I’ve been to this store many times. And have never had this poor of customer service. My family and I went in initially for the Apple Store but stopped at your store to look around! (We just bought new bedding for my daughter last year from here). We were looking at the Halloween costumes and I went to the desk area to ask if the pikachu one was part of the sale i immediately got a snarky attitude from Hailey, and she just seemed like I was bothering her from just existing. I just walked away after her answer. I noticed they were closing and I quickly told my family let’s go. The other girl with short brown hair had great customer service skills and was very kind, I had asked her if the costumes would go on sale after Halloween and Hailey decided to once again be snarky and said “ tell her prices are going up after Halloween” again with attitude. Hailey definitely needs coaching on how to politely talk to customers and not make them feel like they are bothering her.

Great service!! Really appreciated first Gayle and then Mark and all their assistance. Plus the quality of the nursery chairs are much better than other places we tried at the mall.

This location Pottery barn was quite small. They really had to work hard to pack all this product in this place. Fun items and neat decor. Would be a great place to pick up quality learning play toys.

Very friendly and helpful sales associates. As new parents they really answered all of our questions and then some. It was also nice to hear from repeat customers in this store.

Brooke was absolutely amazing! She went over everything I needed to know about car seats and strollers. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated her guidance and will definitely be back soon to make my purchase!

We bought one of there power recliners for our first baby to have a nice rocking chair. It came acting weird swaying in weird directions and creaking. They sent someone out to look at it and said a part was missing and that they couldn't replace it so we would have to go through warranty. When calling warrenty they said because we didn't buy the insurance they couldn't help us despite it being brand new. Now we have a chair that came broken and they won't fix or replace it. Not to mention all the time it took over the phone just to get to this point. For something this expensive I definitely wouldn't buy one again.

They said not to worry and that they would have several different people check before sending out and that I would get an email. I never got an email so ended up calling them and the first gal I spoke to said it came out perfect and they should've sent out. After being on hold for a long time, this other lady Brook got on the phone and told me that the embroidery dis not look great and that they would have to order another chair cover, redo and send out. She sent me the messed up one as a placeholder and then called me week later to let me know they have the replacement and requested I ship the one they messed up back. You would think she would just let me keep, as someone with good customer service would, instead of inconveniencing me to ship back. Hopefully they don't try to fix embroidery and sell a less than perfect cover to someone else. Or maybe they will cut up and discard like I saw on Netflix's "Buy Now." Just a horrible experience for something that should've been very simple. Again, do not recommend this store.

We have spent thousands of dollars doing our nursery in your furniture. We bought the comfort power swivel. It took awhile to get here. We have had it for barely two years and it quick reclining. We were told in store it was a 3 year warranty. On the phone, after many phone calls, wee were told one year warranty. Don't waste your money on their recliners. It's ridiculous that we were offered no support to get it fixed or that it has already quit working.

This is a great location! Same stuff as all the other stores. Great sales associates who are helpful, but not pushy; they ask if you need help, but they don't hover. I had a less than ideal experience at the Aspen Grove store (it took well over an hour to buy curtain rods that were instock? How complicated is the process???) I mentioned it to Julia, a sales associate, at the Park Meadows associate store who gave me 10% off the outdoor furniture I was buying! If you order something from the catalog or website IN the store and pick it up there, there is no shipping charge. The same company who owns Pottery Barn, owns West Elm and Williams Sonoma.

I want to give a big thank you to Gina, the assistant store manager in assisting us with looking up our e-merchandise credit from over one year ago. She went above and beyond and it is truly appreciated. Thank you Gina for your great customer service.

Pottery Barn Kids Do not shop here. Ordered a desk got only a hutch. Sorry grandson you don't have a birthday present. They wont refund my money and will only give me 50% of my money back in store credit.

Zero trust in the company. Do not order any furniture from here. Their product management / customer service needs a complete overhaul. Was assured a glider for a nursery would be delivered by June ... received multiple notifications saying it "shipped" and was "in transit" and "arrived." So I scheduled for delivery -- delivery folks showed up, asked where the gilder would be placed, and-- after 15 mins-- said they couldn't find the glider in the truck. I didn't even know how to respond to that. In a world where gas is not cheap, this company is so mismanaged they don't even check inventory in the truck before delivering. After many phone calls apparently it was a "phantom / ghost" order, so had to re-order. Take 2... they said it would be delivered no later than July 28. Well, here we are on July 28 and it's pushed back to Aug 1-19... uh huh. What's the real kicker is that their customer service appears to be instructed to not apologize / accept responsibility. I have been on the phone with more than 5 reps and not a single one has said "we are sorry for the inconvenience / time / annoyance." Absolutely insane.

