hours to realize the temperature wasn't rising despite my turning up the thermostat. Even with the fireplace on, the temperature would not increase. I tried to sleep in the cooler room, but by midnight I was still wide awake. I called down and asked Michael at the front desk if he could help. He was wonderful and reset the system from his end to see if that would fix it. An hour later, there was still no heat. I called Michael again, and he brought up what they could offer--a tiny tabletop heater about 10 inches tall. It didn't heat the room, but I was able to put it close to me for some warmth and slept about four hours. The next day, they called in an HVAC company, who confirmed that the motherboard wasn't working, so I had no heat other than the tiny heater. The daytime staff, however, were not nearly as warm or compassionate. There was no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. For $1,000 per night once taxes and fees are applied, I expected some compassion. I had only slept four hours and had to be out of my room waiting for the HVAC team to assess the problem and then for staff to follow up--not relaxing at all. I asked to be moved to another room and was given one, so I packed up all my things again and moved to a room on the bottom floor, which was not as nice--but it was warm. Given the cold shoulder I had received all day, I asked if I would be compensated for the inconvenience and the impact on my relaxation. I had hoped they might not charge me for the night with no heat, or perhaps offer to comp my dinner. The next day, I received a voicemail from a lead who said he had consulted the manager and they would be returning 10% of one night's stay to my card--$87. While I recognize that they did act quickly in calling an HVAC company, I wanted to let people know how they handled the situation overall. Michael was a glowing example of how a guest should be treated when a problem arises; everyone else was disappointing. At any other lodging, I wouldn't have had high expectations, but for $1,000 per night... I expected more when something goes wrong.

Yelp
Let's say you see a newer hotel on your latest visit to Leavenworth and decide to check it out, because, you know, might want to stay sometime. Walked in, looked around, stepped out to the terrace and got a glimpse of the pool down below. Pretty cool! Kinda excited about checking it out online to see about a future visit. That's when we got approached and asked to leave because "sorry it's only for paying guests." We were in there for less than a minute. We weren't sitting down, or looking like we might wander around. The young man who booted us had a great opportunity to sell us on the place but instead soured us on it. Perhaps he will learn that "can I help you" may open up an opportunity for people like us to walk away with a feeling of "what a great place with such nice people, let's stay here sometime" instead of "wow what a rude elitist attitude." They must hate that there is public street parking (open to any rando, gasp!) directly in front (which is how we happened to come into any proximity of this palace of snobbery.) There must be hordes of tourists barging in and harassing guests for this establishment to have implemented a policy of not allowing anyone in to simply check out the lobby. Why not just keep the front door locked while you are at it! Needless to say, highly unlikely we will be ever be staying here.

Yelp
Yeah it's expensive, but oh it is all worth it at the Posthotel! Where else can you have a beautiful balcony view from your room of the Wenatchee River and surrounding snow covered mountains, plus free breakfast and lunch. And this is not just little light bites meals, you can order full breakfasts and lunches from the menu that are fantastic and filling. Then you get unlimited use of the heated salt water pool, jacuzzis, saunas, steam rooms, cold dips...or you can just totally relax and hang out on the bottom floor area or enjoy the sun out on the lawn chairs. We didn't do any spa stuff but they have a full menu of treatments. The whole place is made for you to rest and relax, and perhaps one of the best things is no loud kids running around as it's adults only! The staff here is top notch too, everyone said good morning and had a smile. I especially commend the staff in the meal area, they really go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. Really hard to think of negatives, but just a few minor things...I wish our room had more hooks to hang our robes. The marble soaking tub is beautiful to look at it but had a tiny faucet that would take forever to fill. Fridge in the bedroom is loud, and you always know when your neighbors come and go because the doors slam loudly and are right next to the beds. But I'm really nitpicking here, we'll definitely be back soon!

Yelp
We had a great stay at the post hotel for our mini-moon. Breakfast, lunch and a late night dessert buffet are included with your stay and all of the food is fresh and really good! They do have dinner available for purchase, but we chose to go off property in the evenings. The spa area is magical, and there's so many steam rooms and saunas that are included in your stay (plus the infamous pool). We paid for a massage as well and really enjoyed it. It's also nice that they don't allow day guests on property. The one bummer thing is they didn't acknowledge we were celebrating something special (I made sure to include in it my booking notes and during my calls with them). We still had a great time and will be back.

