Pousada Treze de Março

This Pousada was very well maintained, the staff was great, the breakfast was diverse and for all tastes/eating restrictions. It is right behind the mercado municipal, so 5mn walk when you get off the bus, and 5-10mn walk to center of city. It is pretty quiet except on market day. Ask for a room on second and third floor to avoid general pousada noise. The rooms are clean and new.

The Treze de Marco stands out in a shabby street and is perfectly clean and well run. Breakfast is of the usual Brazilian high standard and will keep you going for most of the day. There was a slight issue with noise filtering through the wall, I think from the neighbouring house. Otherwise no problems and it didn't deserve to be nearly empty when I was there..||||Can it be that the last Tripadvisor reviewer stayed here in 2014? I know Cachoeira is a bit off the beaten track but it's a fascinating old town, about the size of Paraty in Rio de Janeiro state but without the chocolate-boxy flavour of the latter. The run-down nature of some streets gives it an authentic appearance and the former railway station has a neo-baroque splendour that no one has had the energy to destroy.

It's a sweet little place for a very reasonable price with simple and clean accommodations, with the kindest people. It close to the market and within walking distance to many good places.

Tive uma ótima estada! Quartos bem cuidados, com ar condicionado e cama de qualidade, uma dormida muito tranquila. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã, que poderia ser mais diversificado, e algumas coisas frequentemente acabavam.

Pousada e belíssima com quartos limpos e novos o serviço e muito bom, fica localizada no centro histórico o que pode trazer insegurança para sair a noite não recomendo andar a noite a pé, mas sem dúvidas eu recomendo a pousada

Excelente CxB, quarto e banheiro limpos. Café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor e o isolamento acústico do quarto é muito ruim. No segundo andar, consigo ouvir claramente o telefone da recepção tocando. Cumpriu com o propósito e eu daria 4 estrelas pela questão da acústica, mas dei mais uma porque me foi oferecida a possibilidade de estender o checkout um pouco mais. Obrigado!
