Staff, good waiting and room staff whom we generously tipped directly. Food is also very good. Rooms, these are great, but the bathroom showers are dirty, with black mould on the tiles in all the rooms we stayed in, would it be too much of an ask to give it a scrub, or refurbish it. it's no acceptable for the premium they charge

An amazing place with beautiful views and direct access to the beach, perfect for morning walks! The Villa was a beautiful home of 5 start quality… gowns, sleepers and fully stocked bar. The food from the restaurant was of exceptional quality and value… the service from the staff tending to our every ask…. Especially Larry who was excellent tending to our every need like a personal butler. The extra mile they went to making my birthday a special one…the chocolate cake was beautiful, delectable and not too sweet. This entire trip is one for the history books… a wonderful time spent with my friends, they can’t stop talking about it. What a wow…. Amazing 5 star quality! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you!

We booked in for Women’s Day Lunch at Prana Lodge. The choices in the menue, the quality and the presentation of the food were awesome. Service was perfect as usual. Thank for this special experience.

Bad experience. Not the same. Won't be going back there. Took them 3 days to get back to us. They gave us a complementary dinner. Food was average service was shocking and the experience was below par. Was so dark couldn't see our way nearly fell. The toilet area was dirty and the paint on the wall was peeling off. I wouldn't go back there. The owners need to take a drastic look at what's going on as people talk and this could destroy a business.

The food was phenomenal, the team was welcoming and friendly - the Wellness Centre was out of this world and the views! Beautiful big room with outside shower. The outside shower area can be full of leaves and branches on a windy day and I would advise more frequent attention to that. The service needs some attention. Good food. I think that there needs to be more information given to people about the danger of crossing the river close by the hotel as we experienced great difficulty crossing when the tide is in.

Prana is always lovely, but there are adjustments that can be made to improve which I also gave to the team directly and via the survey. The experience was great other than the fact that we had to wait for our steam session because it was assumed we would get into the sauna first. Asking beforehand would help.|The fish at the restaurant could have done with better and more seasoning.

Enjoyed the greenery and cool air of the gardens with the sound of the sea in the distance. A sense of luxury in the layout of the dining area and the lounge and bar area. After lunch walked to view the beach from the boardwalk.