Yelp
We have been lucky enough to stay at the Post Hotel twice now and it is simply amazing. You walk in and instantly the stress leaves my body. The staff are all really great and I love that you have breakfast, lunch, snacks all included with your stay. And they are legit meals, very close to what I had in Germany and Austria for breakfast. You get to sit out on the beautiful terrace in your robe overlooking the river while you drink tea and coffee. The rooms are so lovely, very spacious with crisp comfy linens. I love the giant soaking tub and walk in shower, they have the best body scrub too! The balcony is wonderful to sit out on and I always like to go out late at night and see the stars as well. They don't serve alcohol on property, but you are welcome to bring your own wine or champagne to enjoy, honestly it's nice to take a little break from that anyways. And the location is so great that you can walk 5 minutes to any restaurant or bar in town. The river and all of the walking/biking trails are super close and they have bikes you can borrow. You also have access to the the mini putting green down the road included in your stay. I love the Post! Cannot wait to come back again soon hopefully.

Yelp
A perfect concept and near flawless execution of a beautiful setting, intentional relaxation and culinary bliss. The Post is an instant classic that has cemented itself in Leavenworth history forever. While it does have room for improvement, the overall stay, value and atmosphere still make it a 5 star. Improvements: 1) Management should consider a A/B menu that alternates to avoid getting burnt out on the same dishes. 2) Easy wins on dietary restrictions should be considered. One night there was a chocolate cake and an olive oil cake, neither was gluten free, however those two items are very very easy to make gluten free. In fact, Chocolate cake is the number 1 GF item on restaurant menus for how easy and delicious it can be made. Some nights there was sorbet and other nights gelato, but to be more dairy-free friendly, just always offer the gelato, even if it's by request only. Look for the easy wins. 3) Lack of coffee options during the day led to some caffeine withdrawal, and coffee in town is fairly meh and one doesn't want to leave the property to go get it.

Yelp
My stay was so phenomenal that I booked another stay for 2025 within my first hour of arriving. Everything about this place is special, from the amazing smell to the view to the top notch staff. I came with a friend to enjoy a single night stay on a weekday night. Because of the price, we felt like one day was perfect and it was. They let us into the parking area at noon and we were able to check out the spa starting at 2pm. On check out day, we were able to use the spa and restaurant until 2pm as well. So you basically get a full 24 hours! The room felt like a room in a castle. Super comfy furniture, marble tub, stunning view. We loved the balcony room! The spa is insane. I don't have photos, because they aren't allowed in the spa area, but just trust me that it's life changing. They have 10ish rooms with different heats scents and themes, all kinds of pools and therapies, and even a nap room! We spent tons of time here. It's very quiet and no kids allowed! The food is lovely. I am gluten free and vegetarian and they were able to accommodate my needs. Plus, they have one of the best buffets around! I can't wait to come back.

Yelp
As first time guests, we absolutely loved our time at Post Hotel. My husband and I booked a few months in advance. We were welcomed at the front desk by friendly staff that provided delicious iced beverage as we waited for our room keys. We loved the variety of saunas and steam rooms. Super friendly staff were quick to provide towels, constantly were refilling drink station, leaving out ice towels. They were constantly on the go, making sure everyone was well taken care of. The food was simple yet very flavorful! Loved that they really focus on healthy meals. Though it's expensive, the price really felt justified by the great amenities and delicious breakfast and lunch thats included in the price. Highly recommend

