Poulo Condor Boutique Resort & Spa

We had a really nice time at Poulo Condor! The resort grounds were extremely relaxing, surrounded by mountains and the ocean on one side. We saw many types of wildlife throughout the resort and on the island itself. It is a great place to go both explore the very intense, emotional history of the island and have some quiet time away from the city. We rented motorbikes and had a lot of fun driving around the dreamy and quiet island. Our host at the resort, Nhuan, kept in contact with us prior to our arrival and throughout our trip to ensure that we had everything we could possibly need, even arranging a surprise birthday cake for our friend made by the restaurant. She made us feel looked after and comfortable the entire time we were there. It will be a very cherished experience for all of us, and we hope to come back soon! Thank you Nhuan!

My husband and I wanted to go to a more remote part of Vietnam during our vacation to the country. We decided to go to Con Dao and stay at Poulo Condor and we were not disappointed! The staff was friendly and did everything to make sure we had a wonderful trip. The receptionist, Ha, provided amazing service - she provided information over WhatsApp and responded quickly to any questions we had. The pool area was absolutely amazing, so relaxing and beautiful. We rented a scooter for a day from the resort to go around the island and we had such a fun time. The rental process was super easy and cheap. We stayed in a junior suite and the room was clean and very spacious. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay at Poulo Condor!

Poulo Condor Resort was beautiful. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The suites, common areas and restaurant are very charming and it is very easy to take a stroll around the grounds or take a walk to the beach. ||I also really enjoyed zooming around Con Dao on a scooter without the stress of city traffic. ||What made my trip very memorable, however, was Nhuan, who helped us at the Paulo Condor resort. Nhuan was such a joy to be around and is truly a kind person. I wish I knew more people like Nhuan. I will miss her and she is the true treasure of Con Dao!

The setting is serene, nestled between the mountains and a quiet beach—perfect for a peaceful family getaway.||The resort is charming, the pool is beautiful, and the food was excellent. What stood out most, though, was the staff—especially Nhuan, who went above and beyond when our son had a pool accident. She helped us get to the hospital quickly and stayed in touch throughout. We’re truly grateful for her kindness and support.||Highly recommended for anyone visiting Con Dao. We'll definitely return.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. I loved staying at this unexpected gem. I had no expectations before arrival as contrary to other hotels and resorts I looked at, I felt their marketing was low key. I was attracted to what I thought was its french colonial architecture. The resort is in the middle of a wild park in front of the beach, not far from the airport however, a good 20+ minute ride to town. The villas were jndeed french colonial and transmitted the decadence of a bygone era. Really wonderful and spacious. All very peaceful and serene. Breakfast was from an a la carte menu with extensive options. Dinner was also quite good, if not gourmet, but with a beautiful setting in the garden. I did not try the pool as it was facing the mountain, but the loungers facing the sea had a nice breeze. I did not try the sea either as the water seemed particularly shallow; I opted instead to charter boats in the afternoons to discover and go swimming in neighbouring islands, which was quite wonderful. The spa treatment was great and I ended up having two 90-minute treatments in 3 days. The staff were always kind and helpful including Khang, the guest assistant who was always available and helpful to answer queries. The ultimate test is whether I would go back and I definitely would.

Poulo Condo Con Dao is a gem for solo travelers. The location is breathtaking, offering a serene escape in Con Dao. The chill vibe makes it perfect for relaxation, whether by the pool or exploring nearby beaches.||The front desk service, especially from Hà, was exceptional. Her warm hospitality and helpful recommendations made my stay even more enjoyable.||Overall, this place combines beautiful surroundings, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent service, making it a top choice for a peaceful retreat.
