Hotel : The pace is well done up and seems to be a new building! Breakfas area is very nice and very Bahia! We felt very safe in the place as there is cameras around plus 24hrs reception. ||Room: The room was very good, huge bathroom, 2 beds, 2 windows, AC, TV and Minibar stocked with water...Towels and bed linen brand new too. Amenities always available!||Breakfast: Amazing! Many different types of fruits, juices, breads and cakes! Brazilian tipical food was always available! Breakfast was always the best part of the day in our trip to Bahia!||Service : We arrived in the evening time, the check in was pretty easy and after helping us with the loggages, we got slices of cake and fresh juices as a complement in the room. Super cool. All Staff were very helpful, giving us tips about the place and assisting us with directions and transport!||Location: It is located in the poor party of the town, not bad thou. Bus stop is 3min walking and there is supermarket, pharmacy... around the Hotel. There is also a famous square for drinking and local food within walking distance !

My family of 7 stayed here in 2007. Service was excellent. The rooms were clean and adequately furnished. I especially remember the public areas being beautiful, open to well-tended gardens that were gorgeous. No English was spoken by any of the staff at that time. We could walk around in the neighborhood, to a bakery, a restaurant, to catch a bus to the city. Breakfast food choices were plentiful in a clean, beautiful, relaxed atmosphere.

i had booked 6 nights at this place but left after 3. after 3 changes of room on the first day the rain came through the ceiling of my room and wet all of my belongings. also the towels were threadbare and the shower only warm. breakfast was poor and the street is largely unlit at night making exits after 18.00 hrs risky. do not recommend and will not return. many other better places in salvador.

Pousada Pedra da Concha is your place! :)||Great neighborhood, close to great restaurants and local entertainment..||Rio Vermelho's sunset at the new pier is priceless. Make sure to enjoy Bahiana cuisine, Acaraje da Cira with Bohemia or Skol beer at Largo da Mariquita is a must!||If you rent a car you can drive (1 Hr North) up to Praia do Forte, we loved the beach and you can visit the Tamar Turtle Sanctuary... Great for kids...

Great location, rooms are small and sparcly decorated. Nice terrace to relax in the shade of big old trees.

Cannot recommend. Not clean. No room cleaning and no changing of towels. They don't speak a word in English...

Adorei a Pousada. A proprietária e os colaboradores super atenciosos. A proprietária deu várias dicas de visita. A que segui foi almoçar no restaurante Mercosul e visita ao Mercado Rio Vermelho (Ceasinha). Excelente dica. Cama super confortável. Se precisar de limpeza nos quartos, é só solicitar. A pessoa que fica na cozinha, muito atenciosa. Um local simples e aconchegante.
