This trip was not only much needed but far exceeded all expectations!||The team at Prana anticipated and catered to our every possible need and want. The food was phenomenal, the team was welcoming and friendly - the Wellness Centre was out of this world and the views! Prana is always lovely, but there are adjustments that can be made to improve which I also gave to the team directly and via the survey. The experience was great other than the fact that we had to wait for our steam session because it was assumed we would get into the sauna first. Asking beforehand would help.|The fish at the restaurant could have done with better and more seasoning.

My boyfriend and I recently spent a day at Prana Lodge, and overall, it was a beautiful experience! We enjoyed phenomenal massages, and I must give big compliments to the incredibly skilled Nomie and Linda. They truly made the experience exceptional with their expertise and care. The restaurant was another highlight, offering a delightful ambiance and delicious food that perfectly complemented the day. Unfortunately, what tainted the experience was the issue i encountered at the end. Despite having settled 50% of my bill in advance and paying the remainder the day before our arrival, I was unexpectedly asked to settle the account again when leaving. It seemed there was no communication between the reception and the restaurant, as they were unaware the bill had already been paid. This misunderstanding created quite an uncomfortable moment for me after what had been a perfect day. Had this oversight been avoided, it would have been a flawless, five-star experience. I hope Prana Lodge ensures better communication between departments in the future, as this moment, while small, did leave me feeling a tad frustrated.

Beautiful big room with outside shower. The outside shower area can be full of leaves and branches on a windy day and I would advise more frequent attention to that. The service needs some attention. Good food. I think that there needs to be more information given to people about the danger of crossing the river close by the hotel as we experienced great difficulty crossing when the tide is in.

An Unforgettable Stay at Prana Lodge! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Prana Lodge, and it was an incredible experience! Nestled in a lush jungle setting right next to the beach, this lodge offers the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. The dining experience was top-notch, with wonderful dinners, breakfasts, and lunches that left me looking forward to every meal. The Tanzanite Room, where I stayed, was amazing. While it may not be the best room in the lodge, it was still really nice and comfortable. The wellness spa was a true highlight, offering rejuvenating treatments and great massages that left me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Overall, Prana Lodge exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and memorable getaway!

Prana Lodge is a great little gem on the Eastern cape with a beautiful coastal location. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable but the food in the restaurant was out of this world. It is Michelin star worthy! The staff are incredibly friendly and the services offered at the spa were superb. If you want to spoil yourself, stay here!

Superb accommodation in the Forest Suite. Breakfast very mediocre for a 5 star establishment. Service levels reasonable. Conveniently close to a tennis court in village. Must book online. Olive wood golf course and facilities exceptional.

My daughter never got her Food. I heard her plate was done when we had already left the table. So I don't know who ate it. I struggled to get a drink, told to wait. I didn't even get a welcome drink. Food came in dribs and drabs. The overall experience was a disaster.
