On Saturday, May 3, 2025, I ordered two pairs of pants from PrAna. Immediately after hitting the submit button, I realized I had selected the wrong shipping address. I attempted to change the shipping address, but PrAna's online shop does not allow customers to edit their orders once they have been placed. I quickly emailed PrAna's customer support to notify them of the shipping address mistake within minutes of placing the order, hoping they could correct it before the pants were shipped.
Unfortunately, when I contacted PrAna customer service on Monday, I was informed that the shipping address could not be changed, even though the pants had not yet been shipped. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the representative, who identified himself as Armon, he advised me to "never place an online order when PrAna is closed."
My overall experience with PrAna's customer service lacked empathy for the customer and showed zero flexibility regarding their purchase policies. I have enjoyed PrAna apparel for over 15 years, but I can't continue to support a company that does not prioritize its greatest asset: the customers themselves.