Yelp
Want to spent thousands on a mediocre experience? Come to Post Hotel! Don't let the price tag fool you into thinking this is luxury. I honestly don't even know where to start... My wife and I planned our anniversary trip here and we left super underwhelmed... The wellness center is covered in mold. Walk into the infinity pool and you'll see the tiles are all covered in mold. Go into the eucalyptus steam room and once the steam clears you'll see the spout covered in black mold, the tiles have pink mildew on the floor and the lights are literally falling out of the ceiling. Go into the extremely hot sauna and the paint is chipping off the bench. You're not supposed to be on your phones but that didn't stop a few entitled people from yapping on their phones and others being loud while shooting videos after the allowed 7-9 phone hours. There were workers there but no one implemented the quiet rule or no phones. At one point I asked for a new robe and was told I had to go to the front desk to get it myself. So much for luxury service? The food was good but nothing more than 3 stars. It is all you can eat and I find with all you can eat styles of dinning they typically lack in quality. Not to mention the cooks look absolutely miserable. No one talks or smiles. It's as if they aren't allowed to interact with us? That or they clearly don't want to. Our service at meals was subpar - under staffed maybe? Each meal something was "missed" like once my coffee was a latte and not mocha. Never got the chance to tell the server because they never came back. The room wasn't very clean. There were pee dribbles on the tile in the bathroom and as two women that really grossed us out. The chair in the room was stained. And we truly didn't want to touch anything other than the bed. ONE PRO: Five stars for our couple's massage experience. The spa itself was okay but we have been to far nicer and better spas without the need to stay two nights at a mediocre hotel. ((Nordstrom's in seattle. Willow's Lodge in Woodinville.)) Sheila did my massage and it was AMAZING. I told her to go hard and boy did she -- best deep massage I've ever had. Some of the photos online look different than in person. For example, the glass domes above the staircase are covered in black tarps. It just feels like a beautifully built place isn't being taken care of how it should be. This place needs a facelift especially in the pool/wellness center. And in the end, we were charged a $150 (plus taxes) smoking fee for our room. I immediately called the front desk to review the charge and was told that because the room smelled like smoke they had to do extra cleaning protocols. I let them know that we did not smoke in the room and we did not smoke on the premises. And asked it to be removed. I explained that because it's 20° outside, we have to wear our thick coats and those coats then have to come into our rooms. What would you guys have rather we do? So in summary save your mortgage payment and go somewhere else. Don't let social media make this place look better than it is. It's not worth half your mortgage I'll tell you that. You're better off taking that $2250 and going on a real vacation like Boca Raton and go to Spa Palmera. Now that's worth the money.

My husband and I celebrated oir 21st wedding anniversary. This was the most relaxing trip I've ever been on! Hands down, 5 stars. The food, spa, steam rooms, and pool were all amazing!

Yelp
What is there to be said that hasn't already been said about this dreamy vacation destination, to us, it's heaven on earth. We came by in late November for our second stay and had just as magical time as our first visit. The spa area is just the ideal way to step away from busy life and relax. The food for breakfast and lunch is plentiful and tasty, always something interesting to try. Standouts for us were the Swedish creme dessert and the salmon kale ceasar salad. The fresh coffee and chai drinks in the morning were the perfect way to wake up and enjoy the view, the option of to-go cups is super nice. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure we always have the most special and relaxing weekend. Couldn't recommend this place enough and already dreaming of our next visit!

Yelp
Went to this hotel for my grandmas birthday as a surprise with other family members. This is our second time here and will be the most memorable. The pool staff more specifically the manager and the night shift workers were extremely kind and helpful with my family, they work incredibly hard already and go above and beyond they have my deep appreciation and gratitude. Everything was always clean there was always towels tea and cold water at all times. Hotel rooms are absolutely beautiful and the views are even more so. Food is extremely delicious although I miss the way last years lunch was always different. A few minus point for that, there's a salad bar and the menu was almost all salad which got tiring to eat unfortunately. Breakfast and especially sweets time was my favorite:) thank you can't wait to be there again soon:)

Yelp
Exceptional place. Love all the amenities. Staff are so helpful and kind and thoughtful esp Party and Brandy. I wish we had help with our luggage tho from garden area to main floor. Breakfast and lunch and dessert varieties of options. Buffet style and as well as order from menu. Adults only. No kids no dogs. Located right by the River. Reserve your room at least 6 months ahead. .

Yelp
I wish I had one bad thing to say, because then I might not want to return again so soon. Sure, it's expensive, but so is going to a true spa. You would spend about $100/pp for spa admission, about $150 on food, then the room. Just view this as an all inclusive wellness retreat, and you'll have the right mindset. Last I checked Miraval is double the price of the PostHotel The rooms are impeccable. The food is extremely fresh-my husband and I both admired the freshness of the blueberries. Breakfast and lunch is included. You can use the facilities until 2pm on the day of checkout, so we went to the spa, went to lunch, then checked out.

