Even more underwhelming than the Alchemist Museum The worker at the desk was a little rude and we meet the same problem: Money spent on tickets and the museum consists of two small floors. I think with a guide to tell a story it would've been better. Although I did like the fact that this Museum was a little more interactive.

An interesting concept in a historic building, but overall it felt a bit underwhelming. It’s not one of Prague’s standout museums, but if you’re in the area and curious, it’s worth a quick look.

The guy who you buy the tickets from made my day. He had the best humour as we talked about the Uk together🤣 I couldn’t stop laughing he is so funny. That’s the only person in Prague who actually made conversation with us and wasn’t miserable like the rest. I love Ghosts and creepy things so this was so me! It was weird and wonderful, I loved going underground and seeing the creepy things!

Do not let the top floor fool you, this is scary!! The first half is family friendly and interactive. You could easily bring kids and let them run around interacting with the exhibits while you read about different Czech legends. The bottom half however is all ghosts! I went to this museum alone and I had to wait for others to go with me because I was too scared to go alone! It is a bit pricey, but I got the combined tickets with the alchemist museum with a student discount so I thought it was definitely worth it! Everything had an English translation and I could go at my own pace and go in any order I wanted! I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to kill some time!

A lot of good stories on the top floor and the bottom floor is worth doing with museum's audioguide QR/app. The only thing that put me off is the guy at the box office who asked more money for the ticket then it's actually written on their website. So be careful if you want to go there!

Have to disagree with some negative reviews probably due that we visited the museum on late morning (4-6 people). Of course you may expect something similar to a "horror theme house", this is not a walking evening undeground tour of the city. The girl at the ticket desk really knows her job and gave an awesome explanation of how the museum "works". Very kind person. The first part is more based on reading legends / stories while the underground part is really enjoyable when there are no other people who bother during the "ghost research". As integration you can evaluate to purchase a combined ticket for this museum plus the Alchemy Museum.

Near the entrance, there's a QR code to download an outdated audioguide app. Definitely get this app! The audioguide is fantastic, leading you through the museum with tons of backstory of the legends and ghosts exhibited here. It's a bit gimmicky and macabre, but if you like morbid things, you'll love this place! There are so many ghost stories and legends to explore here, it's so well done. And many of the exhibits are interactive as well, so you can get stuck in and get your scare on. What a great place.

the ticket seller brought me to tears when he found out that I was from Ukraine. I know Ukrainian and some Polish, and his words sounded awfully rude.

Not worth the time. It's a run down fun house, of sorts. Lots of reading but not really much compelling info. Maybe fun for kids? The "interactive" part is a joke. Prague is such a magical and mysterious place, that this seems like a great subject to engage with, but this place is just coasting on that reputation without delivering much value

So cheesy, yet we had such a good time. It basically reminded me of wandering around a Halloween City or Sprit of Halloween store looking for a costume and new decorations to buy. It showcases the dark history and tells the stories of the famous ghosts that haunt this amazing city. On two levels, the lower level takes you through the streets of old Prague ghosts and all. Don't bring younger kids unless you plan on staying up all night with them for the next week or so. It only costs CZK140 which is about $6 so go check it out. Cheesy, like I said but a lot of fun.
