Power Yoga East -
This quirky studio has become a favorite of mine. I’ve become a regular. It’s a bit more rustic, and that’s what I love about it. The instructors are top notch. If you want more, that’s on you I think.

Adji -
I have been attending Adji’s classes for the past few months, and I wanted to make sure that I left a review to recommend him.
Adji has a certain level of natural (impressive) athletic ability, but he never uses it to separate himself from his students. He’s adept at humor. Unlike some other yoga teachers in LA, ego is not an issue here, which is greatly appreciated. He mostly wants to share with you what he’s learned.
His classes can be reasonably challenging, but he focuses on maintaining a happy medium, which unlocks the inherent joy of practicing yoga - it’s about balance. He is also concerned with your experience and will mentor you based on your own discretion.
I’ve personally noticed others who clearly have a history of yoga gain something new from his class. Which I believe can be my best recommendation - whether you’re a beginner or have practiced for decades - Adji’s class offers a unique approach that will enhance your practice.
I’ve greatly enjoyed his classes, often leave refreshed, and hope that you can experience the same.
His humming the occasional Brazilian tune during Shavasana is an added perk. (When is that first album being released, Adji?)
Adji's classes are M, W, F at 12:30pm. Sun @ 8:30 am.
