The hotel is well placed base for easy access to bus,train,metro and train services. Also the river bridge crossing is in walking distance and give good access to the port producers. The staff are friendly, helpful. They conversed with guests in many languages including English. We had a superior room was clean and comfortable with a range of good facilities. The outlook was over the courtyard with a view of the main clock tower. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection. Tiago and Sayonara were very friendly and attentive serving guests with teas/coffee or dealing efficiently with specific requests.. Evening meals with the hotel were tasty. The waiting staff were friendly with a good service. It was very useful the hotel offer to store bags on depart day allowance guests to maximise time in Porto. The hotel is quiet and relaxed. A great location as a base to visit Porto and surrounding areas.

My wife and I were welcomed warmly by Jamielee at reception. She made me feel like we were family arriving home after a long journey. The hotel was conveniently located in Porto. Our room was spotless and included a welcome gift of a bottle of Port - nice touch. Breakfast was excellent. I especially appreciated Thiago's attentiveness - he ensured that I never ran out of coffee. Obrigado! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My husband and I stayed here on our recent trip to Porto. Absolutely loved staying here - the hotel itself is beautiful. The location is amazing - right in the center of the city. We were able to walk to most places, including the Sao Bento Train Station (<5 min walk). Our room had a false balcony that opened up to the street which made our already luxurious room even more special. (Also want to note that despite being in a very busy part of the city, the balcony door impressively sound proofed the room at night). The included breakfast had a lot of options and their dining area is so pretty. Highly recommend!!

We had a fabulous 6 night stay at the Pestana Porto - Rua Das Flores.|Just a 20 minute drive from the airport, the hotel is centrally located on one of the most historical and popular streets in Porto and yet is an oasis of peace and quiet inside. |We were given a warm welcome on reception by the lovely staff. On arrival in our rooms we had pastries, chocolates, water and a mini bottle of port. Water is replenished daily.|The hotel offer a very varied hot and cold buffet breakfast and made to order omelettes and eggs.|There is a bar and restaurant and small outdoor dining area where we enjoyed lovely lunches and drinks whilst watching the world go by.|There is an indoor pool which is a bonus for hotel guests.|We stayed in Superior rooms overlooking the courtyard. The rooms are lovely if a little small ( between the bed and bathroom). The marble bathrooms are beautiful. Everything was spotlessly clean.||I would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Porto and would love to return.

Mauro was spectacular. His knowledge and lovely calm demeanor made our experience even better than expected. The hotel is calm inviting and well appointed. Try out there pool. The restaurant is the best we have experienced in a hotel lobby- worth the visit even if you’re not staying at the hotel. Mauro- 5 star service. He deserves recognition.

Guests can enjoy amenities such as a heated pool, exercise room, and sauna. The hotel's location is superb, allowing easy access to various destinations. Despite being situated in a commercial area, the tranquility behind closed doors is remarkable. I strongly recommend Pousada do Porto Hotel for a memorable stay.

This is a great hotel and the room was very nice. The breakfast was really good and the waiter named Tiago was really pleasant and helpful. The service he provided was exceptional and he made our time at breakfast very enjoyable. He also offered great ideas on what to see around Porto and we took advantage of many of his suggestions.

Excellent hotel ideally located for everything. Rooms, food especially breakfast great. Staff very friendly as was almost everyone we met in Porto. We had a great time. Special mention to Thiags and Felipe who were exceptional as breakfast time and were eager to help with any questions regarding Porto. Highly recommend this place.
