To be fair we need to agree that no other place in that region will beat this one, specially in terms of localization and gorgeous decoration. You can easily see that quality its in everywhere as standard: showers, Hot Tube baths, linen, soaps, beds, Ar conditioning, living area, view, Breakfast (*), Meals (**) and very good services. And obviously the price match this high standard.||As a nice detail I would spot that they provide Stand up paddles and Kayaks with no extra cost. We walked the full beach (many kilometers) and we can assure that this is probably the nice place in the surrounding areas and hotels. ||||Some observations:||1- We came in the middle of Christmas holiday, we rented a car in Porto Seguro, and it was a rainy week. If we were coming again, we probably would get the 4x4 transfer service, as in our last days the road was flooded and we had to drive an extra 2 hours and additional 50 Kilometers in really bad and flooded roads to get to our flight. (I simply destroyed the rented car!). Here I have my first observation about the service. Everyone but us knew the road was closed, so we truly think the front desk could let us know the day before so we could leave earlier. If you want peace and good restaurants, you don't need a car here. Just get the transfer.||2- (*) Breakfast is Gorgeous, but in the last day we were alone in the place, so Breakfast was incomplete and with no options. Not the same as other days when we had other people, so we felt a little bit disappointed with our last service impressions.||3- (**) Meals in the hotel, as in anywhere else in that area, are Pricey. But they had a really good Quality. One of the best Fishes, Octopus and Moquecas we had were here. The only big caveat we want to mention is for the Chrsitmas dinner. We were presented to a 3 option dinner menu, 3 times more pricey than the regular pricey dishes, as an unique options. We picked one option, that was Ok but nothing special. Regular Dinner dishes were better, and guess: During dinner other guests were having the regular menu. Christmas Dinner offered as an additional option would solve the misunderstanding, and honestly we don't mind to sometimes pay more for really good meals, but paying 100 US$ per person for a regular meal, with no drinks was definitely not worthy, specially if we could knew we had other known good options. I would suggest to explore the nearby restaurants if you can as much as you can and get your impressions.||||As I said, this place is unique, the owner has a very good taste in decoration, but consistency in the breakfast services and lack of road information in the last day separated our review from giving the best review.
