I don’t dine at this location often, but every time I do the staff is always polite and professional. Today there were two employees working who were absolutely amazing—a gentleman with glasses and long hair, and a very patient lady who gave me time to decide what I wanted. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!

Everytime I come here it’s a great experience! I love trying different sandwiches and so had they have all been great. Love the atmosphere and the convenient location, and the staff members are usually really kind and chill. Love this place 😎

I love Potbelly Sandwich Shop. This location did not disappoint! Rather large interior with plenty of seating, everything was pretty spotless. The employees were super friendly and the sandwich was exactly what I expected to be - delicious! Would be more than happy to come back here and to recommend it to others!

I ordered the Prime Rib Steak and it was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. The meat had so much hard gristle throughout the meat. I could not eat but about a third of the sandwich. If it were real Prime Rib as advertised, there would not be hard gristle throughout. I will not be ordering that item ever again. I used to get the Wreck in the past, now I’m wondering if it is really genuine meat. I do not recommend the Prime Rib Steak. It was disgusting! Elaine

This is my preferred location...Audrey, Cloe, and Abby works full potential to move the lines all while delivering amazing customer service ! Let's not forget Alexis, she was all over the place multitasking from making orders, bagging orders, taking orders at the register, and answering the phone lines..and again delivering excellent customer service with a smile on her face regardless of a rush in customers ! The food is always fresh and the staff goes over and beyond to assure the orders are correct ! Keep up the great work ladies 😊

I go to this location frequently and my last two visits have been very disappointing. I order the roast beef sandwich most of the time and my last visit I got 3 of them for the family and the meat was so dry and tough they were not edible. I dont know if they changed something in the recipe but unfortunately our experience was so bad we will have to stop going here.

It was a decent sandwich. The soup wasn't real hot and they sell caramelized onions for the prime rib sandwich but don't seem to actually know what a caramelized onion is. They ran my onions through the oven a second time and they were still basically raw. I paid nearly $20 for a soup and sandwich after the tip and for that price, it should have been great, not fine.

Definitely the worst shake Ive ever had. It taste like cold milk Plus the cookie they put on top was super stale. They have other things that are good but I wouldnt recommend the shake.
