It was an amazing experience over the weekend.. The property is well maintained and is in a very peaceful location. The best part is the staff and their over welcoming nature Mr Vikram, Mr Brajendra and Mr Mahendra.. it's very rare to see such out of the way hospitality in hotel industry. I am a little late in writing my review about the most beautiful stay I have had with my family at Pratap Mahal. Extremely courteous staff, breathtaking landscapes and beautiful rooms. our room even had a swing :) we were taken real good care by our chauffer Mr Rajender ji and Mr Rajesh ji from Front desk was genuinely helping me out with all my requests even before our travel started, as my father needed special attention due to his health conditions. Fouzia took our check in seamlessly and shubham from the restaurant ensured we had a great meal, special mention to his Jungle maas recommendation, it is now our new family favourite. Afsan ji at the dargha was warm and most welcoming and made sure we had a peaceful time. Though the trip was in the last week of july, the memories and still a fresh as if yesterday. our visit was just beautiful, and team showcased the real sprit of Tajness at every step. ||Regards|Tabu

We stayed at Pratap Mahal for 2 nights and our stay was really comfortable. When you enter the property, it looks a good hotel but when you enter the Lobby and inside, it becomes great. The rooms are quite spacious and well lit. The architecture is good and the best part was their Courtyard and pool, with Aravallis in the backdrop. We reached a little early but were allowed early check-in. The rooms were upgraded for us, the staff was really courteous. During the evenings, they offered us complimentary tea, coffee, mocktails and variety of mathris. The breakfast had a lavish spread including Indian and Continental spread with a live Dosa counter. The food, as always with Taj, was Wow. There was Live folk music in the evening in the Courtyard and they also decorated our room for the kids' birthday with a complimentary cake. The following staff made our stay more special - Harpreet, Nakul and Roshni. Special kudos to the F&B manager Mr. Vikram Shekhawat and the Duty Manager Mr. Ritesh Jangid, you guys really know what hospitality should be like. I would surely love to visit again with my family soon.

Overall fair experience.. food was good.. the management there introduced us to Pandit Ajay Parashar.. it was a great experience to visit Bharma Mandir.. the Creator of World.. 🌍 Darshan and the rituals performed were beautiful. Very good knowledge of Hindu culture.

Had a wonderful stay for 2 nights with family. Booked 3 rooms. The food was really delicious. The buffet on Sunday served Lapsi which my grandfather used to make and eating it after so long made my parents very happy. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The property is situated on the bypass road and is very peaceful away from the chaos. Really liked the swing concept in the rooms. Highly recommended stay