Yelp
Beware of the Spa bag scam This was our second and final trip to the Posthotel in Leavenworth. 2024 we went for the first time and booked our trip for the following year. Back again this past June 2025 and the experience has been less than ideal. Yes, it's an exclusive place where only people with reservations can be on the property. Yes, it's several years old and some of the metal is starting to show rust stains in the pool and other areas. Yes, they provide a Spa bag with slippers, robs, water bottles (first year they were a piece of crap, second year they had a better supplier), and a Spa bag. There is a note in the room that says to leave the bag in the room on checkout day but the robes and other things can be dropped off at the front desk. I don't know what proof would have sufficed, but we left the bag in the room from our Thursday to Friday reservation. 10 days later I got a $271.50 charge on our credit card. After calling to find out what the charge was for, the associate said it was for a missing spa bag and that I'd need to talk with a manager. Called back several other times over the next couple days to have missed a manager being on the property. Talked with Jose today (over a month after our stay) and he said the house keeping notes say the bag is missing and we need to charge you. I explained how we left it on the bag on the dresser but because the house keeping notes say the bag is missing, we (the Posthotel) need to charge you. I explained again that we left the bag in the room. Jose said he would speak with housekeeping and get back to me. 5.5hours later, I get a call from Jose confirming the bag is missing and that we (the Posthotel) needs to charge me for it. We will never be returning and we hope you read this and plan any other location for your stay in Leavenworth.

Yelp
Best hotel I've ever been to. The spa is amazing and I dream of going back to it again and again. Our room was very comfortable, and you get to keep the slippers and branded metal water bottles in the room. I wish I could have also kept the robe and towels because they were so plush! Every meal was buffet style with an entree brought out to you as well. Food was excellent. Bonus tip- the chests in the hall outside the elevators that loom like fancy furniture are actually ice boxes! Grab some ice to bring to your room.

Yelp
There are not enough words to explain how it feels to stay at the Posthotel. From the minute you walk in, you feel relaxed. The service is phenomenal - everyone there seems so genuine and hardworking, special shout out to Juan in the wellness center because he's a true gem. The food is excellent and the interiors are so cozy and inviting. The only criticisms are that we booked a Village View room and it's definitely worth the upgrade to the next level bc I didn't feel like those rooms represent the type of luxury you're paying for. We came early Dec and wish the decor was a LITTLE bit more festive but you get a lot of that in town. We booked a couples massage which was good not great for what we paid so sort of wish we tried another service but outside of that our retreat was amazing and it was a harsh reality coming home. Already plotting our return...

Yelp
Warning: If you come here for your anniversary, you will want to come EVERY year. I can't imagine how you could top this in WA state (and yes, we've stayed at the Four Seasons in the heart of Seattle). Walking in feels like a warm hug. Everything is beautiful, comfortable, and decorated with detail. The staff are dressed in traditional German garb and sweet as pie. If you stay here for a few nights, you could park in the garage and walk everywhere in town. (Note: we did drive 15 min to go see Oppenheimer with friends who live there, and there were no spots available when we got back at 11pm. An employee helped us park down on on the side of the hotel in the gravel. They need to make sure they're not booking out their parking spots.) Running/working out: for all my active friends, Post has a gym, but it's quite small and inadequate. The single treadmill is literally broken - it will not go faster than about 5 mph but reads 6, 7, 8mph etc. So disappointing. No free weights. HOWEVER! There is a fantastic trail surrounding a man-made pond right behind the hotel. It's about 2-3 miles around. Lots of walkers, strollers etc. To find the entrance: Go to the stop sign, turn left, and then it's the immediate left at the bottom of the hill! We loved the 5 saunas, indoor to outdoor pool, uber comfortable King bed, heavy robe, quiet vibe (no children! Not even mine! Hallelujahhhhh) and delicious food. Yes, it's pricy, but all of the aforementioned is included - no annoying spa fee - AND an incredible buffet breakfast and lunch are provided until 1:30pm. We were so full, on both days we only ate there once. Three plates of food is enough for an afternoon Excellent table service - "I can't decide between these two". "How about we bring you both?" ...Am I in heaven? ..I was. And I will be again!

