Pousada Solaris

The bed is alright, the ac is really noisy and kept waking us up, got woken up in the morning by a lady that kept knocking the door every 30 seconds to move our car for no reason and then proceeded to be rude when I got to move the car. Probably one of my worst mornings in a hotel due to this. Don't expect to get sope, don't expect actual hot water

Be forewarned! this places seems normal at first but soon you will realize that the filth will creep from everywhere. my bathroom smelled so disgusting that neither i or my bf were able to brush our teeth there...we had to use the sink in the laundry sink down the hall! what service is that? And most importantly, if you are concerned about your health, do not stay here. the mold is breeding in the non-ventilated rooms and when addressing the problem, the staff just used perfume to cover the intense aroma...overall, it was by far the worst experience ive had here in salvador and would not advise my worst enemy to stay here. definitely search for other hotels or hostel!

I had been there in October 2016. It is nice and the price is good, but the workers speak too loud at morning. My room was next to the kitchen and all days I woke up with their talk.

Very nice (and cheap!!!) place. The owner is very nice and friendly, always trying to help and set things right. But the bedrooms could do better with a table and a chair.

Stayed here a few years ago, great service and excellent breakfast.

Excellent location, very close to some lovely urban beaches and good nightlife options.

É um ótimo local, de fato bem aconchegante, com limpeza feita diariamente e um ótimo serviço, todos os funcionários são bem educados e gentis. No entanto, fiquei no quarto 104, e neste quarto tinha uma infiltração que pingava todos os dias durante a noite. Não reclamei pois não quis estragar a viagem, mas os responsáveis pela pousada sabiam do problema e não me informaram, nem tocaram no assunto durante minha estadia. Imagino que tenha quartos melhores e sem problemas, mas eu não fiquei neles…
