Yelp
My husband and I stopped here for a quick bite after a trip to the Préfecture. What a delightful find. As is usually the case here in France, there was a wonderful assortment of the usual pastries and bread - baguettes, croissants, eclairs, etc. Hubby really enjoyed his eclair.
However, what makes this a standout are the macarons. There have about a dozen different types. We bought chocolate, pistachio, raspberry, creme brûlée, and cassis. All were well-made - crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. My favorites are cassis (simultaneously tart and sweet) and the creme brûlée, which was filled with a yummy buttercream.
I am thankful that this is not near my house. I would put on 10 pounds in a week scarfing these down.
A must visit in Toulouse.
