Pousada Brisa da Serra

Stayed there 2 nights. Room n°9 (luxo). The room was really big and the bed super good. The pousada itself is charming, a litle bit away from the city center but still you can easily go by feet. The view is incredible, right in front of the "serra" (small moutain). A lot of style, good breakfast and afternnon tea included. ||When we were there, they were doing a big pool so I guess it can only be better!||A restaurant tip: try the "tragaluz" (rua direita), very charming, good food, a little bit expensive but worth it.

Pousada Brisa da Serra at Tiradentes is beautiful hotel, with charming ambiance. The rooms are clean, spacious, well decorated. The breakfast is quite good. |Concerning the front desk service I would describe it as chaotic. I give some examples:if someone forgets or leave something at the front desk or just need shopping itens to be delivered to a specific room: forget it. They simply don’t pay attention to them, or are not organised to do so, and don’t provide clear information.|Some simple guests requests are not answered. in summary our personal experience with the front desk was horrible. |It was a really a pity to leave a beautiful hotel with such a bad impression.

We arrived on Monday afternoon and left on a Saturday. We were basically alone for the entire week and the experience couldn't be better.||||It's a cozy place with an impressive staff! They made everything so we feel comfortable and welcome. Excellent breakfast and afternoon tea.||||There's no other place I'll book in my next trip to Tiradentes.

Beautiful and charming hotel. The view of the hill (serra in Portuguese) is incredible. They offer a rich breakfast.

Best in the city, high in tbe mountain.
