Pousada Les Alizes

Great place, but the rooms are very very basic! My wife booked, so I'm not sure how the price compares to other places. Very close to the beach which is great. We arrive this afternoon and then ordered some food at the restaurant. We went for a quick swim in the ocean while we waited for the kitchen to prepare it which was very quick.

We stayed 4 nights at Les Alizes and it is a nice accommodation. You stay in a basic bungalow with comfortable beds. It is very close to nature, which means you might share your bath- and bedroom with mini-frogs and some other little guests. ||During our stay there were mostly families around.||The breakfast is good – enough to fill you up – bread rolls, fruits, cake, cookies, musli and coffee and tee – you can also have an omelette if you ask for it.||You stay right in front of the water, which is really nice. They have a surfschool, but the spot is more windsurfing than kitesurfing. For Kitesurfers it might be easier to stay at the other end of the bay or go to Cabana do kite for Kitesurfing – very nice to spend the day!||There are a lot of other nice restaurants, bars and pousadas in walking distance (for example Hibisco or De Praia Brasil).||It was not always easy to find someone to speak English to, so sometimes we tried hard with google translate etc. The girl at the reception and the manager of the surf-school speak English (at least a bit).||We had a good stay. It is a simple and clean place with a small number of Chalets (rooms). Fresh fruits, all kind of eggs, ham, chees and different sweets together with drinks are served for breakfast. On the beach front you will find a outsourced restaurant operating until 18.00. Staff is nice and despite their poor knowledge of any foreign language they could be helpful (but be patient).

One of the best locations at the village. Great view, great service, tasty breakfast. The rooms are quite simple but very cosy. I'd recommend to anyone. The prices are also great. If you're looking for a place to relax that's the perfect one.

We stayed for two nights @ Pousada Les Alizes and were more than happy with the service provided.||||Accommodation is rather simple but the bed was comfortable and the cabana clean and quiet. In the mornings you can expect an excellent breakfast with an abundant choice of fruits, cakes, bread and juices.||||The location itself makes you feel like living a dream :)||||Highly recommended!

Awful accommodation - old, badly maintained, dirty, humid, full of bugs. No words to describe the horror of spending our first night in Icarai - the very next morning we went out and found another accommodation next door. Very poor breakfast. No wifi. ||I am sorry to have to write such a negative review but first, it really was bad especially for the price charged (we found excellent accommodation next door for the same price) and second, being located on the very beach, with a potential to have a paradise setting with a little effort, is really misleading for a potential customer. Such a pity and waste of the location.

That's the place to rest, take a suntan, sightsings, drink and special food at Palhoça Beach restaurant, inside the Les Alizes Inn, where you can find also windsurf, kitesurf and surf school in front of the beach. Two swiming pools. Choise cottages one or two floors, for 2, 3 or 4 peoples.

We were spending there 5 days.Pousada is located directly on the beach.We were renting windsurf equipment and rent stadion is in front od you.Guys working are really frendly,they were bringing our sails to water (we are beginners)
