妻へのプレゼントで,別の店でプラダのバッグを購入したが,紙袋が破ったので,有料でもかまいませんが, 紙袋を交換して欲しいと店員さんにお願いしたが, なかなか対応してくれなくて, 店員さんの渋い顔と冷たい態度でがっかりでした。
