Pousada do Vale

I’ve travelled the world and few hotels come close to how perfect my experience at Pousada do Vale was. This is easily the best hotel in Fernando Do Noronha. 1) Location was perfect with easy access to the most perfect beaches. 2) The breakfast is extraordinary with a spread of homemade eggs, pastries, smoothies, juices, and cakes. Every day at 4 PM there was also a complementary teatime with homemade delicious cake and coffee. 3) Service was spectacular, with everyone from the restaurant staff, bar, and reception being so warm and helpful. I’ve never experienced such personalized service. Thank you all! I will definitely be back!

I loved this place from the moment we arrived. Nestled in the valley, it felt secret and high end with an informal vibe. The room was great and we ate in the restaurant one evening - it was phenomenal. The pool is perfect to cool off and close to the bar. The closest beach is secluded and harming - also known informally as the “dog” beach x if I was a dog I want that life! They are part of the entertainment.||The team could not be more accommodating (especially Kelly) about suggesting and arranging activities for us - we had a great island tour with Fellipe who also lined up our 6 mile hike in the park when we used another local guide called Cathy. We charted our own boat tour - well worth paying extra, it was awesome. And scuba was also arranged by the hotel too.||The location was also good to access the centre of town.

Paradise on earth. Pousada do Vale exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and I felt safe and cared for the entire time I was there. The location is stunning, tucked away in nature but still close to everything in Fernando de Noronha. The rooms were spotless and the food—especially the breakfast and the complimentary 4PM teatime—was fresh and delicious. I can’t recommend it enough. Book your stay!

I had an incredible stay at Pousada do Vale. The location is perfect—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet close to everything. The staff were warm and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh local foods and tropical fruits. Truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The location is beautiful and convenient (3 min walk to beach), the food consistently delicious (the breakfast spread made my morning every single day), and the rooms are clean and perfect. But what really made my stay as incredible as it was is the service. Kelly, Thiago, Talison, and all of the staff are thoughtful, efficient, and kind, and really made my stay infinitely better. From putting ice in my water every day and packing breakfast when I couldn’t make it to organizing activities and making conversation at meals, I truly have never seen better service.

We had an incredible stay at this pousada. The staff was outstanding—attentive and welcoming—while the food was simply excellent. The rooms were spotless and maintained to a high standard, ensuring a comfortable experience. From the moment we arrived until the very end, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay.||The pousada is ideally located—close to the village yet tucked away in a lush, green setting, offering both convenience and tranquility. Some beaches are within walking distance, and the village’s infrastructure is just a three-minute walk away. ||We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Great Ecolodge in a magnificent setting. A quite unique lodge in the beautiful island of Fernando de Noronha. We spent a week there recently and have left with great sadness. Definitely a place where I would love to return. Location is lovely, within walking distance of three beaches and a nice area with restaurants and small shops. There is a central unit with restaurants, bar, pool and reception, while the rooms are immersed in the most beautiful tropical garden. Everything is green and lush and the garden is kept immaculately clean. The restaurant offers the best food in the island (we did tour the top restaurants which allows me to make the comparison). Make sure you ask the Argentinian maitre about the wines. Very knowledgeable. The barman is a genius, caters to your every whim. The rooms are spacious, big flat screen tv with about 150 channels available. The swimming pool is small but perfect to relax after a long day at the beach (such hard work). What’s the best thing about the lodge? It’s the staff. Every person working there is striving to make your stay as perfect as possible. They are kind, smiling, efficient, cooperative. One staff member stands out and that is Theo, perfect command of English language and ready to go the extra mile to solve problems, even at his personal cost. I will be forever indebted to him for his efforts to sort out a glitch with internet at a time that we needed it badly. We spent a lot of time talking to Kelly, very jolly and helpful with ideas of what to do on rainy days… (we went swimming at the harbour beach, with lots of turtles and fish). Overall a great recommendation.
