"After rehearsals, my stomach was grumbling and I decided the void could only be filled with an Italian sandwich from Potbelly. Again, extra pickles. Even when I was a little kid, I used to ask my mom to put pickles on every sandwich. Potbelly is a tough sell for me because, though the sandwiches are indeed delicious, one leaves the place smelling like a six-foot-tall meat-laden hero. Well … put that way, a six-foot-tall meat-laden hero can rescue this princess any day."

Staff is super friendly and helpful! Sandwiches were delicious - got the skinny Italian and the original sweet heat pork BBQ.

Three and half stars. Food was pretty good once I finally got it after what felt like forever on a quiet Sunday afternoon. While friendly and cheerful, I had to remind the attendee of my soup order three(!) times along the way. Staff seemed distracted and uninterested in making customer service a priority. The prep area, while not dirty, was messy with trash on the floor, and staff personal belongings on the counter.

They make a good sandwich, I like the smell when I walk in. Smells good in there, like a Smokey Texas BBQ smell. The bread is good too

This place is top notch; 5 star quality food, 5 star quality customer service. The food was served fast, accurate, fresh & piping hot. P.S. this is my first time ordering from this franchise and i wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The place was spotless (no grit & grim, food debris, spilled drink/stains anywhere to be seen) floors, table tops and counters were all clean. Don't see that to often with most of these food chains nowadays.

Hmmm let me just star by saying that I love PotBelly but I had never had a cold sandwich at their restaurants until I went to this location. I think I waited 20 min minimum and there was only one group of three tourist right before me. And the tourist were all confused about what to order... this lady who was “Italian” didn’t know that pepperoni has pork on it!!!! Ok but that’s besides the point there were two staff who clearly didn’t bother to stand up to the restaurant standards of which I took this picture ... so maybe too friendly and certainly not fast

My overpriced sandwich was a dry disappointment. The two stars are for the milkshake. Sandwich choices were limited. Not all Potbelly's are alike.