Ordered a Kendall crib in May that we were assured would be delivered in June. Order got pushed back to July. Now we are told end of August when we are soon expecting. Was offered a loaner crib, but they can't tell what crib it will be or when it will arrive. Just canceled order and will be going with another company.

Avoid this store at all cost!!! I never leave bad reviews but here I go: this summer, I went to exchange a sleeper that was brand new with tags for a larger size and the sales person was extremely rude right off the bat. She pulled it out of the pottery barn kids box, questioned if it was new and SMELLED it. YES! She smelled it, I'm cringing as a write this. It was traumatizing. Let me re state: it was brand new with tags and had been in the original packaging since it had been mailed to me. It was still a current item in the store and all I wanted was to exchange for a larger size. I was beyond mortified and asked to talk to the manager. Well, she said she was the manager on duty so I left feeling extremely upset. I called the store the next day and talked to the GM who was apologetic and embarrassed about the situation but did nothing regain my trust or make me feel like the brand cared or valued me as their customer. Keep in mind- my carseat, stroller, round rug, bedding, lamp ect ect ect are all from PB KIDS. I deleted my Pottery Barn Kids registry that week & reregistered elsewhere. Fast forward - I was hoping for a better experience this go around and went into the store earlier this week. I was the only customer in the store & waited about 5 minutes for the THREE sales associates working to look up from the cash wrap to greet me. I finally approached them for help. The specific items I wanted were not in stock in store. I was fine with ordering them until they wanted to charge me for shipping - $22 for shipping is a bit ridiculous and short sided. I've actually never been to a store where when the item is out of stock, the shipping cost is put back on the customer. That being said, it's one thing if you're ordering online but I actually came into the store for the customer experience and because I had questions about the product! I called PB customer service and the person I talked to agreed that she'd never heard of the shipping situation (since I was in store and it was out of stock). she apologized for the experience, said she'd pass my contact information along and I never heard back from anyone. I'm not sure if it's this specific store's culture or the brand itself but Pottery Barn clearly doesn't care about their shoppers or customer experienc/care anymore which is extremely disappointing. I've worked in retail and can empathize with other retail workers, however, to make someone feel so uncomfortable not once but twice is just pathetic. Based off the other reviews regarding their customer service, I know I'm not wrong here or overreacting.

Pottery Barn Delivered Our baby crib and dresser. My wife was home alone and the Deliver service was GOD AWEFUL. The guys delivering the furniture Brought the wrong furniture. Which things happen i understand that. They lied to us saying it was the same set which it was two completely different barcodes when my wife checked. They refused to call service support to get it fixed. They refused to take the wrong furniture with them. I guess we can just sell it online. We don't know when we will get our right furniture but we are still working on it. I would not recommend them at this point.

Hmm, Pottery Barn, how do I think of thee? Let me turn to the Bible to compare. Matthew 23:26-28 "Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean. In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness." Okay, okay, so Pottery Barn isn't wicked or anything like that but just as a whitewashed tomb looks nice on the outside and putrid on the inside, so is Pottery Barn. From afar, the merchandise looks solid, beautiful and well-built. When you get upclose, you notice that it's made of poor materials, inside and out. With few exceptions, it's high priced junk. I was in love with last season's Sumner collection, especially the dining table. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth purchasing because when I saw it live, I saw how poor its quality was. This isn't furniture that can be passed down, you'll be lucky to get "a lifetime" out of it. Same goes for the leather couches I saw - they look cheap upclose. The slipcovered everything that's in season now is horrific from upclose and afar. This location is no different than any other Pottery Barn, except nobody who works there notices or acknowledges you. No bueno. I visited on 1/7/11.

$299 for delivery? I have a truck - I could have taken it - but I'm required to order on line and pay for delivery? I bought a Sidebar and bought it from a retailer who provided FREE delivery. I now shop elsewhere.

