I stayed in room 13, which was the blue and white room in the pictures. The location of the hotel is fantastic--you have to walk across a bridge and up a hill to get to the Pousada from the town, but the benefit of this is the seclusion and the feeling that you're in a forest haven, not the city. Breakfast was fantastic--there was long dinner table covered in food, and a smaller table with cereal, yogurts and juices. Bed was comfy, and air conditioning worked great. I loved that they had a yoga area on the hill. Unfortunately I didn't get to experience a lot of the other amenities since I was touring every day with Brasilien Adventure, which is based out of the pousada (highly recommended). There was really good wifi in each room. The small bar/restaurant in the main area has a great drink menu (i didn't try the food, but it looked good). I felt very safe leaving my valuables/documents in my room and didn't have an issue. |||| I only had some small complaints--the room doesn't allow you to latch the door shut, so if you don't lock it you can't shut the door. They're in the middle of building a swimming pool, so the room doesn't have a view currently (obviously this is going to change in the next year). I also wish they had an extra blanket available since it got a little chilly at night. There were two extra beds on the side that were oddly placed--I didn't need them and it gave the room an unfinished feel like I was staying in a storage room. If I stayed here again, I would probably ask for a different room, but I certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
