We can’t tell you how valuable a place like Prakriti Shakti is. It teaches you and imparts you a lifestyle that’s close to Nature and heals you. The location of Panchalimedu is surreal and the entire experience is just phenomenal. The rooms are amazing, staff is extraordinary, food is amazing. If you are suffering from any physical or mental health issue or just feel stuck in life. We strongly recommend you to go to this place for at least 7 days.

I've been here twice and can't wait to return. The property is beautiful and kept in an immaculate condition. The doctors are wonderful, treatments and therapists are lovely, and the food is delicious! All of the staff from the manager, doctors, front desk, kitchen, houskeeping, gardening and maintenance are amazing and so warm and welcoming. They all make you feel at home and like nothing is impossible. The treatment plan/protocol is tailored to each individual and it is a great place if you're seeking to heal, rest deeply, lose weight (if needed), and soak up the beautiful nature. It has truly become a home away from home and I look forward to my next stay.

Days of mindfulness, awareness, clean eating, exercise and therapies at this exquisite clinic of naturopathy in the hidden hills of Kerala. This is Prakriti Shakti by the CGH Earth group. Up 1000 metres up in the hills, 3 hours from Kochi and set over 16 acres of lush plantation land- the doctors here are spectacularly bright, kind and rightly strict. The diet here is clean- of only raw and vegan foods and the meal plan is designed personally for you, including foods that are kind to both, your gut and your mind. The dishes are all western and are overlooked by head chef Joy Matthews who doesn't fail to deliver healthy takes on global cuisine. The team of doctors, helmed by the clinic's chief medical officer, Dr Cijith Sreedhar along with Dr Dennis and Dr Anand seek to address your concerns in great depth- they are accessible, accurate and so easy to communicate with. The therapies include all kinds of massages, hydrotherapies, mud therapies, sauna and steam sessions, personal yoga classes, acupuncture, and meditations. The therapy timetables are too made personally for you and your concerns. Being here aligns you with nature, and aligns your body's physical and mental senses to the right quality and quantities of food, air and water. We feel fitter, happier and more at peace being here just for 10 days and we can't recommend this place more to anybody who wants a few days off from the rigmarole of city life and it's perils. Great place to nature your body and soul.

It’s the most excellent place imaginable! It addresses all issues of your health as a priority and you have their expertise to help heal your own body, like BP, diabetes, pain etc, by getting to the root of the issue and educating you and showing you the results. It’s really amazing, clean beyond belief, and such beautiful surroundings. It has kind staff and doctors and it’s so unbelievable that such a fine place exists in our country. It’s an eye opener of an experience, unlike any other, I’m sure. The raw food is at the heart of it, an education and delight in itself. The treatments and care are second to none!

Dear Prakriti Shakti Team, I visited your institution on 21st of Feb, 2024 with the intention of staying until the 28th. However, I decided to extend my stay, having enjoyed the first week and upon the advice of Dr. Nithila (who was excellent). Whist I thoroughly benefited from the first week of treatments, I am sorry to say that I did not feel the same about my extended time there. You see, I am a certified and registered craniosacral therapist, yoga instructor and Les Mills RPM instructor. I, therefore, take pride in the knowledge I have of the human anatomy and sense of wellbeing, alongside the knowledge and care I have of my own body. On the 8th day of my stay (a day where, unfortunately, Dr. Nithila was on leave), I was scheduled for and received an energizing therapy during the course of which, the therapist stretched my whole body. An hour after the session, I could feel that something was wrong. I had an intense pain emanating from the inside of my left knee. However, I trusted your institution so much that I, against my better judgement, decided to stay on for the whole ten days. The pain continued to get worse and that night, it got to the point where I couldn’t bend my knee at all. I realized that my knee was locked. My assessment of my condition was proven true when I visited my doctors in Bangalore- my Medial Collateral Ligament was torn, and Meniscus was severely damaged and displaced. Upon the instruction of your team, again, I went through with the remainder of my treatments even though the pain in my knee was severe. When I got home, as mentioned above, my doctors diagnosed my condition. I received a few WhatsApp messages from Dr. Cijith checking in on my condition but that was the end of the communication from Prakriti Shakti. I would just like to take this time to explain to you that at the beginning of my stay at your institution, I was extremely happy and impressed with the care and concern, along with the seeming expertise of your main doctors. I have come to realize, however, that the therapists who are in charge of treatments are not nearly as skilled as they should be to perform the crucial albeit possibly damaging work that they do. The point of this communication is simply to bring to your notice the following: a) I am deeply saddened and disappointed with the lack of sensitivity and acknowledgement that I was shown in this condition. b) That the skills of your therapists must be reviewed by the management of your institution. Since I have come back to Bangalore a month ago, I have been unable to resume my regular activities, teach my yoga or spin classes or even go for a simple walk in the park. By the estimate of my doctors, I will still require two to three more weeks of intensive physiotherapy and rehabilitation. I also find it ironic that despite my needing rest and recouperation at the beginning of my stay, I actually did yoga, swam, hiked and walked in your property, and eventually came back home in a wheelchair. I sincerely hope that the points that I touched upon here are addressed and action is implemented to avoid the repetition of a scenario like this. Especially since, as I noted during the course of my stay, that you do not have wheelchair access at your property.

Unique clinic of naturopathy and raw food diet. This is the second time I've been here,I will definitely come back again and I certainly recommend it to everyone. After Covid pandemic the clinic is even better and the food is even tastier. A new chef definitely deserves a Michelin star with the taste and beauty of the dishes, it’s a pity they don’t travel so far to eat)) Dr. Cijith is wonderful as always and the rest of the doctors too. All the staff are very professional and very friendly. Special thanks to Santosh who is always very caring and smiling. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful holiday !

Prakirti shakti is a beautiful naturopathy hospital it’s mountain clouds scenery is amazing a beautiful swimming pool and the best gem that they posses is senior naturopath Mr shrijit Shridhar consultation about your health with him would mean a lot for your health I guarantee. The staff is friendly and accommodating under the wise & visionary leadership of its owner Mr Dominic. Beware if you don’t wear their clothes due to any reasonable reason you might not get food (I didn’t) keep distance from the chef he might just get angry about anything and not offer you food. I would still love to visit other hotels of CGH but prakirti shakti I would hesitate.
