Pousada Sagres

Our stay was perfect. We treated ourselves with the special moments VIP package & Ocean view room & it lived up to our expectations. Service was very accommodating, and the facilities were clean. We enjoyed the expansive breakfast options, and the Sangria by the pool. Great value, and we look forward to returning in the future!

Amazing location on top of the cliff with a beautiful architecture. Great room with 180 degrees sea view. Amazing breakfast buffet with only fresh products, fresh cooked vegetables… we enjoyed the BBQ at the pool. All the staff was extremely kind, warm and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a calm environment.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The location, the views, the rooms and all of the people that work here! We stayed for 3 nights and we’re already dreaming of going back! We traveled with a baby and they were able to provide a crib and sheets which was perfect. We had a large room with a sea view and the hotel is in close proximity to everything which made it a perfect home base. There is a lovely breakfast included with so much to choose from and amazing outside views while you eat. This is such a beautiful property and if you’re lucky enough to find availability here don’t miss out on it!!!

Everything about this place is perfect. The staff is very congenial and professional. Rooms are very comfortable. Spacious the common areas in the hotel are good. Breakfast is elaborate and delicious. Swimming pool is large. Stay here without any reservations whatsoever it is an exceptional place

It was a really nice vacation, the staff was always very nice and helpful. The pool was very nice and the beach was beautiful. The walk from the hotel to the beach takes about 10 minutes. But the walk is worth it! Sagres is a touristic town with funny and laid back people, it is the perfect place to let the hectic life go for a while!

Pousadas are understated and the Pousada de Sagres epitomises this. It doesn't shout 'luxury', but you know you are going to have a great experience. The building is beautiful and well maintained. The food is very good. The service is superb. The location offers phenomenal views, and is very quiet and relaxing. |Strongly recommended.

This hotel is great because of its views. The rooms are spacious, but I wouldn't call them luxurious. The beds and bedding were comfortable, the AC adequate, and the shower pressure good, so no complaints. The common areas within the hotel are quite nice, the grounds are kept, and the pool is large as well.||However, what's great about this hotel is the service! The breakfast buffet is amazing—you want for nothing, and the staff is always waiting on you. The front desk is hit or miss, but I've found everything in Italy runs a bit slower, so it's ok. You just need to go with the flow. :)

We came during the off season and for a Sunday night stay. It was very quiet- most of the stores and shops were closed. We ended up eating at the hotel and was surprised by the quality of the food and service. You can tell that service is a focus of value for this hotel. They made you feel like family. We ate lunch before exploring the area- both driving and walking around to enjoy the sunset. Afterwards we returned for dinner. I wouldn't say the food is good but not beyond expectations. I would recommend for predictably good filling food. We ordered both the octopus and shrimps for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was included and we were surprised by how much was offered. It was perfect for a meal to start our drive back to Lisbon. I would stay here again. It's an older hotel but nice.

What a quiet, peaceful, and fulfilling experience! The team is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is clean and situated nicely, and the food is surprisingly really good! First time having lunch, dinner and breakfast in the same hotel. It was worth it since most places closed on sundays. Recommended place to stay and eat!
