Pousada do Atobá

This place was great! One of the best places I have stayed in a long time. Breakfast was amazing, the services was on point and friendly. I love Praia Santinho! The beach is big and not crowded when we were there and walking distance from the Pousada (we had our three year old with us and he made the walk just fine). They have a pool and is just perfect to start or end the day. The neighborhood is safe but quiet which we loved. . ||It was perfect!

I stayed at the Pousada do Atobá in September/2014, and it couldn't have been better! The place is not fancy (which I see as a plus!), but it's really tidy, well-kept and welcoming. The owners are always willing to help, very sympathetic and conversational, and the breakfast is a real treat. It's located within a reasonable walking-distance to the incredible Santinho beach. I recommend this place for all those looking for the best cost x benefit in the region!

My fiance and I just got back from "Floripa" and had an awesome time. Aline was super helpful booking our stay at Pousada do Atoba and just as helpful when we arrived, getting us anything we needed and giving us advice, etc. I'd say the value of this place is like getting a nice hotel for hostel prices. The grounds are beautiful, well landscaped, there are views of the ocean and the rooms are very clean and well kept. Santinho beach is a 5 minute walk from the Pousada, though most of the shopping/restaurants on the north end of the island are long walk or a drive. I highly recommend renting a car anyway, there's a lot to explore on the island and getting around by car is safe and easy.

I stayed here with my family in December, it was a great time! Very short walk from the beach, good breakfast in the morning, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is very kind and can give a lot of great recommendations for fun things to do around the island. Would highly recommend.

We've stayed here for 12 days over Christmas and New Year and have had an amazing time. I could write an essay but instead will include the best bits... Aline is such a fantastic person and she is a real credit to this posada she helped us with anything we needed and even shared some pudding on Christmas Day! The whole family are wonderful along with their cute dogs and cats. The place is close to a fantastic beach to the point we didn't wonder far over the 12 days and when we did couldn't wait to get back. The breakfast is fantastic. Just book it you won't regret it! Very helpful staff, Great location clean and tidy rooms. Amazing breakfast. very good value for money. ||||I was away for a surfing event and the stay was great a very quiet street tucked away from the main road. Only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Lots of great places to eat around.

Very cozy little place, nice clean apartment, great breakfast with homemade cakes, eggs and good coffee to be had next to the small pool. Well kept and pretty, with flowers and palms. Quiet location in a small alley with friendly and helpful hostess, who speaks English fluently. Small supermarket and one restaurant close by.

The best of all guesthouses I have already been to, in Brazil. ||Rooms have a good structure, they are equipped with all you need (minibar, air conditioning, cable tv, free internet access). Great buffet breakfast, all environments are well kept and pleasant. ||Owners and employees are extremely friendly, location is excellent, there is supermarket nearby, restaurants, pharmacy and, of course, the beach!||I would surely spend my next vacations in the same place, If I could...||It is definitely a place where you feel good and that went beyond my expectations, so I really recommend this guesthouse to everyone.
