We had booked all the cottages under Pot n Kettle for my wedding weekend! Samantha was super responsive and it made the stay so easy. Each cottage was clean and beautifully put together with its own flare/character. I would definitely come back to stay again! We even met other members of the community while staying and they were welcoming.

We had a lovely 4 night stay in Leipers Fork just after the 4th of July. We enjoyed the shopping and fun cafes. Our little cottage was just perfect for the four of us, very relaxing and comfy! We loved the decor and design of the home. It is in a perfect location for going to Franklin and Nashville.

Disappointing experience, to say the least. we had a group of 35 - 45 year old PROFESSIONAL women stay in the Leipers Fork cottage, many of whom have high-level careers in property management and know the importance of maintaining and respecting a rental. Though our group thoroughly cleaned and followed all check out steps, the owner decided to keep the deposit we left for inaccurate and unsubstantiated damages while accusing our group of disrespecting the home, which we absolutely did not. Sad way to end a great trip! Our group does not seem to be the only group with deposit issues, based on other reviews, so if you’re expecting yours back, I would not recommend these cottages.

We loved Coda Cottage. Super cute and friendly neighborhood. The cottage was well decorated, comfortable and everything we needed or wanted. The Nancy Drew book collection was such a throwback for me! Beautiful setting just a short drive to great restaurants and shopping. Recommend the Leioers Fork distillery and Redbryds coffee locally. Red Pony and Culaccinos in Franklin for dinner. Would not hesitate to recommend or return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Tin Roof Cottage. We have had a long-standing tradition of celebrating Easter with our family at home, including Easter baskets will all kinds of goodies and egg dyeing! Now that our kids are older and our daughter is a sophomore at Vanderbilt, we were looking for a location that would help us recreate our “at home” Easter experience. The Tin Roof Cottage delivered on all counts; beautifully decorated home that made us feel comfortable and relaxed as soon as we stepped through the door. Creatively and beautifully decorated and with all the creature comforts that a family would need. A great stay and terrific memory of an Easter well-celebrated. The cottage is just a short drive from Nashville but feels like a totally different world. Thanks Tin Roof Cottage!

We stayed at the Leipers Fork Inn while in town for our son’s wedding. It was the perfect setting!! It was spacious with the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was awesome!! We loved the spacious table. It would be a great location for a family Thanksgiving or Christmas. We had people come over after the rehearsal dinner @ the 1892 & people raved about it. We had 2 of the 3 fireplaces lit as it was the beginning of November. We would have loved to use the fire pit but ran out of time. The house was nicely decorated & very cozy. The owners were easy to get in touch with & responsive.

We stayed at Coda Cottage during May 2020. It was very well appointed, bright, cheerful and clean. It was also spacious and had a nice outdoor covered patio just outside which was pleasant for that time of year. Samantha was professional, yet very easy to communiate and the entire experience went very well. We did the rental directly through Pot N' Kettle. I don't know of the other ways, but I recommend that path. Leipers Fork is of course a wonderful little place.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is adorable and quite comfortable. The neighborhood is within walking distance to the historic town of Leipers Fork. If you choose to ride the provided bicycles that was fun also. The fire pit and grill area is so nice on a cool fall evening. I would definitely stay here again

Yelp
The property is absolutely beautiful!! Unfortunately, the owners...not so much. Stayed at the cottages for a bachelorette party. As soon as Samantha learned it would be a bachelorette party she had apparently made her mind up about not giving us our deposit back. She was incredibly rude, hostile and unprofessional. Let me also add that it was a party of mid-30s to 40 year old mothers...not a bunch of 20 something's looking to rage. We were accused of damaging property which couldn't be farther from the truth. Apparently Sam noted calcifications on the stove top, and if you know anything about chemistry you would know that calcifications don't happen in the 72 hours that we were there. Also accused us of bringing in sand and leaves...leaves maybe from our shoes but it was not intentional. but were never in contact with any sand. Our group was quite respectful of the beautiful property, and it's a shame that the owner is a miserable person. The porch was by far our favorite, having coffee out there each morning. We were so excited for this location and we discussed making it an annual trip as we loved this location. But honestly probably not unless we get an apology for the treatment we received and obviously our deposit back. The owner refuses to show time stamped photos to her claims to prove we in fact caused the damages she is claiming we causes. Please also note the house sleeps 10 people. We had 10 people. Each day we took out a bag of trash. Yes we did accumulate a lot of trash as we cooked and ate at the house. But all our trash was cleaned up and put in the location specified. It's very sad cause we are not people who would EVER disrespect a property. We have morals and values!

Yelp
Can we just live here?! We've now stayed in two of the Pot n' Kettle cottages and will definitely book again! The decor is thoughtful and the location is smack dab in a fairy tale town. It's great for a big family or group of friends. Photos and memories you'll never forget :)

Yelp
Super cute, cozy cottage perfect for our girlfriend getaway! We stayed in the Tin Roof Cottage for a long weekend and enjoyed the community and company. A short walk to The Spa was a highlight of the trip. Samantha was a wonderful and helpful host. Highly recommend Pot N' Kettle!

Yelp
The owner charged us $1k for cleaning fees in addition to their $300 cleaning fees since we didn't take out the trash or put our towels in the washing machine. They tried to claim we smoked in the house and used a picture of an unmade bed as evidence that we had broken our rental violation as if they expected all beds to be made before our departure. Don't let them scam you!

Yelp
Such a lovely cottage we just stayed at. We were all in the Coda Cottage and it was so cozy. The location was perfect. We walked to breakfast, lunch and dinner. We stopped by into some shops and walked around the neighborhood. Even saw a little bit of a baseball game down the street. The home itself was just on point. We all also enjoyed a little bonfire outside. Would definitely come back. Thank you Samantha.

Yelp
Very charming! Coda Cottage had everything we needed, even bikes! Close to great restaurants and shops, and it was easy to head over to Franklin, too. We explored the Natchez Trace, and staying with you was a highlight!

Yelp
We had a wonderful fall getaway at the Tin Roof Cottage - the area was beautiful and the home truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Thank you so very much!

Yelp
(We stayed in the Coda Cottage). This darling cottage offered a quaint setting in a quaint town. The owner even has a few bikes for us to use to get around town. The Big bathroom was the best and the tub was perfect. A lot of attention to detail was evident in this property trying to make guests feel welcome and at home. The kitchen had everything you would need. We also loved the spacious laundry room. The only disadvantage was t.v. area was not comfortable to use. It would have been better if there was a couch in that area instead of all chairs. There was little closet space in the rooms to put your belongings as well. The beds, especially in the main bedroom squeaked, which made it a little annoying to sleep in. Lastly, it would have been nice to have a privacy curtain on the second bedroom door. Despite some of the negatives we mentioned, we really did enjoy our stay in the cottage and would definitely consider booking this location again.
