Does not mean if the location is central of the city, give five stars. No, never. The location can not compensate for the poor services and quality of stay of this place. Place, because I can't be named hotel. Strongly I not recommend this place. Poor breakfast, still tablecloth on the table looks old style, furniture looks from Ceausescu past. Personnel not qualified to cover some mansions, dirty everywhere, low level of maintenance everywhere. Experience here was not positive, that's why I decided to change and never back on this place. I was really very disappointed.

A very shabby looking hotel from outside and in the foyer. Rooms are spacious and updated. Very good room facilities. No pool available. Gym is adequately furnished. The bar is poor. Restaurant was barely open. Breakfast plentiful and tasty.

I will not recommend this place from now on. Rooms are good, but you can't open the windows, water battery in a very bad condition. I was not able to turn on the water for the shower. The bins were not cleaned up for all my stay (3 nights)

Very bad experience! My card was debited for an amount higher than the validated price and the finance department didn't want to refund me! I wasted time to recover several hundred euros. Not a word of apology and I realised it wasn't the first time... The rooms are outdated, old and this hotel lacks empathetic and honest staff. I wouldn't recommend it at all, it doesn't deserve these 4* even by local standards!

The rooms are very big (executive king at least) and nicely furnished. But when you look closer there are details which do not fit to a four star hotel. You start noticing the age of the rooms and the hotel itself. The couches in the lobby have dirt marks and the leather has seen better days. ||My bathroom could have been cleaner, it seems the floor was not wet cleaned for some time. Also the fitness room would be quite good if not half of the machines were not working and all free weights gone. ||Also what is the sense of having an omelet Station at breakfast if there is no cook to make you an omelet? Also the bread selection is very small. ||The staff is friendly but not very attentive.||So for the price I think here are better options. But with a bit of attention to detail the hotel could be much better.

We stayed for a week and we will definitely be staying again. The hotel is old fashioned but in a very good way-elegant, clean and with instagrammable decor but the icing on the cake is the friendly and efficient staff...from cleaners to bar staff to reception there is nothing they would not do to make our stay successful. Excellent breakfast and in room meals were of excellent quality for a reasonable price. plenty of local shops including a brilliant bakery within 5 minutes walk.

I would definetly not recommend this hotel. My 3 days spent here was an adventurous experience. Firstly, I found my room with only two towels, one small and a larger one. But it was even more dissapointing to find out that there was no hand soap at all, no shower gel, and ony 1 shampoo, quite not enough for a 5 star hotel. At the reception I was told to excuse the cleaning ladies, because nowdays they are very tired....I mean what??? The bathtub is useless, you cannot fill it with water because there is no water stopper...what a trick for reducing the water bill, huh! Furthermore, the spa - including the sauna and the pool, was under renovation, but they didn't bother to post this on website, to communicate it at the reception. The food is not worthy as well for a 5 star hotel. And the most painfull thing was that by my mistake, I forgot my laptop charger in the room, and 10 hours after my check-out, I called to ask them to return it, but surprise, they were lying saying that nothing was there. In conclusion - very poor services, moderate comfort, below average food, and the staff was awful.
