Pousada Porto Rua das Flores

I loved this hotel and the wonderful service I received during my stay from November 29th to December 2nd. Jamilie gave me a warm welcome and looked after me during my stay until Diogo did on the last day. The restaurant staff were also very attentive, especially Mauro. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, from the lobby to the rooms, including the sauna and pool. The decor and comfort were perfect. I also really appreciated the location on Rua de Flores, which is very convenient for exploring the city on foot. I loved Porto and all its treasures (art, architecture, monuments, the Riviera, Port wine...). I hope to return to this city and happily stay again at this charming hotel, which I highly recommend. Thank you Pousada Do Porto for the sweet presents I received and all your attentions during my stay.

The Pousada group never disappoints! The Rua das Flores hotel is no exception. A cosy reception with friendly, welcoming staff followed by comfortable rooms that are clean and thoughtfully furnished. The welcome gift for our anniversary was a special touch that delighted us too. The breakfast caters for all tastes and preferences - from a full cooked breakfast to fruits, cereals, pastries and delicious coffee. Thanks for a great stay!

Pousada do Porto on Rua das Flores MORE than exceeded my expectations! I don't know what I was expecting but it was so much more in the best ways! The hotel was in such a fabulous location in the very walkable city of Porto. Porto is a city, but it doesn't feel like one, it feels calm and relaxing, especially where this hotel is located which is just minutes from the river, transportation and so many great restaurants and shops. I felt like I was walking into a luxury hotel, the staff was so friendly and helpful (especially Diana who recommended to see the beautiful towns of Braga and Guimaraes while I was there and I'm so glad I did)! The room was stunning, no detail overlooked and I even had a great view! I loved keeping my door open to hear the church bells! I highly recommend adding the breakfast buffet as it was absolutley delicious every day with the best servers and their restaurant was fantastic as well with local favorites like the Francesinha which you should absolutely try while you're in Porto along with the port wine! My server was great (Mauro, I believe?). I can't recommend this place enough, it is worth every penny and I will absolutely stay there again next time I go to Porto! Thank you all for making my stay in Porto so special!

Lovely staff. Delicious breakfast. Great bar with local wine selections. Optimal location to explore the heart of Porto. Amenities include a sauna, pool, and fitness room. My husband and I will definitely be staying here again when we return!

We have just been lucky enough to spend 3 nights in the beautiful hotel.|We were amazed by the whole place. It smells amazing as you walk in and gives a classy but friendly vibe. The staff are welcoming and helpful. We arrived early, and our room was ready which was great. We stayed in a cosy room and although small, it was well appointed and suitable for what we needed. The beds were the comfiest I have ever had in a hotel.|Breakfast was of a very good quality with lots of choice and we ate dinner in the restaurant one evening, my husband says it was the best burger he ever had.|Ideally located to visit all Porto has to offer.|We had to leave early this morning and the kitchen arranged for us to have a take away breakfast - just make sure you ask the night before. Really nothing was too much trouble. |We would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. From the reception team, the fantastic breakfast and bar team and the cleaning team everyone has a warm smile and a hello. The hotel is in a great location, if you have any question or require and assistance just ask the reception team they are very knowledgeable. When we come back to Porto we will definitely stay here.

Location is the best and it’s so close to everywhere within walking distance. Service is great and you can get refreshment in the lobby every day. For first day we checked in, they provide a free bottle of Porto wine and a plate of Nata and macaron in the room. The room is very clean and cozy and quiet. Front desk is so friendly and help us book dinner reservation for two night. I highly recommend to people who travel to Porto!

A fabulous hotel, great value, friendly staff and a superb breakfast. Only slight issues were the room was too hot so having the window open let in the early morning noise. The aircon only went down to 20. Bar area is strange really and service was a bit slow. Would definitely stay here again though, no hesitation. Location was excellent. Short walk from the river and other attractions.
