I had a wonderful stay at Pratap Mahal Palace, Pushkar. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The poolside area was large and perfect for relaxing. The property also has a nice gym and spa, which added to the comfort. One special highlight — it was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel staff went out of their way to make it memorable. They beautifully decorated our room and even surprised us with a complimentary cake. Such thoughtful gestures really made our experience extra special. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Overall, a truly delightful stay and definitely a place we’d love to visit again!

I had a truly delightful experience at Pratap Mahal. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by the gorgeous Aravali hills. The room was spotless and very well maintained. The staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. All of them were very helpful, especially Foziya. The VIP darshan of Pushkar was the absolute highlight of my trip and Pandit Ajay Parashar ji did a great job! The live music in the evenings is top quality! Food was good, and for me, personally, the hotel grounds being away from the main city was a bonus. I don’t think I could have had a more comfortable stay in Pushkar. I recommend booking the hotel taxi for safe and comfortable sightseeing, especially after sunset. Overall a great experience!

An excellent destination for families, offering an incredibly comfortable stay and world-class hospitality. The food was outstanding, featuring an impressive breakfast spread that catered to every taste. We are especially grateful to Chef Parmeshwar for preparing delicious, customized meals specifically for our toddler. A huge thank you to Mr. Satveer and his team for their exceptional service and attention to detail. This hotel truly provides a seamless and relaxing experience for those traveling with loved ones.

Short review - Stay away from this property at all cost. It is better to spend a little more and go to a better property. Long review - Very Okayish - Not worthy of IHCL brand at all. - Untrained staff - One of the staff member never looked at me while talking, was completely occupied in his mobile phone. One hand in pocket and completely glued to his cell phone. - Below average room - For kids play area or activity area you have to cross a proper road and the place stinks like anything and you and your kids are surrounded by Monkeys. - Sauna our of Order - Steam Response was “Pata nahi sir” - The warmth we expect from a Taj Brand is missing completely. Recently visited IHCL - Naukauchiatal. The people of Pratap Mahal Should Learn from People at Naukauchital

Awesome place for staycation. Neat and luxurious rooms , royal breakfast spread and a hell lot of activities to pursue. Our guy at reception Mr Alok was very courteous and patiently explained to us all the available facilities and giving his valuable subtle suggestions. The review will be incomplete without mentioning Mr Himmat, who took us on a early morning tek into the aravalli's. Thank you Himmat and Alok for making our stay memorable.

We stayed at Pratap Mahal for 2 nights and our stay was really comfortable. When you enter the property, it looks a good hotel but when you enter the Lobby and inside, it becomes great. The rooms are quite spacious and well lit. The architecture is good and the best part was their Courtyard and pool, with Aravallis in the backdrop. We reached a little early but were allowed early check-in. The rooms were upgraded for us, the staff was really courteous. During the evenings, they offered us complimentary tea, coffee, mocktails and variety of mathris. The breakfast had a lavish spread including Indian and Continental spread with a live Dosa counter. The food, as always with Taj, was Wow. There was Live folk music in the evening in the Courtyard and they also decorated our room for the kids' birthday with a complimentary cake. The following staff made our stay more special - Harpreet, Nakul and Roshni. Special kudos to the F&B manager Mr. Vikram Shekhawat and the Duty Manager Mr. Ritesh Jangid, you guys really know what hospitality should be like. I would surely love to visit again with my family soon.

One of the best places for stay as well as food. Location is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Services are excellent. Only problem was in shower: water was not running away in drainage pipe, it was accumulating, though not bothersome. Except that everything was fine. Food was excellent. Breakfast has number of varieties to choose for one's healthy appetite.

It was an amazing experience over the weekend.. The property is well maintained and is in a very peaceful location. The best part is the staff and their over welcoming nature Mr Vikram, Mr Brajendra and Mr Mahendra.. it's very rare to see such out of the way hospitality in hotel industry. All the staff were brilliant, smiling and attended to all our needs. Keep up the good work .. Regards