Yelp
Beautiful hotel set in Leavenworth, a cute Bavarian town just approximately 2.5 hours east of Seattle, tucked away in the mountains, peaceful and serene. The hotel provides the experience of tranquility from start to finish. Robes and slippers are provided for every hotel guest, which many wore even outside of their hotel rooms. The complimentary spa center consists of pools (hot tub and cold plunge also), and several dry and wet saunas with aroma therapy. There are an abundance of lounge chairs, and some even heated. I could probably have spent my entire stay in this area, it was perfect and relaxing. Lastly I have to mention that the service here is top notch! I'd forgotten to pack my contact solution, and the concierge gal offered to grab some from her car to save me a trip to the store and money. The gentlemen in the spa area were super friendly (and funny) and made sure that there was a never ending supply of towels. I cannot wait to book my next trip here and look forward to being back sooner rather than later. Highly recommend!!

Yelp
The sanitation and service leave much to be desired. If you are hoping to leave itchy THIS is your spa. I will keep my review brief. You will see in the attached photos at check in to my room and my invoice at check out disclosing what I physically and monetarily encountered. Squashed bugs, blood stains, broken furniture, and additional charges made with no attempt to notify prior. Please keep in mind this is a hotel that has approximately 50ish rooms. Very small. The hotel as a whole when zoomed out is beautifully decorated and it is a great concept for amenities. Unfortunately it is clear that there is a lack of training and qualified care being put towards the overall experience and it is evident that it trickles into every area. It appears maybe they grew to quick to meet the needs of a desired clientele. My in depth review is under review on Trip Advisor and at this time I have yet to be contacted by the general manager of PH as stated by management during my initial in person report. I want to share what can't be told in photos from the end of my stay where I left in tears. The middle age (maybe 48-52ish) white male with glasses working in the pool area approached me and my guest in the middle of the lounging area as we went to find our day beds and began accusing us of smoking weed in an elevator. He stated that "He had been looking all over for us and that somebody reported a scent of weed in the elevator and we matched the description of who walked out of the elevator" He proceeded to use hand gestures as if smoking a joint and repeatedly threated us with a $750 fine. It was beyond offensive and humiliating to be encountered in that way let alone in a public setting with zero supportive evidence. To be VERY CLEAR, we had NOT done what he was accusing us of and it left us in a place of feeling extremely isolated and as if we were 'riff raff' since it was confirmed that others in the area could hear everything he said. This staff member made some very damaging accusations that have legal repercussions and are extremely triggering and I hope after I reported to management they review their tapes and take action as promised. I do not recommend booking here after my experience. Again, it is beautiful, however I would definitely consider looking elsewhere until they can make some improvements with their operations, training and sanitation. BARF.

Yelp
This was our second stay and we enjoyed the amenities tremendously. It is a wonderfully relaxing experience. My only disappointment was the food. It is a very limited menu which is fine but it doesn't change from one day to the next. Technically, the soup was different on our second day but not really; the base was the same so the soups really tasted the same.

Yelp
Ahhh Posthotel. Posthotel is lovely and very expensive. So I will review with the bar set pretty high. So know that your lodging fee includes spa usage (we'll get to that) and breakfast and lunch. So if for instance your fee was $700/night for 2 ppl, think of it like $50/night for breakfast, $50/night for lunch and $200/day for the spa. Which leaves $400 for the room. At least that's how I justify it. Let's start with the room, and the decor in general. It's lovely. The room is spacious and well-appointed. The mattress was a touch firm for us, and the pillows didn't feel luxurious, but all else was first rate. The shower in particular is fantastic. The breakfast and lunch are both for the most part... good. I was there for 4 meals, 3 had great service and 1 had extremely slow service. Everything we tried was between good and great (except the coffee/espresso which was generally poor). And the setting is lovely. The spa is fantastic. Lots of steam room, sauna, pool, cold pool options to cycle through. All varied and interesting, in good condition, and relaxing. Now the high temp outside was 95 degrees when we went, and I'd think it would be more pleasant closer to 70-80 (or even snowy) so keep that in mind when you book. The only gripe here would be that the lounge chairs seem to fill up early, but we navigated that ok. Now let's get to my #1 nit. I asked about EV charging when I reserved, and was told that they have slow charging available in the garage. Which is sort of true... but they only offer 6 spots on the top garage floor with outlets, and they give no preference to EVs for them, let alone EVs that are actively charging (which I checked it was 3 EVs and 3 gas cars in those spots). When I tried to resolve things, I had to do a lot of hunting around and re-checking on day 1 when I just wanted to relax. So Posthotel I think you could do a lot better for EVs just by prioritizing them a bit better, even if you didn't add more outlets (though that would be nice too). Slow charging is fine, no need for fast chargers in this setting. So overall... really nice/good, spendy but not as bad as it seems, great for a relaxing getaway weekend. 4.5 stars.

