Pousada Jeribá

Pousada Jeriba enjoys one of the best locations in the village. This is a small boutique place with impeccable service. From George and Bene at the front desk to the staff in the restaurant, I can't praise them all highly enough. It's a bit far from London, otherwise I'd be a regular visitor.

Amazing stay, comfortable king size bed with bathtub with sunset view. The hotel has beach access and nice refreshing pool. |Staff extremely attentive and friendly. Included breakfast with most dishes made in house from scratch and all fish dishes are fresh. |This was perfect for our honeymoon and highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back!

A perfectly situated paradise on earth where you can watch the sun slowly sinking into the ocean on first row sipping an ice-cold caipirinha. The best thing about this place however is the fantastic staff. Friendly and service minded. The breakfast staff requires a comment on their own: they will make sure that you start your day with a smile on your face!

We recently spent 7 nights at Pousada Jeriba and it was pure heaven! The pousada itself is so beautiful and perfectly landscaped and located right on the beach with amazing views, refreshing pool and plenty of space to spread out and relax. Our room was on the ground floor with a nice patio by the pool and excellent ocean view as well. What really makes this property stand out is the staff though.....the "breakfast ladies" as we called them were so friendly, nice and made us smile every morning while we soaked in the ocean views and admired the surfers and paddle boarders doing their thing in the ocean just below us. The food each morning was incredible. Instead of a big buffet, the food was more personalized with a unique menu each day, special dishes and homemade breads and cakes and fresh juice and coffee as well. We never went hungry and enjoyed different options each morning. In addition to the friendly "breakfast ladies", the rest of the staff was also top notch and very friendly. Each day we saw the gardening team, cleaners, front desk, etc. All with bright smiles and lots of Bom Dias and Boa Tarde greetings. Given the location of the Pousada, we walked everywhere - down the beach, to the restaurants and village and everything was right at our front door. Oh, and I don't want to forget about the "tea time guys" as we called them as every day at 4 pm was a complimentary tea and cakes service, although we usually opted for the Caipirinhas instead! We actually only planned to stay for 5 nights, but couldn't get enough of Jericoacoara and Pousada Jeriba so we added on 2 nights at the end for a full 7 days of zen! A must place to stay when in Jeri!

A hidden gem in paradise. The large spacious room had a balcony overlooking the beach. The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath and large walk in shower.|The staff were the best fromJorge and Camilla in reception, Cristiane, Cidra and the ladies at breakfast and the kind smiling waiters during the day and serving dinner. |This was a wonderful relaxing stay 😄

This hotel was really nice. Great amenities, friendly staff, perfect location, and beautiful views. The restaurant was good but the breakfast got repetitive. My main complaint with this place is that it’s full of families with screaming children and it’s very annoying because the rooms are right next to the pool where they play at. Not really the hotel’s fault but still annoying. It’d be nice if the rooms were soundproofed better to help with this. The loud kids negated some of the peaceful vibe of this hotel. If you’re a couple, maybe consider an adult only hotel, because this one was mainly families it seemed. Overall, really good experience and I would recommend it.

A truly exceptional experience. We, as a family, travel a lot and Jericoacoara and Ceará has been the best vacation we have been on thanks not only to the natural beauty of this are but the warmth of its people. Pousada Jeribá was so incredible. We were treated like royalty. The highlight was the the restaurant staff, food and overall service. I highly recommend this pousada!
