Looking for authentic maharashtrian thali. This is the place. Looking for value for money food in South Mumbai. This is the place. Looking for fresh, homestyle goan food. This is the place. It was love at first bite. Look no further. So give them a try. We had the surnai and pomfret thali. Excellent quality, good quantity and pocket friendly prices.

A mess sort of a place serving decent-good thalis. The prawn fry was really good though.

I'm a big fan of this local eatery located in Fort, south Mumbai. You can taste the most authentic Goan fish curry here. The place is kNown for the fish only. Chicken and Mutton dishes are also in Goan style. Also there's no nonsense of pricing as per size of the fishes. The rates are fixed for the simple thali, which includes chapati, rice, fried fish, fish curry. No fancy thali like other restaurants which has lots of items but no taste. I love this place for their quality.

I saw a video of KUNAL VIJAYKAR - Khane me kya hai - where he praised this Goan food joint to the high heavens..NEVER TRUST THIS MAN..he is either promoting or he is paid to review these places.. we had lunch at Pradeep - ✅ Vade & chicken masala - very ordinary tasting gravy..bordering on the horrible..2/5. Vade is puri made from rice or wheat and chicken masala is a Malvani specialty. ✅ Prawns fry - quite ordinary.. prawns were not fresh. 1.5/5 Please avoid eating here.. try Pratap - which is authentic Goan or Malvani joint - located in Fort area.

Serving great food since 1958. Had the prawns , surmai and bombil. Was excellent. A thail cost between 200 to 300. Totally worth it. The owner saw that our curry was over he immediately refilled it for free oh the food was Goan cuisine.

A small story.. Some summers ago, one hungry afternoon, felt like having Costal Maharashtrian food, so headed towards Pradeep Gomantak, looking forward to a hearty meal.. Its a good 10mts walk frm my office and by the time i reached, was famished. As i neared, my heart sank as the place was closed! Dissapointed, was about to turn back (cursing them in my mind) when i saw a Paper stuck on the door. Half expecting some tragic news as reason for their closure, what i read was simply incredible: The small hand written note in Marathi simply said: Mansaa Gaavi Geeli Sheeti saathi, dukan 15 diwas bandh rahil! (As the cook & serving staff have gone to their native place for farming, this restaurant wil remain closed for next 15 days) I STOOD DUMBSTRUCK! In todays world which enterpreneur will shut shop for such a reason... Said a small prayer for this team, smiled back all the way. Eat another Day 😊 Every time i come here and remember this incident, keep smiling as i eat.. Like today- One more hearty meal. 😊😊😊😊😊 Todays meal was a Thali, consisting of Mutton Masala, Mutton Gravy, 2 Chappatis, Rice, Chana Bhaji, Onions, Chutney and Solkadi.