Yelp
Posthotel Leavenworth is a magical place, stunning views of the white snowy mountains. Place is gorgeous and extremely clean, staff are polite and welcoming, our room was cleaned daily. Breakfast and lunch was fresh delicious food , desserts were absolutely delicious . Pools, spas, cold plunge, sauna was clean and well maintained, book many months in advance this place gets sold out fast. When you combine the food, rooms, spa wellness and much more, this place is definitely worth the price.

Yelp
Uh ohhhh you guyyyyss, someone from the hotel really created an anonymous account to message me and try to bully me on here after I left my review. I guess they're not happy with my formal complaint. Boo-hoo. Did they think I was just going to turn around, bend over and drop trou? But ya know, that's the way they handle things there. Can't say I'm surprised after the way we were treated at that place. Such professionalism...they truly care about the people paying to stay there and what they have to say....NOT

Yelp
Beautiful hotel property in Leavenworth that boasts the best spa experience in the area. Definitely a destination to put on your list for a pampered break from the city. My favorites takeaways were room with a great view, fitness center, massage, ice bath, detox sauna experience, infinity pool, hot tubs, river float, and a plethora of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Breakfast and lunch are included with the nightly package. This inclusive experience ensures you have nothing to plan or think about during the course of your stay (that must be factored in to the nightly price you pay). I was very impressed with the quality of food and options presented. We spent most of our time in the robes and slippers that were provided as we toured from activity to activity. Plenty of water stations on site to ensure you stay hydrated.

Yelp
Amazing hotel! I'm very picky with hotels and this one was perfect. The pools and saunas were super clean. The room was cute and had a great big bath tub. The food was good! Almost nothing bad to say. I got an AMAZING massage. The only downside was the pillows were sooooooo soft they were not supportive so next time I'd bring my own pillow.

Yelp
This is a spectacular hotel in Leavenworth Washington. You have to book at least six months in advance and it's expensive but so worth it! It's a stand out! The grounds are gorgeous. They have breakfast and lunch included in the room price. You can't really enter the hotel unless you have a reservation. It's worth the 2 1/2 hour drive from Seattle! I highly recommend if you want a once in a lifetime experience. You can explore the town of Leavenworth only steps away!

Yelp
This place is a gem. Amazing spa area and heated indoor/outdoor pool. All inclusive meals and deserts are delicious. A true relaxation destination, located in a beautiful town.

Yelp
The Posthotel in Leavenworth is a hidden gem amongst the chaos of the city. It is so calm, serene, a place to truly unwind in a quiet space. My husband and I stayed at the Posthotel for a few days for our anniversary, and it was truly such a joy. Every single person we spoke to was so kind and genuine. When we entered the lower pool area, we were immediately welcomed and asked if we would like a tour. If you are going for the first time, I absolutely recommend it. We were told things like the approximate temperature of each sauna room, how to use each room, that the cold plunge pools were two different temperatures, that the interior hot tub and exterior ones are the same temperature but the exterior one is naturally cooler because of the temperature outside. The note to bring a towel into the marble slab room to use as a pillow is such a good one. We floated from pool to pool, room to room, and while we were concerned that we would be bored - we never were. Now the food - it was remarkably good, and we owe most of that to Tana. Her recommendations were so good each and every time that if we didn't see her, or we were seated by someone else, I went to find her to ask her what she would recommend. From the Honey Amaretto Lavender Latte, to the Steak Salad, we even ordered the crepes because of her - and we are not crepe people - they were amazing! Not only were Tana's recommendations perfect, she was also a truly delightful person. We are making our way back to the Posthotel in a few weeks for my birthday and we are looking forward to seeing her again and everyone at the Posthotel.

