Pretty disappointed in the sandwich I got from here before going to a concert at MSG nearby. I got the Italian sandwich and it was mediocre, used to really like this sandwich from other potbelly so not sure why it just wasn't the same here. Won't be coming back again.

A regular Italian sub, per the menu comes with - Salami, old-world capicola, pepperoni, mortadella, provolone. They give you 1 slice of each, if that. Pretty sure the cheese is missing. The sub has zero filling, all bread. For $15+ it’s a rip off. Used to love this place.

When did it become OK for lunch spots to ignore the line of customers standing right in front of them waiting to be served while they make online orders instead? We made a choice about where to eat and we decided to come to your place of business. We are standing there looking you in the face, meanwhile our hot sandwich sits there for 10 minutes getting cold while bags and bags or online orders are being made instead. Either hire enough staff to handle both or become delivery/order pick up only. Easy decision to go somewhere else next time.

The staff was fine, the food was just mediocre. Got the skinny pizza sub which was decent. Potato soup - flavor was good, but lacking in the potato part. I love their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, but this bag I got were hard and stale.

Terrible service. I walked into this location around 9:20–9:30 PM to grab a sandwich. After being ignored for several minutes, an employee finally approached me and informed me that they were already closed. I pointed out that the door was unlocked and that the posted hours clearly state a 10 PM closing time. She then told me that the store sometimes closes “quick,” which I didn’t understand, and I again referred to the official closing hours. She repeated the same response. At that point, I decided to leave. It appeared that both employees were simply trying to close early and leave. This is not a professional way to run a business. Either update the posted hours or ensure that employees follow the actual schedule. I will never come back to this location.

$20 for a Turkey Bacon Sandwhich. Very thick cut turkey and they couldn’t understand me very well so we couldn’t really communicate about what I wanted

Three and half stars. Food was pretty good once I finally got it after what felt like forever on a quiet Sunday afternoon. While friendly and cheerful, I had to remind the attendee of my soup order three(!) times along the way. Staff seemed distracted and uninterested in making customer service a priority. The prep area, while not dirty, was messy with trash on the floor, and staff personal belongings on the counter.

Just spent my lunch time waiting for the incompetent and unprofessional get overwhelmed and take nearly 30 minutes to make my sandwich with 20 questions and lots of unapologetic time wasting. Go elsewhere.