Love all the people at this boutique! Everyone is super helpful, and never invade your shopping space. If you're there to just browse or if you need help they're all over it! Truly they know my girls Dixie and Emerson and always make me feel so welcome! Highly recommend this location! Also, if there's anything they don't have in stock then they will easily find it for you at other locations and take you through the process. Again just always helpful and they are just great people! Makes me feel like family!

Are you expecting and shopping for a glider chair? Trying to get your nursery set up and looking at the pottery barn chair? When should you order your chair you ask? Bad news you're already too late. You should have ordered the chair at the moment of conception, or better yet 6 months before you were even thinking about getting pregnant. I understand the supply chain difficulties during a pandemic but when you order a chair 6 months before the baby is due, have the delivery estimate pushed out twice and then get told on two separate occasions after the chair has been delivered to the local distribution center that "they can't locate the chair" then it is just gross incompetence. Our due date is today and our options are now to order a new chair with delivery hypothetically in December or get a full refund and good luck finding another chair in time. Thanks Pottery Barn!

............ Oooooh Pottery Barn. Why are you so DULL and BORING this season? Where did the Pottery Barn go that we all knew and loved? Hello?! Is anyone here to help me? Hello? *echo* ....ello? ....ello?.... ello?..... Whenever I go into this location they are always chatting with each other..... not the most helpful bunch. I guess when you don't really care about your customers ... it doesn't really matter if you greet them or not. Pottery Barn use to be such a great place to shop..... Now it is just a dirty ol barn ...... with a saggy slipcover sofa....... minus the pottery.

I talked with Jenny on the phone and wow is she cool! She answered all my questions, was very insightful and helped us out mega time! I would recommend her 100% for any question or concern! Very competent and intelligent!

My husband and I ( we are close to 30 ) went into this place to look at things as it was our first place we ever went into for baby stuff. They treated us like dirt. Everyone starred at us like a bunch of teenagers, not one sales person even greeted us. But they where all over the other parents and more obvious pregnant women. We left and we will never buy anything from here ever. I

I love this store! It inspires me to decorate my child's room with their merchandise. I love their high class bedroom sets, accessories, furniture and more. I thought the displays were adorable and out of this world. This location is indeed inside the park meadows mall, but it's nice to take a peak and explore all the items and sales that Pottery Barn has to offer.

I am a HUGE fan of PB Kids. The majority of my daughter's bedding and toys are from here, and the company generally has fab customer service. I regularly shopped at various PB Kids stores in Illinois.This particular location is not my favorite, though. The store is generally overstaffed for such a small space and you're bombarded with people asking if they can help you over and over again- or maybe they just think I'm shoplifting, I don't know. This would normally be a good thing, but the store is usually fairly messy and not well-stocked. Maybe some employees could work on replenishing stock and making the displays look nicer? While I'll stop in here if I need something right away, I prefer to just order online since the store is usually too chaotic (which is a far cry from the actual Pottery Barn on the other side of the mall- that one is always organized very nicely) to shop in efficiently. Again, no qualms with the customer service, and I know kids stores aren't easy to maintain, but it's just a bit messy for a place which should offer a more upscale shopping experience.

I am still a kid at heart. I love much of the stuff they have at the store (and in the catalog and online). I have curtains from here as well as towels and other assorted bath stuff. And, if you're looking for something for an actual kid, you have tons of options. Yes, prices are on the high side. But, the quality of everything I've gotten has been great. For example, I've had the same bathmat for 8+ years now and it's lived up to multiple washings and still looks great. (Another bathmat from BBB is falling apart after a year.) You get what you pay for. And, here that means incredibly cute stuff! Staff at this store have always been helpful. They've gone in the back for me numerous times to check to see if they have items in stock. A tip - if you see something online or in the catalog, but don't see it at the store, ASK! Many times they have it, but just don't have a space to display it.

I am a "regular" here because I have a four year old. PB Kids has decent middle-of-the road pricing and quality as far as I'm concerned. If you are looking for affordable furniture to get you through the teen years then this is a good, somewhat mindless option. They create their inventory to mix and match, making it easy for tired moms and dads to put a room together without breaking the bank or their backs. They will deliver and set up some of their products in your home, such as the set of bunk beds I ordered for my daughter. Honestly, who wants to put bunk beds together? Not I! The service at this particular store has been friendly, but their visual merchandising is lacking in comparison to other locations. I'm not sure whether they have less inventory and a larger space, or if the girls in Atlanta are particularly gifted in making that location look like Pottery Barn Kids Paradise. Just be aware that you may want to look on the interweb for all of your options, as this store frequently seems a little bare to me.

