Booked standard twin room, non smoking room and was given as requested. The building on the outside looks old and skeptical. But overall my one-night stay here is pretty good, just that some staff arent friendly towards foreigners.. Near to Galaxy Macau and Broadway Theatre at Broadway Macau.

**Disappointing Stay at This Hotel – Poor Value for Money** I seldom leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel fell far below expectations, especially given its price point. To start, the room appeared dated and worn, with outdated furnishings and decor that indicated a lack of proper maintenance. The overall ambiance felt neglected—a surprising shortcoming in a city known for its high hospitality standards. Additionally, basic amenities were lacking. There was no tissue box in the room, and when I requested coffee, creamer, and sugar, housekeeping informed me these items were unavailable. Such essentials are standard at any reputable hotel, making their absence both inconvenient and unacceptable. Given the cost of my stay, I would have gladly paid an extra 200–300 HKD to book at a neighboring property like the Galaxy, where service and quality are consistently superior. Unfortunately, due to the last-minute nature of my trip, the Galaxy and other nearby hotels were fully booked, leaving me with limited alternatives. In summary, this hotel fails to meet expectations in terms of maintenance, amenities, and overall value. I cannot recommend staying here unless no other options are available. Macau offers far better accommodations, and it is worth planning ahead to ensure a more comfortable and well-appointed stay. **I will not be returning.**

Stayed here for 3 weeks for covid quarantine. The included meals were too small in portion, but I couldn’t use delivery apps due to the lack of a local sim card necessary for account registration. Explained my situation to the staff and they didn’t care to offer any help.

I booked because it was the cheapest option on Cotai, and it shows. The location is excellent, but the hotel is dated and a bit depressing. Dining area is empty and they require a cash deposit (be aware). Also I shouldn’t have paid for breakfast, it wasn’t available for an early flight (it’s 7-9 be aware). Only stay for the convenience, not the experience.

The room is very big but old. Nice view. There are no outlet converters and the outlets are very far from the bed. The pool is nice and quiet and indoors. The staff do not speak good english are of little help when it comes to navigating macau. Good location as it's right next to Galaxy. Breakfast option is disappointing.

The location of hotel is near Galaxy casino. So it's convenient for us to go there. The room is clean and tidy with good view. The staff are polite and friendly. It would be better if there are provision of box tissue inside room as well as butter and simple tea at breakfast buffet.

Overall average experience, if you like Galaxy casino then this is a good place for you to stay over. Security tier is below average level, spent RM600 for 1 night 02/05

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I didn't check the reviews on Google Maps, and I regret it. I should have believed every single bad review here. Please trust me, don't stay here. First of all, we booked a non-smoking room, but when we got in, it was the most smoke-filled room I've ever stayed in. It smelled so bad that I almost choked. When I asked to change rooms, they brought a refresh spray, which made it even worse. Secondly, the room is extremely humid. The bed is terrible, with a mattress similar to what you’d find in a very cheap youth hostel. There is a pool that I wanted to swim in, but there was nobody there. No welcoming person, no service person, not even a lifeguard. The whole space was so dark, it looked terrifying. I ended up not going for a swim. Additionally, there is a casino in the hotel, or maybe it used to be a casino, but it was not in use. For some reason, there was a huge fan sucking air out of that space, making the whole lobby smell extremely bad and unbelievably noisy. All these aspects make it the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I'm not even exaggerating. We stayed in Macau during the rainy season, and it was raining all the time. When we asked the front desk to call us a taxi, they said that because it was raining, there might be no taxis available. And so it was. We tried to catch a taxi in the rain for like 10 or 20 minutes. Meanwhile, taxis were arriving at the hotel. We asked a passenger how they got their taxi, and they said the service person at the front called it for them. We were shocked. People who spoke Cantonese were able to get a taxi, but as foreign travelers, we had no chance. What an unfair service. In conclusion, this experience was disgusting. Please, take my advice and avoid this hotel at all costs.
