We stayed here in March this year. The hotel is in a really good location if you’re looking to party otherwise be prepared to be kept awake with very loud music on the beach. The rooms were outdated and there were ants in our living area. Breakfast was very average. We were meant to stay three nights but left after two due to the sleepless nights and ants. When we approached the hotel staff about the issues they said they would refund our last night. To this date I have not received the refund. I have send numerous emails and tried to call them. As it was booked through a partner agent Booking. Com are unable to do anything. The hotel is overpriced and wouldn’t recommend.

We had mixed feelings about this hotel, but overall, we’re glad we chose it. The rooms are definitely outdated, but they’re incredibly spacious. We stayed in a Deluxe Room—it wasn’t the most modern or the cleanest, but it was huge, and the balcony was very roomy, which we appreciated. Shower was the worst but that did’t bother us too much. The location is excellent, right by the beach, and the breakfast was a real highlight—tasty, with lots of options, and served in a beachfront area, which made for a great start to each day. One downside was that this was the only hotel during our Thailand trip that didn’t allow early check-in (we were just 40 minutes early), which felt a bit inflexible. That said, they did make a sweet gesture by decorating the bed with a “Happy Birthday” message, which was lovely and appreciated. The pool area is lush and relaxing, with an amazing view of the sea. The pool itself is large and beautiful, though it was a little disappointing to find there’s a minimum spend requirement—even for hotel guests—if you want to use the nicer pool beds. All in all, while there were a few things that could be improved, we enjoyed our stay and felt good about choosing this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel was absolutely fine and had what we needed. The rooms were very basic - and our balcony didn’t have a nice view but other than that no complaints at all. The pool area was beautiful and the hotel is in a great location. Right on the beach and close to all the bars. Breakfast was amazing - you could sit out on the beach and it was a beautiful view

Stayed in Phi Phi for 2 days and honestly didn’t have a great experience here. If you’re thinking of staying here I would probably say save your money and go elsewhere - there are far nicer places. Out of everywhere we’ve stayed in Thailand this would be my least favourite. The staff weren’t overly friendly at reception and the rooms are a bit outdated. I wouldn’t say it’s the cleanest hotel but it does the job I suppose if your not that bothered and just need somewhere handy to stay for a couple of nights. The location is good and the food at Charlie’s is nice. If your into partying maybe this would be more your scene :)

Location and grounds are beautiful. The hotel rooms let the hotel down in my opinion. The beds are very hard and the cushions are a bit bulky. The towels are also very old with signs of wear and tear. |There is a urinal and a toilet in the deluxe room. Why??? No idea. Not great when you have a 3 year old girl that wants to touch everything. ||There is a smart TV in the room connected to Prime. Loads of films to watch when kids asleep. |Only one coffee and sugar sachet per adult which is a bit miserable. |We asked for some wine glasses and were pleasantly surprised they brought good decent red wine glasses. ||I would stay again because the minute you leave the room, you forget about it because of the grounds and location. All in all, it was only the beds, towels and urinal which I disliked. Everything else was great!

I had a great time staying at PP Princess Resort. The location is unbeatable — right on the beach, and the pool area is absolutely beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The room was clean, comfortable, and the minibar drinks were complimentary, which was a nice surprise.||However, I found it disappointing that guests are required to pay a consumption fee of 1000 THB to use the larger beach mattresses, even though we were staying at the hotel. It feels like that kind of amenity should be included for guests.||The biggest downside for me was the condition of the showers available after check-out. Although it’s nice that the hotel offers a place to freshen up if you’re leaving later and want to leave your luggage at the reception, the shower area was extremely dirty and clearly not maintained — clogged toilets and no proper cleaning at all. It was really unpleasant.||Overall, I’d still recommend the hotel for its prime location, pool area, and comfort — but I hope they improve the maintenance of common areas and reconsider charging guests extra for using facilities that should be part of the experience.

🛑🚨⚠️⛔️WARNING ⚠️ This hotel is by far the most disgusting place we have ever been on! The toilet was full of urin under the seat, the sink have toothpaste marks, the mirrors are full off stains, there is hair everywhere 😳 i think they only change sheets and clean the floor, nothing else ⚠️ We did try to get another hotel but it's fully booked all over the place..... The price here is expensive aswell, can't understand why when it is so bad Also they toilet flooded the bathroom, someone came to fix it but didn't even bother to wash the floor, just wiped the water.....super nasty! Never seen this bad in Thailand 🇹🇭 been here 3times and been to low price places aswell.

The location is supreme. 7/11, all the best restaurants and all kinds of shopping all are within a 250meters walk from the hotel. It’s a bit worn, and the beds are very hard, but breakfast is good and all together I would recommend it.