Yelp
This was our 4th visit to the Post Hotel. Our first visit was in December 2019 ($560 a night plus taxes). We also visited Aug. 2022 ($680 a night plus taxes), December 2022 ($690 per night), and December 2023 ($770 per week night $870 Friday night plus taxes). It's an absolutely beautiful spa resort, though starting to show cosmetic wear and tear and some mildew in the restroom near the spas. This is the first time I took pictures in the spa area. They used to prohibit cell phones, but we noticed several people recording in the pool (even under the water), so I took a few pictures, careful to not get guests in my shots. * tip* You need to get down to the spa area early to save yourself a lounging chair or nest. Overall it's a magical getaway. Just not sure it's worth the current cost per night.

Yelp
Oh my gosh. This is my favorite place to stay in the world and I've had the blessing to travel a lot! Post lives up to the hype. We make reservations for our next stay as we are driving away from our last one- they fill up fast. Weekdays are easiest and least crowded and even when the hotel is at capacity it feels spacious and not too full. The spa services are to die for, their luxury candles are a must have and the inclusion of lunch and breakfast is awesome. They have a barista you can order from and coffee, tea and fruit infused water all over the hotel. They even have ice packs in the freezers on each floor if you need to ice a sore muscle. We had fresh flowers in our room when we checked in and every room has a stone tub with in mirror TV and beautiful fireplace seating area. Our balcony is a lovely place to take morning coffee. The wellness pools are everything! Salt water plunge pools. Several hot tubs, foot baths, my personal favorite- the cooling eucalyptus room.. I need one of these in my home when I'm having a panic attack! Come for the floral sauna and stay for the cooling marble mist room. Take a nap on a water bed in the napping room or being a book you to the lobby couches to relax and people watch. Just steps away from shopping and restaurants- parking is included in your stay. Absolutely lovely from start to finish.

Yelp
After we had left I looked at some "one star" comments, and they are absolutely untrue, even offensive. This hotel and spa were sparkling clean from rooms to spa to dining, every employee available for questions and requests immediately, and I have stayed in Leavenworth several times over the last couple of decades but this is now the ONLY place I will stay going forward. The cost is WORTH IT.

Yelp
The staff is rude and racists! We didn't feel safe here so we left before our week long stay was even over.

Yelp
A very nice stay. Loved it. We will be back. Found out "you do not know you are stressed out, until you are not". People there are wonderful, especially the guys monitoring the wellness area. The spa was amazing, both of our massages were amazing. Breakfast and lunch were great, until...on day 2 our waitress forgot to put our order in. Waited over 30 minutes for food that took 5 minutes the day prior. Room and facilities are amazing, looking forward to our next visit.

Yelp
This was one of the best, most luxurious and romantic experiences of my life! Pros: - NO CHILDREN ALLOWED - Free food (breakfast & lunch): we ordered one of each on the menu to try a variety of options. - Option to play free mini golf on the property - I recommend maximizing your time and using all the spas until they physically kick you out . Then once you check out for the day around 2PM, grab those golf clubs and head to the course! - Unlimited access to 7ish different steam rooms and saunas, including an indoor/outdoor pool (all free). This was truly heaven and IMO, you do not need to tack on additional treatments - Amazing bed and spacious room, very romantic, with a giant marble tub. - Located in the heart of downtown Leavenworth, making it easy and accessible to walk. Cons: - The food wasn't great - lunch was good but breakfast wasn't. For what they charge, the food should really be dialed in. - More attention to detail, as I was billed twice. But it was rectified :) Can't wait to come back, although they're booked out 6-12 months in advance and the pricing has gone up twice since we visited in September.

