Very nice and clean place with a great view on the playground. Highly recommended.

Very good for the price. I went for a private room, couple's bed, with private bathroom. Everything was very well clean, the room was huge considering the price, the bed very good, there's every day cleaning, a simple but good breakfast is included. All the staff is very nice. There's no private garage for cars, but there's a lot of free parking outside, very close to the entrance. I would say it's comparable to 4 star hotel, but cheaper. TIP: Do not book using booking, trivago, or other sites! Go the official website on Google, it will be way cheaper!

We were grateful to have spent 4 days here and the experience was just beyond great! Super neat, well organized, having community spirit style. The staff are very lovely and warm, they are always willing to help and give you big genuine smiles. Food for vegetarians is also really good. Thank you for the awesome service!

We were traveling with 5 motorcycles, and as any motard knows, we like to sleep with our bikes, if possible. Not having this possibility (I kind of probed the staff eheh) they were very kind in suggesting us to leave the bikes in the hostel sidewalk, just in front of the cameras and reception, and without causing any pedestrian or access issues. This, as you might guess, was tremendously appreciated. Apart from that, very friendly communication and nice staff, great commodities (they have a fully equipped kitchen that is just awesome; haven't seen any other rivaling with this one on any hostel I've been), and, I kid you not, the most comfortable bed we came across our ~2200 km journey. I slept like a baby. In the next building there is a snack and restaurant which is great for a fast meal and a couple of beers.||||Now, this is awkward... I genuinely can't think of anything I didn't like with this hostel. Granted, we were just sleeping overnight, so we just wanted no hassles, a good parking for our bikes, a hot shower and a great bed, and this hostel just ticket all the boxes, so... sorry... no issues with anything at all =)

People there was just amazing. Great reception, fantastic city tips and guidance. We were not planning to have dinner at the Pousada but it was the best decision we made: simple food, really tasty and fresh - The chef was wonderful! And we paid 8€ each for a complete dinner!!

Very good quality/price ratio all across the board: accomodations, bathroom, breakfast, staff. There was a hiccup regarding communication where I called a day in advance asking if they rented bikes upon which they said no. This lead to a multi hour saga all across Viseu trying to rent a couple of bikes, which turned out to not be possible. To my surprise, upon getting to the hostel they did in fact rent bikes, rendering the entire exercise pointless. Small issue with large repercussions

Very pleasant hostel surrounded by a park and sport fields, having its own outdoor areas and nice terrace. It's centrally located, walking distance to Viseu old town, with convenience shops close by, and a bar with a nice buffet just next door. Very clean place and nice atmosphere! I would deffinitely come back to this place :)

A very comfortable and affordable place to stay. It's located in the center of Viseu and is near to public transports access. I went there on a summer and a winter, I recommend people stay in this hostel any time of the year 😊
