Prana Mandrem

Prana is a beautiful place & what fascinated us most was that some of the waiters come from a completely different part of India, Nagaland in the northeast. They shared stories about their customs, languages, and culture, which made the whole experience even richer. ✨ When it comes to food, we had the best laksa ever. ♥️ Incredibly creamy & full of flavor. The desserts are absolutely delicious & the Thai cold coffee is perfectly sweet. A gorgeous, cozy space we will definitely keep coming back to. 🙏🏻

The pan-seared fish fillet was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The prawn dish was excellent as well — fresh, well seasoned, and definitely a highlight. It’s basically a beach shack with stay options, which adds to the charm. The vibe is excellent, and although evenings get crowded, it’s very happening and lively. A great spot for good food and atmosphere

Amazing experience - delicious fresh food on the water, and the view is spectacular. We ordered the prawns, grilled with delicious garlic sauce over a fresh bed of arugula and baby spinach, with finely sliced radiccio, thin strips of cucumber, and an exquisite dollop of dressing. We also enjoyed a seared tuna poke bowl, with such fresh tasting ingredients and perfectly seared and buttery tuna. The rice soaked up all the sauce - I wish there was a bit more for the bowl, but overall the food was exquisite. Great drinks, cold beer, and the Thai iced coffee on a beautiful beach in the sun is unbeatable. The waiters are very kind, and the food came timely and well curated. Thank you, see you soon Prana 💨

One of the best experiences I’ve had in Mandrem! Prana Mandrem is an absolutely beautiful and peaceful beachfront spot with a vibe that instantly relaxes you. The sea view is stunning, the ambience is calm yet lively, and it’s honestly the kind of place where you can sit for hours, unwind, and just vibe. A huge shoutout to Mr. Sharma, the serving boy — he was incredibly polite, warm, and very helpful throughout our visit. Excellent service really makes a big difference, and he made the experience special. The food here is truly amazing: The burgers were super yum, juicy and perfectly made. The calamari was cooked beautifully with great flavour. And the prawns were literally to die for — fresh, flavourful, and a must-try! If you’re looking for a place in Mandrem with great food, excellent service, beautiful views, and a peaceful atmosphere, Prana Mandrem should be on top of your list. I would happily spend the whole day here. Highly recommended

Had heard good things about Prana so when a friend said he was there I jumped at thr chance to give it a try. So glad I did. Beautiful stylish place on the beach with different zones areas eg with music, no music, no pets, chillout area and different styles of seating. The foo was top notch ... Possibly the best beefburgers I've had in Goa in last few years. The beef tacos were equally good. Drinks servees swiftly and the Aperol Spritz was very good according to my friend. Prices reasonable for the quality. The music playing for sunset was relaxing and at a good volume. All in all great place to visit.

This restaurant by the ocean in India was amazing. The food was really good, especially the fresh seafood. Everything was super tasty and full of flavor. The vibe was so chill with the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves—it made everything feel perfect. The staff were really friendly and helpful, but not annoying. @heyits_surya really helped brighten up the evenings. The service was great, and they made me feel welcome. If you’re ever here, definitely check it out—awesome food and an even better view of the ocean!

I’ve been going this place since last two years. When I started going there, everything was on point; the food, the service & the experience but since last 6 months it’s been absolute bogus. The food lacks the taste, the service is pretty mediocre and over experience has gone down. The only thing that is consistent is the coffee & drinks they serve. It is still a good place if you want a beach front space to sit & enjoy the view but do keep in mind you’d be paying a premium price for that only cause food & experience is below average.

Prana at Mandrem Beach is one of those places that truly captures the essence of Goa — stunning beachfront views, relaxed boho vibes, and some seriously good food. Their Sri Lankan curry is a must-try — rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The cocktails are just as impressive — fresh, balanced, and made to sip slowly while watching one of the most beautiful sunsets on the coast. The overall vibe is calm, soulful, and effortlessly chic. You could spend hours lounging here without realizing how time slips away. That said, I did notice a certain bias — the staff seems to give noticeably more attention and preference to fair-skinned foreigners over Indian guests, which takes away a bit from the otherwise lovely experience. Also, the prices are definitely on the higher side, so go in prepared for that. Still, if you’re looking for a gorgeous spot with good food, music, and one of the most breathtaking beaches in North Goa — Prana is worth a visit.
