Pousada Sonho Meu Foz

I stayed here with my husband, daughter and her 3 kids, ages 8-13. It's so cozy and comfy and the price is fair and reasonable, and includes nummy, homemade breakfast! The staff was super helpful and so accommodating. We don't speak Portuguese or Spanish but the owners (I believe) spoke very good English and so that made our stay wonderful. The kids loved the clean pool and the pool deck is very nice. The inn was tastefully decorated for Christmas, which we appreciated. Cold drinks are available for purchase and they ordered pizzas for delivery for us and arranged our taxi back to the airport in Argentina.( I did not know there's another airport on the Brazil side. ) We highly recommend this hotel/Pousada!

They have great brakfast with various fruits, and the room is clean and have air conditioner. There is a nice place to relax with swimming pool. also there is a clean kitchen so you can cook dinner there.(there is a supermarket near pousada)

My family stayed 4 nights in Pousada Sonho Meu, 08/19 - 08/23. We loved the place! Rooms are clean and good size. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing with plenty of choices of hot and cold food items. The garden is so beautiful and relaxing. My parents loved to sit by the pool during the afternoon and to listen to the birds singing. The B&B is conveniently located, walking distance to a supermarket and to the bus station. The supermarket has a nice restaurant inside with good and very affordable food. We ate there several times. From the bus station, you can go to the falls, birds park, and Itaipu dam. Locals are very polite and helpful. Don't hesitate to ask for help.

Nice clean rooms with airco and tv, clean bathrooms. Quiet pousada, very close to the bus station. A bit far from the main street so you will have to walk a bit if you want to find a restaurant. There’s a super market nearby. Friendly staff, speaking English and Spanish. They will help you with any tours to the falls you want to take, tickets to the bird park, transfer to airport or Argentina, exchange for pesos,... We had a lovely driver when we visited Argentina, everything went smooth. Good breakfast (lots of sweets). They have a small pool. Only suggestion I would make is providing a small night light in the rooms. We could only turn the big lights on and off (very small inconvenience). Would definitely recommend for the price they offer :-)

I stayed there just as the lockdown was beginning; they were generally helpful but had limited (or no) English and so were not able to help with the situation of borders closing, National Parks closing, etc. Very close to the bus station (where the bus runs to the airport, Brazilian side of the Falls). Convenient for some adequate restaurants, but away from the main drag. Their website says they do laundry, but no laundry service in -house. But clean, comfortable, decent breakfast.

This place is really close to the bus station which is good if you want to go to the falls by public bus (which is easy, cheap and quite convenient) and makes it easy to get there. Breakfast was good, and the room was okay (it would have been nice to have some reading lights in the room, though). Overall, good value, especially if you plan on using the bus.

We stayed at this pousada for one night. We had taken the 4 bed room which had a bunk bed on the lower level and double bed on the mezzanine floor. The room was very dimly lit with only one light in the entire room. Also the roof of the room was leaking in the night while it was raining outside.||The overall place is very good. They have a community kitchen where we could do our own cooking which was very nice. There is a huge supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the Pousada. Overall the place is very good, its just that we had a bad experience with the room we stayed in.

Well I can say I had a beautiful stay the place is very well maintained and has this amazing rustic sophisticated look but I believe there are essential that must be resolved as in my case I had an unpleasant situation with the double bed that it wasn't a double but it was 2 single mattress tgat was connected and it was creating an huge whole in the middle guven us a backache I pointed out but nothing much was done and we got told that it was the design of the mattelres. Well I hope they can fiz it and nobody else can go through a weekend in a awful bad