I bought 2 gooseneck faucets a few years ago from Pottery Barn in Park Meadows Mall, Denver. I was doing a complete renovation of our master bath and it turned out gorgeous. A little over a year after install both faucets started leaking. I had two different plumbers try to fix them and they said that the ceramic part in the valve had gone bad and that the valves needed to be replaced. It turns out that pottery barn DOES NOT support their plumbing fixtures like EVERY OTHER reputable plumbing supplier. They could not replace the 30.00 valve and they would not tell me the name of the manufacturer so I could find valves myself. Thinking that this just might be a fluke with this purchase, I bought them a second time and had them installed again. Within 2 years, the valves went bad again. Now I took it up repeatedly with customer service. They have since discontinued this style, they passed me to over 5 different customer service people all of whom gave me the same runaround and did nothing to help me. DO NOT BUY PLUMBING FIXTURES FROM POTTERY BARN! THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR FIXTURES and that is a costly lesson to learn. After going back and forth with several different people on the phone and through email this is what they said to me several different times in several different emails- - "Thank you for contacting Pottery Barn. I am following up on your request to return or exchange the Gooseneck Faucets from order number ------------ placed in 2013. Due to the age of the item and the information presented, we feel that this is normal wear and tear and we are unable to replace this item free of charge. I apologize for any disappointments with the wear and tear signs of use exhibited by your Gooseneck Faucets. I realize this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but I trust you understand that your request far exceeds our guarantee and return policy. I would be happy to offer you a discount of 10 off the purchase of a replacement or off the total merchandise cost of your next order in the form of a merchandise card, made before the end of this month. Good god this place is awful. I drove here all the way from the highlands to check this place out. After ordering a ton of stuff online I was sure I would love the store, this place makes their product look cheap and god awful. Dirty, cluttered, unorganized, crowded, such and unelevated experience. The staff was gross and miserable.... in a store for babies!!! If this were my 1st impression of pottery barn I would not have spent a dime here. God the staff there... where do they conjure up people Like this?!

I went to the store to return a gift, and employee Susie helped me with the return. There was some complication with the refund due to the way the gift was ordered. Susie took the time to call corporate and get things figured out, and called as promised the next day to confirm the refund was sent. It arrived today. In a day and age when it's seemingly more rare, it was a pleasure to work with Susie and experience kind, friendly, efficient, and thorough customer service. THANK YOU!

I never leave poor review's because I typically assume I'm one in a million if something goes wrong. This was by far the worst experience I have EVER had in terms of customer service (I wish I could leave 0 stars). I ordered a full bedroom of furniture for my baby 4 months before my due date. Nothing was a customer order.. just a mattress, crib, a dresser and glider. Over a month after ordering I received an email stating the dresser was backordered but still going to be delivered about a month before my due date. I kept getting responses from my store that completely contradicted what they were saying at the "hub." I was asked to stay home on a Saturday for delivery about 3 weeks before my due date. After scheduled.. no one showed up. When I called to find out what was happening, I was told my order was damaged and needed to be reordered. I asked for them to deliver the damaged chair with the crib and mattress because my due date was literally 5 days away. Again I was told they would be scheduling it on Saturday... to come to find out the "crib is now also damaged" and the dresser is now discontinued. I got a refund for the dresser and panicked at 40 weeks pregnant was still hoping we could get the rest of what we ordered. When I called corporate they told me I was issued a refund for everything, which is not true and that the whole order was canceled. I have spent hours on hold with the customer service line... telling me they are sorry and they understand but cant do anything to help at this time. I am now without any furniture days to my due date and also haven't received a refund for 2 thousand dollars for furniture that never showed up. I would NEVER recommend Pottery Barn to anyone. I am in the design business and will make sure every client I work with knows this story so that they will never experience this either.