Yelp
Absolutely one of the best hotels we have stayed in USA. The hotel facilities are phenomenal. Beautiful, elegant, clean, fresh, relaxing! Great amenities include the amazing SPA with about 7 saunas. Indoor and outdoor spa, beautiful indoor/ outdoor pool. Complimentary breakfast and lunch Amazing, friendly and efficient service! Perfect for a romantic vacation or a relaxing weekend. Kids free, dogs free, smoke free. I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
We just got home from our second visit. We plan to make a visit once a year. The pool/wellness spa is luxurious and relaxing. The eucalyptus steam room with marble loungers is my favorite. Nothing better than the outdoor hot tub with a beautiful view of the snowy mountains. My wife had a massage that she said was the best she's ever had. The hotel and rooms are beautiful and sparkling clean. The restaurant is so nice and the food is delicious. Special shout out to Juan and Manuel at the pool and Rebecca at the restaurant, who were all outstanding and always anticipated our needs. My only feedback would be for the rules to include laptops being used only in your room. I saw one woman clearly working remote with her laptop at breakfast and the pool, it killed the vibe. Also feel like some of the staff need a reminder that not everyone who comes to this resort has a lot of money. Some of us just save our coins to enjoy a luxurious night and going above and beyond means the world to us. That's said, we'll definitely be back next year!

Yelp
Heaven. I cannot say enough about this place. I never understood the hype due to the cost...until I stayed there. I've already booked our next stay! Post hotel takes care of your every need from start to finish- I've truly never had a more relaxing stay somewhere. The spa area was everything I could want and more....the eucalyptus calm room, the lavender steam room, the foot pools...everything was wonderful. Breakfast and lunch were great, as were the desserts at night. Truly the cost is worth every penny!

Yelp
My husband says I should rate Posthotel 20 out of 5 stars because we had such a great experience. Everything about our stay was perfect. Our room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. They also give you robes, slippers, and water bottles so you don't have to worry about bringing those things. Breakfast, Lunch, and coffee/dessert is included and it's absolutely delicious. They had a great variety to choose from. The spa rooms are worth the stay on their own. There are so many saunas and experiences to choose from. It never felt crowded and overall there was a very relaxing atmosphere. Miniature golfing and bike rentals were also included. There is also a park within walking distance and everything in downtown is within walking distance as well. I will 100% be back to enjoy!

Yelp
My partner and I came in for massages for our 10 year anniversary. For the price we are paying for simple massages, on a very special day none the less, we did not get to enjoy the experience of being at the beautiful spa. We were sent to the waiting area in our street clothes (no robe?) so after our massage it was back into our clothes. Going back to the waiting room in street clothes is awkward and uncomfortable. It was just an in and out experience that would have been fine if not for the price. I've been at spas with fewer amenities and was still given a robe and slippers and able to use whatever amenities and space they had without feeling rushed or unwelcome...and paid half the price. Overall it was an unwelcoming experience. Lower your prices, or allow your paying customers to at least use the small steam room or showers in the bathrooms or provide a robe so they can actually relax and enjoy the space you offer.

The best pacific north west spot to getaway and recharge. Everything about this place is beautiful and amazing.

Yelp
What a unique and memorable experience. You want to plan on enjoying the spa, steam rooms, pools, saunas and plan on being in your robe the entire time. It's just a lovely situation all the way around. Breakfast and lunch were delicious but remember to come down to enjoy coffee and tea service during evening, where they also serve delicious desserts. We were so pleased as we are gluten free and there were plenty of variations and options. Truly lovely.

Yelp
$900 and a 6 month wait to open the door to the bathroom and see a roach in the tub. . Left afterwards, it was the final straw as the staff loves to treat you like garbage should your room not be ready and you arrive slightly early...Money talks and it's the only thing they want to hear. I'd rather stay at a 2 star motel and get a genuine reaction from the office staff than have someone with a fake attitude. Do better.

Yelp
We had the most wonderful staying at the hotel. The amenities were awesome, our room was beautiful and the food was a delight. It's pricy but worth it! Can't wait to come back again in the summer.

Yelp
Me and my husband had a nice getaway at Posthotel. This place is really luxury, very clean and stylish. Our room was very clean, bed was very convenient and our bathroom was gorgeous. Their breakfast is delicious too. Cappuccino was very tasty. They have 4 saunas on site and a big pool. Very good experience and we will definitely come again. My husband purchased their robe for me, I love it. Thank you for a very nice gateway.
