Yelp
This place was a major disappointment at a high price.
The main dishes do not come with any sides, so you are expected to order them individually, racking up the price for something that should reasonably be included in the dish. As a result you are left with a choice between just the main element of a dish (e.g. Pork) with nothing with it, or a hefty price for what is still less than a reasonable serving.
We ordered a vegetarian plate and the travers de porc laquée. The pork was almost all fat and bone. The vegetarian plate was a grain with a couple of carrots on it. Both dishes lacked in substance. What there was of the pork was tasty, but there was really nothing there. The vegetarian plate was incredibly bland.
The wine was heavy in tanin, which was to be expected from a Cotes du Rhones, with notes of black current, but lacking in body and not worth the six euros the glass cost. There is no option on the menu for a pichet of house wine or anything reasonable.
In summary, terrible price/quality ratio. I'm surprised they can get away with serving so little, such unimaginative dishes, and poor to mediocre food at such a high price. We left the restaurant after paying our 50 euro bill about as hungry as we came in, and fantasizing about other restaurants we could walk straight to.