It is so refreshing to go into a store where EVERYONE is helpful and friendly! That was my experience today. I haven't had that experience in their regular Pottery Barn store. Wish I could purchase all of their wonderful merchandise in the Pottery Barn Kids store. :)

I'd have to agree with TImm's review and Pottery Barn's lack of concern for costumers. We bought a rug and pad. They "shipped" both because neither was in the store. We were told both would be at our house in 5-7 days. We received the cheapest piece, the $49 pad, but customer service nor the store could tell me when my rug, the expensive part, would be shipped. They couldn't even give me a tracking number. It is supposed to be sitting in some warehouse somewhere. One lady actually told me, "Well, it's a big item." No kidding, I was there when we bought it. They are now giving us 10% discount and it supposed to be here in another 7-10 days. I won't hold my breath. We'd be out of business if we treated our customers like this.

I really like this Pottery Barn Kids. It always has some sort of toy out for the kiddos to play with while I shop. Also, they have free gift wrapping. You can choose between a boy or girl wrap color and it looks so nice to leave the store already having the gift and it wrapped. They even wrap sale items too! Major plus. Always helpful and friendly staff too.

Nice merchandise here but I get the sense that I could find everything here... somewhere else for much cheaper, or at least really close comparables for cheaper. But, the displays here are nice and make you wonder what your child's room could potentially look like.

This review does not reflect on this specific store. It is directed towards potterybarnkids.com only. We ordered a metal bed frame by mistake, thinking it included the box spring. We realized our mistake immediately once the confirmation email was sent, and tried to cancel the order within 30 mins of ordering. I called customer bc you couldn't just cancel the order from the website (like EVERY SINGLE OTHER online order I've made) and that lady told me to call in the morning and they could cancel it then for a full refund. Then the lady in the morning told me to wait for the tracking number within the next day and call UPS and I could refuse the delivery from them and still get the full refund. Then, I called UPS with the tracking number and he said the only way to refuse delivery is to wait for it to come to the door and either refuse it then or send it back through the website. So now we have to eat the $20 in shipping and wait god knows how long to get the cost of the overpriced frame back ($110, for just a plain metal bed frame), if we even get it back at all. Not sure why it's impossible to cancel an order right away, but it's ridiculous. And their customer service sucks.

They have a really great selection of kids things - bedding, towels, chandeliers, etc.. The furniture looks good, but it made very cheaply, is pricey for what it is, and it really doesn't last due to poor China construction. They don't give good customer service, and prefer making excuses. The staff seems to always be running around looking disorganized and/or confused and Brooke is NASTY AND RUDE!!!!

We have gone into this store 3 different times now and all 3 times when I get up to the counter with products to purchase the women behind the counter do NOT even make an effort to acknowledge my existence!!! The first two times I stood there waiting, even tho they knew I was standing there, they act so busy that checking out a paying customer is not part of their job?!? The second time the lady was on the phone and could have at least said I'll be with you in a minute...instead she just never acknowledged me until her phone call was done which was over 5 minutes. I went in for the 3rd and last time yesterday when 3 women were behind the counter, I had books, a blanket and some teething toys for my grandsons birthday that I was purchasing. After a few minutes of no acknowledgement that I was there two of the women just walked away without saying a word and the third woman actually picked up the phone to make a call after looking at me but not saying a word to me! I was extremely upset with all my merchandise on the counter. After a few minutes of her being on the phone and me continually being ignored I walked out, leaving my products on the counter. There are tons of other places I can take my business to. As will my friends and family.

I like PBK merchandise. This physical store is small and a bit cluttered but mostly, the staff is rude and even with 4 customers and 4-5 staff members, the staff acted extremely overwhelmed and were not friendly.

