My experience at Poulette was a bit of a rollercoaster. After a grueling 45-minute wait in the queue, we were informed by a fellow customer that the gas wasn’t working. A small, crappy sign in the window didn’t help much either for sold out items.
After waiting an additional 15 minutes, we finally got to order, only to be told our sandwich would take another 20 minutes. We returned after 20 minutes, only to be told it would be another 15. Talk about a lesson in patience!
On the bright side, the sandwich tasted great, which somewhat redeemed the chaos.
Recommendations:
Install a clear, visible sign indicating if items are sold out or if there are issues.
Train staff on how to change gas cylinders efficiently to avoid these delays.
Overall, it was a complete shambles, but at least the food delivered on flavour
