I ordered the Prime Rib Steak and it was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. The meat had so much hard gristle throughout the meat. I could not eat but about a third of the sandwich. If it were real Prime Rib as advertised, there would not be hard gristle throughout. I will not be ordering that item ever again. I used to get the Wreck in the past, now I’m wondering if it is really genuine meat. I do not recommend the Prime Rib Steak. It was disgusting! Elaine

I love Potbelly Sandwich Shop. This location did not disappoint! Rather large interior with plenty of seating, everything was pretty spotless. The employees were super friendly and the sandwich was exactly what I expected to be - delicious! Would be more than happy to come back here and to recommend it to others!

It was a decent sandwich. The soup wasn't real hot and they sell caramelized onions for the prime rib sandwich but don't seem to actually know what a caramelized onion is. They ran my onions through the oven a second time and they were still basically raw. I paid nearly $20 for a soup and sandwich after the tip and for that price, it should have been great, not fine.

I had earned a reward for a free shake, so I came in to get one. I asked for the Oreo shake and I asked if they could make it a little thick. The shake I got was runny, melted and not at all drinkable. They were busy so I think they just forgot about me and the shake was a result of it. Turns out, they also charged me for the shake and did not use my reward despite the fact that I scanned it in her system. I didn’t bother to complain and just let it go. I just put it in the trashcan before I left without drinking more than a couple sips. I won’t be coming back.

It’s been years since visiting Potbelly and specifically this location. There are a variety of reasons but mostly due to health and disability. This evening we ventured out and it was my husband’s first time ever eating at this sandwich shop. Thank you Bay Area Potbelly for not disappointing! The food, service, and atmosphere were all exactly what our tired bodies, hungry bellies, and weary souls needed. We ordered the chicken pot pie soup and cheddar broccoli soup, 2 Avo Turkey Size BIG as our entrees. The soups were hearty and warm for this cold night and the sandwiches were delightfully filling as the employee taking our order crafted the sandwich to our exact liking not skimping on toppings (shout out to Hayden). I even requested extra sauces on the sides to try the new flavors and he kindly obliged with no hesitation. We also splurged on a Dream Bar and 2 Egg Nog milkshakes for dessert. For those trying to get your gains on or anyone looking for a sweet treat just because…I highly recommend either of these options as both were very flavorful and knocked out that sweet tooth craving. Special thanks to Driian for his keen and kind eyes to our situation with the wheelchair and helping us to our table and getting those sauces set up for us…Hot Pepper Ranch for the WIN! Last but not least, thank you Abby for the great customer service and all your recommendations as we asked lots of questions and you were so kind and helpful. Way to be great humans in what can be a not-so-human friendly world these days. It’s experiences like tonight that make families like ours find smiles when they’re often hard to come by. My girlfriend and I paid $30 for our sandwiches and we usually get bigs for our sandwiches. Tonight it looks like we paid for a big, but got a portion a small. Our sandwiches are mostly of our toppings, and barely any protein. This was unacceptable to spend $30 on something that is supposed to fill me up. Now, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Can't believe I'm having to do this. I've been in the industry for almost 18 years now. I have learned how to deal with many many situations. I am customer of pot belly that love love loves their sandwiches! It has been my favorite since my favorite mom and pops shop shut down. Long story short. I ordered a full Italian sandwich loaded with cheese. It said it on my order exactly. Loaded Italian sandwich. I recieve half a sandwich with two pieces of meat. No cheese no toppings and HALF of the sandwich. I called to speak to a manager. She asked me what the problem was. Immediately could tell I was upset and mad. Immediately wanted to blame uber eats and its out of her control. All she needed to do regardless if I'm lying or not. Was simply say first off. I am sorry your order was incorrect. Please come by the store for half off a sandwich. I blasted the pic all over social media because it's that ridiculous what they sent me. Now im recieving from many people. It's not the first time for this kind of situation. I know this review won't matter. Whoever owns this store you need to be aware. You have people sending just bread out to customers. Also a manager who Immediately doesn't want to take fault for a employee sending out bread for a order. Will never order there again. I luckily had about 30 witnesses of it arriving like it did.

The worker making the sandwiches at 8:30pm Tuesday, Aug 19th, was incredibly rude and frustrated we were ordering food. Her name started with “M” and this is the second time we’ve had a problem with her attitude. The first time was a month ago, walking into the store and hearing her yelling at her coworker, seemingly frustrated, making it really awkward. The second time, most recently, she rolled her eyes and visibly was mad that I wanted bacon on my sandwich. I wanted more stuff but at this point, I just wanted to get out of there asap. I won’t be returning to this location, as I only associate it with her bad vibes now. I get times can be rough, but damn girl! You ain’t gotta take it out on your coworkers and customers! Disappointed as the food was pretty good…