I wish I could give this review zero stars. I just experienced the worst customer service from the Denver Delivery Team ever! I received a confirmation email and a phone call yesterday to confirm deliver today of my sofa between the hours of 10-12. I thought I would lose 1/2 day of work to receive the delivery and would be at work by 12:15 at the latest. About 10:40 I called to see if I could receive a most accurate delivery time, the woman assured me the Denver Delivery team would call me back immediately. No call. No Show. About 12:30 I realized they were not coming, so I called the dispatch (which goes to CA) and she told me 3 times my order # wasn't valid....then she realized my order had been CANCELLED!! I told her I have been waiting at the house all day, why didn't someone tell me it had been cancelled? I asked for a supervisor, Debbie Aguilar placed me on hold for over 20 minutes trying to get a manager for me, which she said none of the Denver Dispatch managers would answer their phone. She said she had spoke to Steve Salinas, but he wasn't a manager and couldn't help me so she didn't connect me to him, but it turns out he IS a manager. When I finally got a call from the Dispatch Dept in Denver it turns out out that my sofa wasn't able to fit on the truck for delivery but no one bothered to call me and not even when I called in during the delivery window!! I called the store and spoke with Denise and she said she would get back to me, but it took over an hour and by then I was on my way to work and also got a final call from the delivery team that they had put my sofa on a truck and were bringing it after I had to get very upset with them. They suggested a Saturday delivery instead which was not acceptable. So unprofessional and the delivery dispatch man was FULL of EXCUSES and would not take any responsibility for wasting my time due to their inept service, as he just laughed it off, so rude and dismissive! Don't waste your time with this incompetent company!

I have been shopping here for years. The staff is always respectful and kind. Especially the manager Brook! She has gone above and beyond a few times for me. Like when my daughter's name on her pillow case was frayed. She replaced it at no charge and found the replacement at another store far from Colorado and had it delivered to me. I didn't expect PBK to replace it, but she took care of it anyway! She is always upbeat and professional. I love to see that she is working when I come in to shop. I always feel really taken care of!

Worst home delivery experience ever! The Denver Colorado-based delivery service for pottery barn and Williams-Sonoma could not suck any more. They have completely botched a quite simple delivery of two chairs for the third (and last) time, as I will never order from them again! They have failed to deliver the correct number of chairs (2) and missed the delivery window time, every time. If I failed at my job this many time, I would be fired. ISIS could do be better.

Very disappointed in their service. We ordered many things from PBK before our daughter was born and didn't have any issues. I tried to order a dresser from them in April and ended up canceling the order after two months of back ordering, losing the dresser, and overall unprofessional behavior of their representatives. I contacted park meadows location and two of their managers never called me back regarding my issues. They acted like my business was not important. Their warehouse has no idea what they are doing and the internal structure of the company just keeps pointing fingers at each other. Weeks after canceling I am STILL receiving emails asking me to schedule my delivery. I will not recommend PBK ever again to my friends.

I've always shopped at PB Kids. I love the bedding. My latest experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I placed an order online and selected in-store pickup because I didn't want to pay shipping. I NEVER pay for shipping when ordering online. When I picked up my order, the associate lectured me about online ordering. She said that the store does not get credit for online orders and that if I need something, I should call the store instead. She said online ordering is the reason there is only one PBKids location in Colorado. I found this lecture to be HIGHLY inappropriate. It is up to me when and where I shop. If I want to buy online and pickup in store, so be it. It is her job to provide excellent customer service. How dare she assume I am uneducated and clueless. She knows nothing about me or my life so how dare she presume to lecture me on what is better for her. Isn't any sale better than no sale? If I along with the other consumers she lectured stop shopping at PBKids because of terrible customer service, isn't that a bigger problem? Get over yourself lady.

On a recent trip to Pottery Barn kids, I was very disappointed. While I like their products, they are overpriced and you can find similar things just as good elsewhere. My biggest beef as of late is their customer service or lack thereof. I had called inquiring about whether I could pick up an online order at their store to which I was given a curt "No". With no explanation. Then the woman I spoke with (who was rather demanding) asked me what I was looking for and when i told her, she said: "Well, I HAVE that here!" As if I could've possibly known that. When I came in to pick it up the woman who helped me (presumably the same one I spoke with) started at me for a good 30 seconds before asking if she could help me and then said: "Name?" very bluntly. The whole experience was just cold and rude and I felt that unless you plan to spend thousands of dollars there, the service you receive will reflect the dollar amount you spend. If you like their stuff, find another store, Park Meadows was NOT nice, welcoming or warm as a store should be.

The person who does the embroidery there is awesome! I will never buy anything from PBK online and have it embroidered from their website again. Online does a horrible job, but the person who does the embroidering onsite does amazing work... plus there are more color, font and "fun" options. You can take in anything from PBK and they will embroider it for you (not free, of course, lol). I only wish he could embroider stuff that isn't from PBK!
