Poulo Condor Boutique Resort & Spa

We stayed at Poulo Condor for a week. We enjoyed it very much. The staff makes you feel at home at once. The facilities are great.|The restaurant serves great food, the breakfast was lovely. |Our dedicated host Nhuan hosted us as close friends. We felt very warm and welcome in her hands. The private beach is beautiful, but nearby there are more paradise beaches.|Highly recommended!!

Absolutely stunning hotel, really calm and peaceful with an unbelievable white sandy beach. The Staff at Poulo Condor had 5 star service, Yoga every morning was a delight! Hieu especially was very attentive and gave us lots of recommendations, one being the islands famous coconut ice cream spot! It was unreal! The pool at the hotel is huge! We spend a lot of time relaxing during the day then Hired a moped for the evenings to venture into the town. Con Dao is a magic island, people are so friendly. Will definitely come back again one day.

Great relaxing resort. Excellent accomodation in the villas. Staff were great. Extra big short to Khang who always helped us out and provided advice for us about the resort and island. |Yoga every day was great with Tieng who was excellent. |Good also amazing however VND2m for Groupa fish was pretty expensive however very delicious. |Shame about the amount of mosquitos, so be prepared. |It was a shame to see all of the rubbish at the other end of the beach that comes in from the ocean. This seems to be a government issue not the hotels. |Very relaxing stay.

I’ve stayed with my boyfriend for 4 days and I wanna say it was the most lovely stay we experienced in our journey in Vietnam. The resort has so many great options to explore around: you can go kayaking, sup, there a trekking path closed by the beach and you can reach beautiful beaches, unfortunately it’s a little full of trash brought by the ocean, and nevertheless there is an amazing swimming pool. |Besides the stay, Nhuan is the sweetest host you could ever find, we have never been greeted with such love, she’s so caring and makes you feel like you’re home, she’s always available (even when she’s sick!!) and treated us like a lovely caring mom. We’ll always be grateful for her and if it wasn’t for her love and presence our journey would’t have been so special. A huge thank you and hopefully see you soon ♥️

A paradise resort with a beautiful colonial style atmosphere. The Yoga instructor Thien and the receptionist Khang made our stay perfect. Rooms, food, activities included are wonderful and you will feel like in heaven as a guest. Try the cooking class and the morning yoga and end your day in the beautiful spa with a massage.

The resort is a tropical garden full of delicated French colonial elements, where you can definitely enjoy the ultimate secluded experience with great value. Thao and Nhuan of Bistro des Iles, who always wear big smile, together with Duc and Hieu of front desk, gave us great assistance during our stay. I would like to especially thank Khang, a very young and handsome guy, for providing us with excellent service. Can't wait to come back.

I paid a premium for a family suite and two junior suites ($2600 for 4 days) but cannot even bring in outside food. They are not about making customers happy but about maximizing profit . So they made us eat outside on the parking lot. The food in the resort is over priced and tastes not as good as the food you'll find in town. They should publish on their website their policies. If I had known no outside food is allowed I would not have booked here. It's a ridiculous policy. They would rather follow ridiculous policy than make customers happy. I'd expect better customer service when paying so much money. This is a resort not a jail but we were treated like prisoners. We are the paying customers not prisoners. It is embarrassing to be stopped as though I'm doing something criminal . I blame the management for making ridiculous policies and have no understanding of customer service. I don't go to a resort to be harass about bringing food into my own rooms. The employees are just following orders of incompetent management and I do not blame them but the management I wanted to stay in the town but my family wanted to stay here so I booked it for them and stayed in town by myself. When I visit my family on the resort, it's a $20 fee. I also have to be out by 9pm. It feels more like a jail. Really dumb policies. Their policies are not about maximizing customer happiness but their profit. I don't recommend this place at all. If I can give negative points I would.

What can i say, those 6 days was the best experience of the whole Vietnam trip, at first we booked only 1 night, since it was a little out of our budget,but we wanted to get a good resort experience, but after the first 3-4 hours of staying there we understood that we can not go anywhere else, my lady couldn't believe how perfect every little detail of the resort was, the staff was really nice, professional and always with a smile on their faces, big thanks to our host Khang, for the care, information and all the help, it was very nice to have someone in case you need anything. |P.S. best pool area ever ❤️
